Ivan M is just an amazing person. Our neighbor had an emergency water tank leak that damaged our ceiling and condo walls but with Ivan M being prompt and quick in response, finding the source of the problem. We mitigated a possible mold build-up. I would have end up ignoring it and left with mold so we’re very happy to find Ivan and his team. We recently had a flood caused by a burst pipe on a hardwood floor. A neighbor recommended ECO. They did a great job, very professional, respectful of our house, and worked with the insurance company to make the financial part seamless. The quick action minimized the further damage. We had water damage in the kitchen and basement due to a faulty dishwasher. Ivan came over on a Saturday and started drying the affected areas. His crew got straight to work the next week and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I hope we never need water cleanup again, but if we do we would call Eco Water Restoration.

Ivan and team were great. 10/10 would recommend. We have a nightmare situation in our condo - the neighbors’ upstairs had a water heater leak and destroyed a good chunk of our - walls, ceilings, floors, crawl space. We can’t even live there at the moment. Ivan and team has to take up tile, wall board, laminate floors and insulation and then dry it all out. He was so great through the entire process. I submitted a form on his website and he called me within 10 minutes and was on site that day. He gave us a good estimate and also worked with us to help get things sent to the HOA and insurance. He kept us informed through the whole process and texted me updates regularly. The cost ended up exceeding the estimate by quite a bit - BUT they found more damage than expected and he kept me posted on all the necessary add ons - nothing they could have predicted or prevented. I was also really happy with how respectful they were of our home. They had to move quite a bit of our things and they did so with a lot of care. They also left it very clean (despite actively doing demo in there) and used plastic to protect any unaffected areas. Given that this was unexpected and we didn’t have time to move all our stuff or go through everything, we really appreciated that.

End of last summer 2024, my husband and I discovered significant water intrusion into an exterior wall of the finished room end of our garage after a rain storm; it was caused by a leaking patio roof. I searched out a water mitigation company and decided on Eco Water Restoration LLC. They had a good BBB rating and excellent reviews. They had previously submitted invoices to the same insurance company I use. The owner, Ivan, came out in early October to do an assessment of the water damage and what may be required for complete water mitigation in this room. The entire south wall, part of the ceiling, and part of west wall had significance indications of water damage. His staff started work in mid October. After removing all needed drywall, insulation, mitigating for some mold issue, they proceeded to dry out the wood structure using heaters, blowers, and HEPA filter in the space. It took a week to bring the room back to normal moisture parameters. They did a good complete job and I would recommend them to others should such work be needed.

Ivan came out super fast after we called on a Saturday about sewer water that backed up into our basement. He explained things well and helped us get the process moving. His team did great work, very thorough and professional.

The only thing we didn’t love was the cost of running the machines to get it dried out. It is a high daily rate that added up quickly.

Eco Water Restoration helped with remediation work in our home after a sewage leak. Communication was difficult. Initially it was good, but then the work was handed off to someone who spoke no English. If I tried asking about the project, he would just say no English. Then someone who was off site would text me.

We were surprised that we were billed 3x the estimate we were provided, without any change in scope or explanation, other than it is more expensive if you make an insurance claim. We handled all communication with insurance and there was no negotiation, so not sure why that would triple the cost.

The restoration company following up with repairs has had to do work that they missed.

Water leaks in your home are never something you want BUT if it happens ECO Water Restoration is who you want to call! Ivan and his team were incredible from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Ivan was always willing to go the extra step in explaining the process, what to expect, next steps, etc. Their communication was next level, always being clear on when they would be on site with consistent heads up for arrival time (ideal when you have an infant). They were thorough and confident in the job they were doing which put me at ease instantly in the midst of a stressful situation. The way they quarantine off the space still made our home livable and functional which I was pleasantly surprised by and thankful for (one more stressor off your plate). They checked in on the drying process often which made me feel like it was always being supervised and never forgotten. Ivan was very prompt in handling the water and mold damage I had in my property that's under contract for sale. He accommodated a follow up visit to the house to meet with my buyers and reassure them that all the mold damage was removed and everything was dry. Everything was handled remotely on my end and he sent me pictures and updates to keep me in the loop with progress.

