We contracted this company to replace e our old comp roof with metal. When the scheduled day arrived Stfan, Chris and their crew showed up and got right to work! They tore off old roof, replaced any damaged substrate and put down all the u deployment in the first day!
The next day most of the new roof was on with all my various roof openings and skylights refreshed and protected.
Third day they finished the job, the results were absolutely amazing! They spent another hour plus walking the property and running a magnet to eliminate any debris.
I cannot praise this crew enough. The leads did their jobs, kept the crew on task, and there was minimal wasted time!
I would highly recommend this company! And I'd ask for Stefan and Chris and their crew! You won't be disappointed!

Wow, these guys are incredible! They showed up on time and worked all day to finish the roof on our treehouse. Super friendly, professional and final invoice was exactly what they said it would be. Glen was our site supervisor and he is a total PRO. Can't recommend them enough!

Bulmaro and his crew did a great job reroofing my house and carport roofs. Plywood was replaced on both roofs and shingles replaced. Plants were shielded from the roof debris.

Jose and crew did a great job. Only offense was the roofing delivery truck turning around on the pavement making marks on driveway when there was enough room on gravel area. There was also a small dent and scratch on new gutter from delivery truck conveyor when loading roofing also. I know they can do better.

Stephan and Chris did an outstanding job throughout the process. They run a highly skilled detail oriented operation that produces quality results. I highly recommend Cloise and Mike for all roofing needs.

Excellent work from the meeting from the estimate with Justin to the work the crew did for the roof replacement with Stephen and Chris as the supervisors.

First I would like to point out Grant, the person that came out and inspected the job requested and provided the estimate. After reviewing two additional estimates, one was in line with Grants and the other was more than double. After talking with the more expensive estimator I contacted Grant and discussed my concerns with him. He answered my questions and concerns and he worked with me to get an estimate for what I needed. Grants professionalism and willingness to work with me impressed me. He redid his estimate based upon what we discussed and I was satisfied. Grant stayed in contact with me through scheduling up to the date of install.

Next was the work. Elmer was the supervisor and Marco the crew leader. Both were professional in their discussions with me and answered all of my questions. Elmer went beyond and did some “show and tell” with me so I truly understood the process about my particular job. Marco and his crew seemed very competent and moved through the job with ease. Marco spent time with me to answer questions about the few that I had. The crew was here for almost 12 hours doing the work, including cleanup following the job. I have yet to find a nail and I can say so far no flat tires I would definitely recommend this company especially because of their flexibility and dedication to the job and customer.

Great service and on-time response all the way from bids to completion. Foreman Stefan kept me informed everyday of progress and scheduling of each day's work. The crew executed a large roof replacement on time and with great expertise. Thanks to all the crew!

We had two leaks in one section of our roof and asked around who people thought were the the best roofers in the area. A few names came up and we chose Cloise and Mike's. While an easily segmented section was involved, we were concerned that, since the roof was fifteen+ years old, they would try to get us to get an entire roof replacement. Chris came to our home at a time that was convenient for us, listened to our needs, did an inspection of the area, and said he could do what we wanted - with a warranty. After we got our proposal and accepted, Chris and his crew arrived and performed their work very well. When we need to replace the entire roof we know who we will call! Thank you, Cloise and Mike's!

Replacing your roof is a scary thought and can be a very difficult decision to make. Our experience with Cloise & Mike was better than 5 star from beginning to end. Their sales guy showed up when he said he would (actually, he was early). Their estimate was very detailed, they explained all of our options and why there were differences. These guys know what they are doing. All of my questions were answered.
The best part of the project came when the crew showed up to replace the roof. Stefan and his team were on time, ready to work. Professional, polite, safe, and they kept the worksite extremely clean.

Easy company to work with for roof replacement. Good communication and explanation of product and all work to be done, answered all my questions. Professional attitude by everyone from the initial estimator to the installation crew. Crew showed up to do the work on time, worked steadily until job completed. Job supervisor Jason introduced himself and the "crew boss", explained how they would protect plantings around the house, warned me about "flying debris" if I ventured outside. Checked back a couple of times thru the day and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the job. And was available by phone to answer a question I had. Area was cleaned up and put back in order before they left. I felt they respected not only me but my property. Happy customer.

