Excellent service from initial contact to final billing. Extremely professional, easy, and did exactly what they said they would do when they said it would be done. The installation crew was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond in customer service and attention to detail.

We recently had our roof replaced by Three Tree Roofing and I would highly recommend their services. Their bid was competitive, and they fixed a drainage problem that had caused part of the roof to rot at no extra cost. The communication was good, and materials were dropped off and picked up as planned. The team showed up when expected and cleaned up afterward - however, we are still finding nails, but maybe that is to be expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

Three Tree Roofing did such a wonderful job updating our custom 70's cedar shake mansard roof and flat roof sections of our home. They were kind & respectful of the property and our treasured landscaping. They worked with us when we had differing opinions on the look of the finished roof and it all turned out beautifully. They completed the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We had several bids from many other companies and one of the contractors who did not work on our style of roof recommended Three Tree very highly which is ultimately what made the decision for us to go with Three Tree. Three Tree is a local company with extensive experience and knowledge. Of the four companies we had come out to our house, Three Tree felt the most comprehensive in providing options and came in at a great price. While communication leading up to the project was lacking, the crew did great work and kept the area clean each day. Top notch roofers. I had my roof replaced by Three Tree Roofing in December only for us to get a wind storm a few days after. Everything held up fine except for one small area and Three Tree came out to fix it immediately. They do a great job and stand by their work. If there are problems they fix it without any hassle. Very responsive and caring. I had roof replaced with Three Tree roofing 6 years ago, today I found one of the roofs corner leaking. I spoke to Max and he sent over Andres Castro over within an hour to access the problem. The problem was the gutter drain got clogged, Andres he took his time removed the trash and cleared the clogged. Andrea is very caring and compassionate employee. We hired someone remove trash every year, it seems they didn't do the job right. Thankfully Andrea helped me solve the problem. Hopefully one day Three Tree roofing provide roof maintenance services including roofing cleaning and gutter cleaning, Thank you Andres for great caring.

They provided their own portapotties. Easy to communicate with and always on time. They gave different solutions and showed us different products. Pricing was competitive. Three Tree staff was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right roofing material for our house. The installers were pleasant and hard working. I was very happy with Three Tree Roofing at every stage of the process. The estimator was polite and professional and provided a printed bid packet, something none of the other bidders did.
The job manager accommodated my schedule and made certain I was informed at each step. The roofing crew were fantastic, hard working and safety conscious on a steep and difficult roof, which I appreciated. They did a thorough cleanup each evening and at the end of job. I even had comments from neighbors who were impressed.
The carpenter went out of his way to meet some unusual scheduling requests I made. His work was efficient and professional.

Great Service through out the whole project. Initial sales to scheduling, to actually replacing our roof in just a couple of days! We got new gutters too! Financing too!

This review is only based on my experience with them during the quoting process. I ended up not going with them for other reasons (personal referral), however, they were definitely one of my top picks. Their bid was fairly priced, and I found them to be quite flexible when scheduling to get the estimate done, as my schedule got pretty tight by the time that I was needing the inspection done.

We got a new roof and gutters from Three Tree Roofing in March 2024. They did our neighbor's roof and were the low bidder of the four bids we got for our roof. The job was done quicker than they estimated (and that included a lot of needed new plywood sheeting). We are very happy with the look of our roof and gutters and the service was always professional and friendly. We have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

We recently had our torch down roof removed and replaced with a TPO roof. When Chase came out to provide me with an estimate he was very thorough and patient with all of my questions. We were happy with the end result, however we experienced quite a few bumps in the road during install. When we decided to move forward and get on the schedule we requested the quote option for a different color and followed up on the request numerous time but it was not provided until 2 days prior to install. This led to the wrong color material being delivered and they had to come back out with the crane and remove the incorrect material and replace with the other color. The crew also lacked on the general daily clean up and we never saw them use a magnet to pick up screws and nails upon completion. We borrowed a magnet and performed that clean up ourselves and found a bucket full of nails and screws in our driveway and handfuls of unused screws in various places around the house, in addition to finding globs of grease from a grease gun on the driveway. There was also no final walk through, or follow up call from the foreman or project manager and there were some questions and concerns we noticed on completion. They ended up needing to change out the flashing for the whole house since it didn't cover the plywood layer and didn't meet the gutter and a few other changes. They came back out quickly and rectified this, however better communication through out the project and final clean-up definitely needs improvement.

Very happy that we hired this company. First and foremost-- amazing product + install quality + warranty for the price!