I had water damage in the kitchen back in July. Ivan from ECO was able to come right away for the mitigation.

Ivan was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions because it was my first time with water damage. He also worked very fast and efficiently during demolition and setting up the equipment for drying.

Ivan was very understanding my concern when lower cabinets and countertop removed, he was able to work with me by putting 2x4s under my countertop during demolition so I could still keep the kitchen sink (and countertop) so we can still have a partial working kitchen (without lower the cabinets) until the kitchen is restored.

The communication from the ECO team was great. I get text notifications with ETA, also worked with Zeke when he had to monitor the mitigation process. I was not at home when Zeke had to come over to remove the drying equipment, but we were able to communicate via Text to have that done without me being home.

Everyone at ECO was very easy to work with.

I had a leak in my basement and called @11:30 at night and he was at my house within 30min, assessed the situation and gave me a game plan to save my basement.
He started immediately and really saved the day.

I was referred to Eco Water Restoration by a friend and had been going through a whole lot of headache with my insurance company. Ivan came out the same day that we spoke and assessed what needed to be done. He wrote a report that I could send to my insurance company within 24 hrs. Within a week and a half we were completely done with all mitigation. Communication throughout the process was very clear and easy. All my questions and concerns were answered fast and efficiently. Everything was done professionally and dried out from our water damage. Still working with insurance company but Ivan has offered to speak with them directly if needed. Highly recommend them!

There was water damage in my unit and mold!! ECO did an excellent job of gutting my walls to remove the rotten drywall. They were kind, considerate, and professional. They took special care of my furniture and goods and were kind to my dogs:) They also were very quiet as I was in the home working during most of the demolition.

There aren't enough stars to adequately rate Eco Water Restoration! Last September my washing machine hose came loose and flooded my condo. It was midnight when I realized what had happened, and I called 5 different water damage companies looking for help. I was about to call 911 when Ivan at Eco Water Restoration answered my call. I didn't know it at the time, but I had won the lottery with Ivan. He showed up looking awake and professional, vacuumed up the mess, set up the fans and dehumidifiers and instructed me to pack up my essentials since I would need to move out for a couple of months. I was in shock at the time and had no idea what was in store. He told me that if I didn't know any movers, storage areas or contractors he could handle it. AND HE DID! He instructed me throughout the entire process and recommended a construction company that was experienced in dealing with insurance companies. His expertise, hard work and good communication made the situation less horrendous. I highly recommend Eco Water Restoration!

Ivan helped us out promptly when our water tank leaked nearly 100 gallons of water on our floor. He communicated well and kept me up to date on our progress. He let me know what my options were in a way I could understand. Unfortunately the insurance does not want to reimburse me for the full cost of the bill, but that is not Ivan's doing. Ivan was patient with the insurance and responded to their requests to help me get reimbursed appropriately. 100% would recommend.

So grateful to Ivan for all of his help, kindness, professionalism, and expertise. In an emergency situation like a pipe freeze Ivan is there and offers services 24/7. He is also very on top of how to work with homeowners insurance.

Ivan was quick to respond, and eager to get the job done correctly. After my crawl space flooded, I needed help getting the water out. I got same day service from Eco, and Ivan even had to make extra trips to make sure he had the right tools for the job. Polite, professional, and prompt service.

Our broken refrigerator water line was noticed on a Friday night. Ivan was out starting mitigation at 9 am Saturday. He and his associates were knowledgeable, professional and timely. Over the 9-10 days to get the water out, they kept on top of it and arranged for the pick up and storage of furniture that needed to be moved. Worked well with the insurance company and were polite and took the burden off of us for one of life's not so pleasant events. Highly recommend and would use again (but hope not to need them again!)
