I was very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the issue at hand, and his patience in working with me to establish a plan that was suited for my goals. I had the pleasure of working with Mike, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He arrived on time and patiently waited until I was available. Mike was thorough in his inspection of the property, carefully examining everything from the attic to the crawl space. Dan and Jeremy came over to our house today to help us get rid of our raccoon and her babies. They did an inspection of the crawlspace and then did a presentation with us and we were unfortunately really impressed so we’re gonna go with them. But they did show us lots of pictures that showed that it was necessary. And so we would highly recommend them.

Inspection was great! Our inspector Mike was personable, efficient and explained our project options in detail with no undue pressure, and got us a well documented bid quickly. Especially appreciated the fact he used booties when entering our home.

Mike came to our home today because we are brand new first time homeowners, and we had noticed a rancid smell coming from our crawlspace! We just bought our house a month ago and we’re also getting married in a week and so we were very stressed out about how to solve this problem. Mike literally spent hours thoroughly searching through our crawlspace and attic before diagnosing the problem and walking us through exactly what needed to be done without all the bells and whistles. We had actually had two previous inspections prior to him, and their cost was higher and they didn’t even find the additional things that Mike found such as mold in our attic! Not only was Mike’s price comparable, it also includes a 10 year warranty, something that other companies hadn’t even proposed. Although it’s going to be a project and that is daunting to new homeowners, Mike helped us feel safe and secure in this investment to the future of our home.

Mike came out to my home today and was absolutely amazing. He was extremely thorough with his inspection both in our attic and crawl space. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and I could tell that he had our best interest in mind with no BS. My fiancé and I really enjoyed his energy and all that he shared with us.

Blaine came out to our home because we suspected there might be a bird or debris in the attic. Turns out we have a huge mold problem! Blaine took the time to walk us through everything even we told him the landlord was taking care of it all! Would reccomend for sure!

Blaine completed our inspection and did very thorough and excellent job. We saw a mold stain on our closet which turned out to be a symptom of a larger mold problem (we learned after Blaine's inspection). It's not great to hear you have a mold problem and see the pictures and process everything but Blaine walked us through our options and I feel confident that we are working with the right people and in the right path. After we signed with Attic I had questions and Blaine promptly addressed over text, which helped me feel confident with my decision! All considered, so far so good! I'll update my review as work gets completed!

We had Dan out to inspect our house for rodents and the amount of knowledge and his thoroughness were far superior to the 4 other inspectors we have had in the last 3 weeks.

We had a really positive experience with Attic Projects. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to get us the information we needed to make the decision that was the best for us. The proposal he put together was by far the most detailed and informative. The 10yr guarantee was a great reassurance. I will add that even though we didn't end up doing the project, both Patrick and the administrative team were easy to work with, communicative, and understanding. If we end up doing this work in the future, we would definitely give Attic Projects a call before anyone else.

He was professional and friendly and answered all my questions regarding the whole house fan. That same evening I received different proposal options to best fit our needs. 5 stars for Attic Peojects.

We had a very good experience with Attic Projects, and I especially recommend them for their generous warranty. We initially had new insulation put into our attic in 2023, and that experience went really well. Two years later we noticed a problem with the venting in our bathroom, and Attic Projects was very prompt and responsive. They made multiple visits to our home and fixed the issue with the bathroom venting. We paid nothing extra, everything was covered by the warranty. Highly recommend.

They completed the work in the timeframe given and I now have a bird free attic that is mold free with an insane amount of insulation that properly covers the entire attic. Excellent work. Thank you

I had some frustrations early on when the issue wasn’t resolved right away and communication was slow. But Matt came out himself and went above and beyond to make it right. He took the time to thoroughly address the problem, and I really appreciate that he stood by the warranty. In the end, they delivered—and that’s what matters.

Called Attic Projects to request a free inspection of my house just to make sure everything was good.

Blaine came out and did a great job walking me through what he saw and was very knowledgeable about both my attic and crawlspace concerns.