I would highly recommend Three Tree Roofing for a residential roofing project. Starting with their estimator, Danny, followed by their scheduler, Matt, and the roofing team led by Emiliano, there was nothing but professional behavior. With respect to the project itself, they did an excellent roofing job including gutter installation by a subcontractor. Our roofing project was done in January during an off and on rainy spell. Emiliano’s team did a good job of covering up the cleared off roof sheathing to avoid it getting too wet and they did a very nice job of cleaning up around our house after the project was finished. After the roof project had been completed, when I contacted the company about what I thought was an issue with a fascia board, they promptly sent out a carpenter to assess the issue and dealt with it to our satisfaction.

Three tree roofing did and outstanding job this was the third time I had a roof put on in the 51 years I've been in my home. They did a fantastic job much more detailed than previous companies. Price was right where they said it would be. I would recommend to any one and have.

We had several estimates for the roofing job on our detached garage. Three tree roofing was by far the most professional. Prices were all comparable. I would 100% go with these guys again. They answered all our questions in a timely manner, did the job easily in one day and were uber professional. I would 10/10 recommend to everyone.

We received three different bids from three different companies. Three Tree Roofing and their sales rep Paul Massey stood out as the best choice by far. Completely transparent and honest about everything (even if it wasn't good news). No high pressure sales pitch like we received from other companies. Very professional, on time to the appointment, and followed up with me afterwards. Paul had the knowledge and expertise to answer all of my questions. The biggest plus was the price was very competitive and came with a CertainTeed 5 star warranty. I HIGHLY recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Our Three Tree Roofing story: We knew our roof was due to be replaced after 20-25 years, so when we finally discovered a leak, we knew it was time. Three Tree had recently roofed another house in the neighborhood, which looked great and earned rave reviews from the owner, and we ended up selecting Three Tree. (We did have two other companies also submit a bid, but just 'got the best vibe' from Three Tree.)

Because it was November/December, due to weather and Three Tree’s schedule, they wouldn’t be able to start for a month but gladly came out and put a tarp over the area that was leaking at no additional charge.

Working around the weather, Three Tree’s crew worked hard for 3-4 days spread over a week or two to complete the job. They kept me apprised of costs throughout the process (e.g. additional city permitting fee, fascia that had to be replaced) and answered all of my questions – trust me, I had plenty – in a timely and courteous fashion.

They did a really nice job cleaning up after each day, too. I really like the fact they are local and back up their product with a years-long warranty. The warranty for the roofing product we chose, for example, is transferrable to a new owner should we sell our house….a great selling point.

Long story short: I couldn’t be happier and am really glad we chose them for this project.

My neighbor had their roof recently replaced by Three Tree. Looking at their roof it looks pretty good. My review is cleanliness. I live next door and when they were removing the old shingles, they were dropping them down between our homes. Im sitting in my office which is directly next to my neighbor. I could hear some items hitting the siding of my home. I took a look and noticed several black streaks on my siding. There were a couple black streaks on my neighbors home too. After they finished for that 1st day, they picked up all the old shingles, cleaned the streaks off my neighbors home, but did not clean mine. I did not contact them, I figure I would clean it myself later or at least let me know what they had done. Several days later after completion, they did not clean off the streaks on my home. They were careless in protecting my home from falling debris or at least let me know what happened. Im sure the next thing is "Why didn't I contact them?" My response is this, "Why should I?" I know one worker saw me taking photos of scene. Only advice I can give is Watch your home if Three Tree is doing a roof next to you. I had my roof replaced a year prior and nothing like this happened to my neighbors home.

Very professional from estimate to finish. I interviewed 4 other companies, they weren't the highest or the lowest bid but I really felt they knew what they were doing and would stand by their work. Crew was great, we did the gutters too. I would hire them again.

No kidding...I interviewed 6 roofing companies. Many are well-respected, highly rated roofing companies. I went with Three Tree for a few reasons, but mostly because no matter how many requests I made of them and questions I had, they always got back to me. The final work is great! We really liked our Crew Lead - he was so sincere, honest, and approachable. There was a bit of an issue around our windows, and our rep did research to get us recommendations to address the issue. They were so honest about some unexpected venting and they didn't charge us for these. I did my research and am I so happy that I selected Three Tree. We really like our new roof and I'd be delighted to be a reference.

