Lior and the employees at NW Crawl Spaces are fantastic. Their competence, professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and quality of work are excellent. I had a bad sewage situation that was discovered shortly after they started the job. Lior called me right away. He explained the issue and offered a fair price to clean up the mess. Fortunately, I was able to hire a plumber to fix the problem, and the job was able to continue as planned. I will recommend them to anybody I know needing crawl space services.

Lior and his team were incredible. My home had standing water in the crawlspace and old insulation in the attic. They swiftly and efficiently repaired and cleaned up both of these spaces and brought them to code. The house will be far warmer in the winter and temperature controlled in the summer. Northwest Crawl Space services were fantastic in everything they did. Lior even went as far as sending me digital prints of the drainage system to rectify the standing water issue so I could better understand what needed to be done. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody needing help with creating a safe and comfortable crawl space and attic in their home.

I have nothing but great things to say about Northwest crawl space. They are honest, efficient and do great work. We needed a full overhaul of our crawlspace, along with a sump pump. The team was extremely effective and we haven't had any issues since.

Crew was on time and did work in one day to remedy my crawl space. The crawl space was in dire straights and was causing the living space to stink. After the work is done, the smell is gone and the critters are toast!

Northwest Crawl Space completely overhauled our crawl space. We had rodents in there that caused a lot of damage and mess. They removed all the insulation and replaced the vapor barrier sealed all the entry points, made a second entry door/barrier to keep rodents from returning. They documented all of the work with pictures and video. The crew of four worked very hard and everything was inspected after the work was done. We were getting our house ready for sale and now the crawl space is ready for sale clean and odor free. They were easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We found them through their ad after having a horrible experience with Insight Pest Control. Unlike with their competitors, Northwest is attentive and, above all, honest. We had both the attic and crawlspace done with exclusion work and we finally have the peace of mind that the job was done by really good people and we can trust the work. I can’t emphasize that enough, how trustworthy the company has been. Owning a home is a lot of responsibility and it’s an awful feeling knowing you’ve had pest issues. Lior and his team always inspected and explained thoroughly so we felt confident in whatever needed to be done. We also love knowing IF there are any future issues they’ll strive to address them. I've only written one other review for a company or business - so needless to say, the quality of work and customer service has to far exceed expectations before I'm willing to put time into a public testimony. With that being said, I can honestly say Northwest Crawl Space Services is by far one of the best businesses I have encountered in any industry. The staff is professional, friendly and trustworthy. Furthermore, the owner is directly involved in customer service and ensuring that the quality of work is exceptional. We spent tens of thousands of dollars for an extreme rodent infestation that almost ruined our house. I was very selective on the company that I chose to save our family home. Northwest Crawl Space not only met all financial expectations in the bidding process, they went above and beyond - and now a year later, continually come by to inspect their work to ensure the house is protected against the elements and animals. In short, I cannot recommend this company in stronger terms. Exceptional people with expertise in what they do....You will not be disappointed.

Did a full remediation of my crawl space, removed everything, sanitize, repair openings, sealed ducts, insulated pipes and ducts and new insulation and vapor barrier. One year rodent control. Expensive but my house is so much warmer now and smells better too. Cost about $4.50/sq ft.

They got it done in one day with a very large crew. I took a look down there and it was very professionally done, even on the far side from the access which takes some effort to even get to. They cleaned up completely by the end of the following day. Also sent me photos.

My only frustration is that people on site did not speak any English, but they tried to answer all my questions with Google translate. I give them props for that extra effort.

Northwest Crawl Space Services did a wonderful job for us after we discovered mold in our attic. The owner was so helpful and didn’t try to sell us more than was needed, like other companies had done. He recommended mold remediation and new insulation for the attic over our living space, and the estimate was very reasonable. Scheduling was quick, and the crew was hard working and thorough. The owner returned after the work was done and inspected the work to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend this business!