He went through everything, talking about what I could do to mitigate or prevent future issues and was very up front and honest about costs to address issues immediately versus what it would likely cost if they were allowed to continue developing.

All in all was a great experience and would definitely recommend that others give them a call if you even think you might have a problem. Early detection will save you a bunch.

They re-wrapped all My rigid heater ducts and secured all my flexible, heat ducting to the rafters. They removed all the old vapor barrier and put down new vapor barrier. They did a very professional job. They were kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I went down in the crawl space before and after the job and Chris explained to me what he was going to do. Chris and Adrian did a fantastic job very much appreciative, highly recommend attic projects Quality service.

I called Attic Projects for a free attic inspection as our dryer vent had become disconnected and was venting into our attic for years. I wanted to confirm there wasn’t lasting damage. The inspection was easy to schedule, and I got a comprehensive report from Shawn who broke the news to me that we had a sizable mold issue. He talked me through the remediation process, got me a competitive quote, and gave me the confidence this would be dealt with quickly and safely. A few days later Ulises and his team showed up, and from the start it was a good experience. They protected the doorways and floors, sealed the rooms off, and got to work. They politely answered all my anxious questions and got the job done quickly, providing us pictures at the end that showed us the problem was fixed. We recently worked with Attic Projects for attic remediation and storage board installation. Our experience began with some challenges — during the first day, a rogue worker claimed to have completed mold remediation, closed off gable vents without authorization (possibly puncturing our siding in the process), and improperly blocked bird holes with insulation without installing baffles, while falsely stating there were no bird holes. I communicated all of these concerns in detail to the company.

To their credit, Attic Projects responded very professionally and sincerely asked for another opportunity to make things right. Brendan, in particular, was instrumental — he listened to everything carefully, showed genuine concern, and took prompt action by appointing the right team to address the issues. Thanks to Brendan’s involvement, they sent a highly efficient and detail-oriented crew: Derek, Ramon, and Ra’id. They went over everything meticulously, confirmed that our siding had indeed been punctured, and promptly repaired it using a tall ladder and proper sealing. They also executed every outstanding line item exactly as discussed.

Another standout was Nate, who came out initially to give the estimate. I want to specifically commend him for how thorough, careful, and detailed he was during the initial inspection — it gave me a strong first impression of the company’s commitment to doing things properly.

Additionally, when I requested CDX storage boards instead of OSB to reduce moisture concerns, I found they had already proactively sourced higher-quality copper-treated, moisture-resistant boards — a much better material than I had expected.

Overall, I genuinely feel that Attic Projects has a sincere desire to do things the right way and ensure customer satisfaction, even when unexpected issues arise. Their work represents good return on value, and I appreciate their willingness to prioritize clear and direct communication throughout the process.

Suggestions for Continued Improvement:

. I recommend that project managers conduct a site visit prior to the actual day of work. In our case, I had to coordinate the removal of recessed can lights on short notice between the first and second day of work — something that could have been flagged earlier if there had been a walkthrough.

. I also suggest building a stronger internal quality control process: have a second project manager independently inspect completed work and call out any issues before the customer’s final review. Many customers aren’t able to inspect crawl spaces or attics themselves and may not know what to look for. This type of cross-check system would help ensure consistent high-quality execution and build even greater trust with customers.

Dan, Josh, Ja'Andre, Arun and Nicole, they were such a pleasure to work with. They walked you through every step of the way, explained what they were doing. If you had concerns or questions they answered them, A very professional company, I would recommend them highly.

Had a great inspection with Mike Mayfield, Mike was very thorough and transparent with what was happening, making me feel very at ease. Mike clearly knew what he was talking about and did a great job of informing me, would happily work with Mike again.

Attic projects was a great choice. Easy to set up an appointment and very communicative. Michael came out to look at a wall that had gotten wet when my water heater was, unknowingly, leaking. He took time to examine my space and explain the next steps. Luckily, my space didn't need any further work, but will call them back if I need assistance.

Dan was so calm and thorough in walking me through all of the options for my attic issues. He did an excellent job explaining in clear language what needed to be done and was conscious of my goals throughout the process. Anyone who gets to work with Dan is in good hands.