I was going to change the roof anyway when it started leaking. Their sales rep prioritized our discussion to allow me to make a decision quickly. It helped that they are a preferred installer of Malarkey shingles that capture smog from the air. Their bid also came in lower than two other companies I talked with.
They sent someone the next day to put a tarp on the rook and avoid damage. They came a few weeks later for the installation. They didnt need me to be at home when they started the job. i appreciated the flexibility as I had planned to go on a short vacation on that date.
There were a couple of issues that needed remediation which got taken care of promptly. I also appreciated the fact that they reused the plywood instead of making me pay for new one. In other words, no unnecessary charges.
All in all, I have a new roof, of good quality, professionally installed, at a decent price.
I recommend them highly.

In June, Three Tree Roofing replaced my asphalt/tar flat roof on a commercial building with TPO. They were careful not to damage the 95 year old building during tear off and cleaned up afterwards each day. The roof work got done quickly and I was impressed with the quality of work.

From start to finish the project was executed efficiently and with good communications. Working with Three Tree Roofing was great, starting from the estimate that was well explained by Danny Cretu and moving forward to the project management that was handled by Derek which kept me in the loop. Victor the lead installer was also great and did an amazing job on my house. There was no debris left, everything was cleaned properly and all concerns were addressed immediately.

Taking multiple estimates Three Tree Roofing had the best experience even compared to companies that were more expensive and sometimes double the price.

There is nothing I would change about my decision.

They replaced our roof and did a phenomenal job. They were extremely communicative every step of the way, got the work done quickly, and left my property clean and in good condition. Reasonably priced too! I would recommend them and will be calling them the next time we need our roof replaced. Everything from start to finish was done with with a level of professionalism I had not experienced before. The salesperson was knowledgeable in all aspects of the product and service. Scheduling was seamless and done within the stated time frame. The actual roofing was done at the exact date and time stated, clean up took place daily and they even finished the job early! They also have metal in addition to shingle roofing options that are a great alternative. The entire process was worry and stress free. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone needing roofing services.

Put the ventilation below my insulation (then told me to take back my insulation) they offered to revent but I said no. The reason for the no was they left about a softball size hole in the corner of my roof - when the job was done. They took nearly a week to address it, but only after I called the BBB. Their fix for tearing a hole in a beam was to put flashing over it. Now I have a leak in my roof they are blaming on where the ductwork comes out of the roof and are blaming leak on poor quality ductwork. A company that did not install the ductwork looked at it and said, "Bologna, the ductwork is fine. The problem is with the roofing around the ductwork."

Three Tree Roofing put on a new roof for us and did so with clinical precision and great customer service! We are impressed with their worksmanship and after the roof was installed I couldn't even find a single nail left on the ground (or any debris to speak of). Top-notch crew and good responsive office managers plus they offer high quality Malarkey shingles - I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a new roof!

On time, courteous and they always communicated what was going on and when things would start and end. On top of that they cleaned up everyday well enough where i felt it was safe enough to let the kiddos run outside.

Also, the roof looks great. The only hiccup we had/have is a custom skylight replacement but with a 100 year old house theres always something they did wierd a century ago. So everythings all ready for the new skylight itll just need to be created.

I waited until the rains began to give my review; After a few big rains I can see the roof and gutters providing secure protection now!

My experience with Three Tree began with an interaction with a knowledgable but not pushy rep who provided lots of answers to my questions and the details that I needed before I could choose a roofing company. The rep and all of her colleagues with whom I interacted were good communicators. The quality crafting of their roof is evident. In fact, at least three (!) unrelated construction/contractor folk (without my drawing attention to it) have remarked with admiration for the high quality roof, flashing, and gutters on my tiny (not fancy) bungalow. I should also mention: the new roof ventilation is also doing its thing; I climbed into my attic and there is a slight breeze up there now where there was just stale air before.

Clean up of the site, protecting the garden, and slight changes to the project plan mid-build were all dealt with well.

Now as I step into my garden I notice my beautiful new roof and it makes me smile.

After we researched roofing companies for over 2 years we chose Three Tree Roofing. We are glad that we did so. Everybody was professional from Sales to the owner. They responded to our questions and concerns promptly. They addressed them immediately.

We chose Certainteed Presidential Shake TL and over-sized gutters with clean-outs. Three Tree is a gold star installer for Certainteed. Our roof looks great and works perfectly. The TL shingles even made our home considerably quieter then the old shingles. We rec'd a premium product for a fair price. A random person stopped to ask who did our roof as he liked it so much. We are glad we chose Three Tree Roofing!

Our metal roof is amazing and we were kind of surprised about how much this improved the look of our older home. As we watched Ameliano and his crew work, our neighbor in professional construction said what we already knew: “These guys are really, really good”.