Nate from Attic Projects came out to give us an estimate for insulation and a whole house fan. We were so impressed with his knowledge and his recommendations about what to do (and what not to do) that we decided to proceed with Attic Projects on the spot. These guys are attic experts, and they clearly understand the risks that come with inadequate ventilation (i.e., mold) and with insufficient rodent treatment. Nate guided us as to where it was important to invest and where we shouldn’t spend money, and he gained our trust with his honest advice.

The crews that performed the work were competent and thorough, and finished the work quickly.

Nate continued to follow up with me after the project was completed to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied with the work. I really appreciated that as well, as often the estimator is never heard from again after the estimate. Nate has offered excellent customer service from start to finish. The Attic Projects office staff has also been very responsive.

It should be a long time before my attic needs any attention again, but if it ever does, I will definitely call Attic Projects.

I initially thought this company had done great work but now a year later we have rats in our crawl space again and trying to get them to come out to resolve the issue has been a massive headache. We paid 10k and were assured that the higher price than other companies was worth the higher quality of work but the 10 year warranty is a joke. Someone finally came out a few months ago after repeated calls, told us they didn’t want to go in our exterior entry crawl space because it was raining but when they finally did they confirmed we have new rat activity and then closed up a couple of entry points (but didn’t set traps or clean up the poop). We have continued to hear rats in our crawl space. I have called 20 times over the last 6 months, sent emails and texts and was finally told the only way to get anything done is to leave a one star review. Seriously don’t used this company because if there is any issue with their initial work you are screwed.

Dan did an amazing job. Even though we did not have a rodent issue, he advised on some plumbing that we needed to have addressed.

Dan was excellent. Not only did he give us clear solutions without overselling products, but he informed us of multiple options while giving us the time to decide. His ability to communicate effectively is what sold us on this project.

I found Attic Projects at the Tacoma Home show. I had what I thought was mice in the attic. When they inspected--found not only mice but MOLD. They remediated both problems and guarantee their work for 10 years. Very happy with Dan, Juan, Arun and Anthony. Clean and friendly.

I don't write reviews often. Honestly, I've been tainted by the world, thinking everyone is just out for money. Then I was introduced to Attic Projects. They just finished remediating our mold situation in the attic in two days. We got updates on arrival, everything went super smooth and we're mold free! Thanks to the whole team and huge shout out to Mike M, Nicole, and Michael. Real, honest, hard-working humans with morals.

We found a rat trying to enter the house so we called to use one of our warranty visits. Nicole got us quickly scheduled for a few weeks out, but luckily some canceled and they were able to get us in within 3 days! Really appreciated them thinking of us and how great Nicole was to work with.

Previous:

We had a great experience with this company when we needed our crawl space cleaned after rats had gotten in. Sean was quick to provide an estimate and talk us through our options, and Juan and Uli's team were professional, friendly, and thorough. My only complaint is that we had to wait a week and half before everything was completed which meant we had no heat during that time in November with an infant, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the holidays were mixed in during that time and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Update 5/5/25. Attic Projects contacted us to schedule the repairs. They acknowledged that our experience wasn’t what they promised, and want to make it right. So they do stand behind their work, and I have confidence that our issues will be fixed. Back to 5 stars!

Sadly I must update this review. The customer service has been terrible since they got our money. We had been promised that a nail pop in the ceiling would be fixed but we’re still waiting 8 months later. We experienced leaks in the vapor barrier this winter and following a checkup visit they promised to get back to us with a plan to fix it. They haven’t followed up with us in almost 3 weeks, so again we will have to pester them. It’s exactly the opposite of what we hoped for, and was promised by the salesman, that once the job was completed they would be responsible and fix problems, instead we get ghosted.

Great experience (well, as good as it can be when your attic and crawlspace are being worked on) with the manager and crew of Attic Projects. They thoroughly explained their process, and completed the work earlier than estimated. The crew were respectful of property and friendly. Highly recommended!