If you have an old driveway (as we did), inquire about a smaller dumpster. Old shingles are very heavy. Three Tree Roofing has great customer service and responded to all of our concerns very quickly. It was a pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend.

Other than a mistake with our quote (they didn't include the outbuildings as requested, so the price went up a few $000), we had a great experience with Three Tree Roofing. Our project wasn't straightforward, but the crew did an amazing job and worked super hard. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We needed a full roof replacement on a 100+ yr old house with a steep pitch and an outdated, mossy, 20+ year old roof. We sought around 4 different bids, and Three Tree was the fairest. They weren’t the most pricy, but they also weren’t the most affordable. The only reason they weren’t the priciest is because I believe they were the most thorough, yet honest contractors we spoke to. The presentation they gave was very professional, and they took their time explaining each and every technical element they would need to change and take into consideration to ensure that our roof was as pristine as possible. They also were willing to help us through insurance claim issues. Overall, I highly recommend them. I don’t anticipate I will need their services again (bc they did such a great job) but if I need any roof services in the future, I will definitely be contacting them!

Our decision to use Three Tree was based on staff interaction, customer testimonials, and the 25 year warranty on materials/labor. Professional and punctual from quote to installation. We had some weather systems move into the area, which pushed the project back a couple days. Craig consistently followed up and kept us in the loop, returning calls and e-mails in a timely manner.

Edwin-foreman went above and beyond explaining the install and addressing any questions or concerns we had. His crew was on time everyday and kept the job site nice and tidy. Extremely happy with the quality of work, would use again for any future projects.

Three Tree Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof install! They kept us in the loop from start to finish. We love the Malarkey shingles we chose.
The crew shows up on time start working right away and do a great cleanup job too. The dumpster and portable toilet were removed the next day after the roof was done. Three Tree Roofing also does chimney work. They put a new top on and some tuck pointing on our chimney and it looks so much better now. Great communication and workmanship from Three Tree Roofing.

The roof with new ridge vent looks amazing. I could not be happier.

My roof replacement project from cedar shake to composition (CertainTeed Pres TL) is complete and I am very please with the results. Paul M, my sales/acct manager provided a great project bid. Derek the business project coordinator was great on updates. Jose and his crew was top notch in the work that they performed. Very efficient, despite the spotty rain showers. They ensured everything was covered at the end of the each day to avoid any leaks, etc. Total time was about 5 days. Cleanup was good and no damages to the house itself. They took care to be respectful of the property.
I highly recommend. I initially did five bids, and Three Tree Roofing I did last...per recommendation from a neighbor. I am so glad I went with Three Tree. Give them a call.

We chose Three Tree Roofing in part because their introductory video on their website was so impressive. They put themselves on the line by emphasizing how much importance they place on good and timely communication with their clients and how well-trained and professional their crews are, and I thought that they would be worth hiring if they were even half as good as they said they were. From the first phone call, to the first site visit, to the final solving of one of the gutter installation problems after they were done, Three Tree not only met but exceeded our expectations for professionalism, responsiveness and reliability. They were extremely easy to work with, and made what could have been an incredibly disruptive and annoying project go as smoothly as we could have hoped for.

Finding a roofing contractor is not easy, let alone a good one. Three Tree answered my inquiry promptly, gave me a quote very soon after our initial meeting. My six skylights needed replacement and they worked with me to find suitable replacements. The crew was delayed from their original start time due to weather complications but they rescheduled promptly and finished the work in a timely and professional manner. Their price was very competitive with no hard sell tactics.

I am very pleased with my new roof and gutters. The Three Tree Roofing team did an outstanding job. From the initial estimate to the finished product, it was a smooth process. The guys were hard working, efficient and spotless on clean-up. I highly recommend them.

All communication I had with Three Tree Roofing was prompt, clear and courteous. The crew that worked on our roof were hard-working, friendly, and respectful. They showed up on-time and worked hard all day. They seemed to enjoy working with one another, and always had a smile and a wave for me. They were careful about staging their materials in a way that did not harm my garden plants and left the yard clean when they were done. I won't be getting another roof, so I can't say I would be happy to use them again for that job, but if I ever need other work done, I'll contact them in a minute, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable roofing company.

This is a great company with energetic employees who treat customer with respect. They were flexible to accommodate some changes i requested at the last minute and they addressed quality issues I raised swiftly.
One improvement I would ask is to tighten the communication and progress reporting with customer a little more.