Bryan, Jose, Jake, Justin and their team did an absolutely amazing job on our roof replacement. Our house is two story with a large 3 car, carport and shop, so a lot of roof square footage to replace. It was a three day job as estimated. And when they were finished, you couldn't tell by the cleanup they did that they were even there. An amazing crew making sure all the details were correct. Their quality is beyond top notch. This is the second roofing job our family has had done by Close and Mike construction, and several of our long time friends have had their roofs done by them also. Amazing, stress free process all the way from the first initial phone call for an estimate to the beautiful quality finish. You can't go wrong with Close and Mike Construction!! Just call them!

Extremely satisfied with our new roof that Jason Hernandez and his crew just did for us! Tore off the old, replaced plywood that was in desperate need of repair and a new roof put back on in 2 days. We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof!!! They were fast, efficient, affordable, and really went the extra mile for us. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Hernandez and his crew!!! Jason kept me up to date on the project and went above and beyond. They secured a loose downspout to the house and tracked down a ventilation issue with our ancient stove top fan (which was installed wrong when the home was built)! We have a ton of plants around the house and not one was harmed in the slightest - wow!!!

Jose’ and the crew replaced my roof, soffits and fascia boards in just eleven hours. It made for a really long day but they did a good job. The only negative thing is all the roofing nails in the yard that I keep finding either by site or in the bottom of my shoes but like I said it was a long day and it looks wonderful so I’m happy.

Jason and his crew were hard-working, courteous and efficient. Job completed in one day. Excellent clean up. Arrived with the correct shingle and ridge options that we ordered. Roof looks great.

I recently had C&M install a metal roof on my construction house, and they were fanatic every step of the way. Special kudos to Jake, their Quality Control Expert for working so closely with us on scheduling and install details to assuage our concerns with water intrusion. Stefan and his install crew were just as awesome. They worked hard, fast, and did a quality install which was very much appreciated. They were also were very on top of it when the manufacturer didn't provide all the panels needed; they noticed the missing panels right away, promptly ordered them, and finished the install just a few days later as soon as they got the missing panels. All around a great team to work with!

We live in Port Townsend and our roof was redone completely and Jason Hernandez & Crew were great. The roof included the attached garage and a 2nd story and it took them 2 days to complete the job. The ducts were reinforced and the roof looked better than new. The old Direct TV satellite was taken off and was taken away. They informed every step of the way and when they dropped off all the roofing materials we were told multiple times so we knew was was going to happen. When the crew left the yard was incredible and looked great. They even put in one of the yard lights in better. The job was done well.

I/we would highly recommend Cloise & Mike Construction! We recently had a re-roof done by them in Pt. Townsend, WA. It was a Victorian house with a challenging landscape around the house so it was a labor intensive job - no lifts could be used. Elmer, managed the job perfectly and his crew did a great job roofing and a meticulous job on the clean up.

Replacing a roof is a difficult decision with many factors to consider. Cost is the most obvious, however, quality of the product, expertise and overall service are also very important aspects of the decision making process. After much research, I chose Cloise & Mike Construction and I will say it was the best decision I could have ever made. The quality of the product among roofers is pretty much the same, however, the service from Cloise & Mike was OUTSTANDING!! From the initial meeting with Grant and the Job Foreman Jason, I was very much pleased that they showed that they valued me as a real 'partner' in this project and not just another customer/job. Jason and his team were amazing - personable, kept me informed throughout the process, hard workers and treated my property as if it were there own. After almost 12 hours on the job, they were still working hard and even came back to the next morning for another sweep for any debris that they may have missed due to the darkness.... it was 9:30 PM after all!!! Highly recommended if Service is high on your list!

New steel roof looks great. The installation team was all business. It took almost four days of actual work. A roof like this is a hand-made, custom-fit installation. There is more skill involved than I thought. C&M was on top of it at every step of the process. I would have these same guys do the job again.

The whole project went very smoothly. From the starting with the estimator Kris to completion was professional and above expectation. The onsite supervisor Elmer, was outstanding. The work looks amazing and was completed faster than expected. The work that Jason and his crew did was excellent. They arrived at the time they said and went right to work. They worked past the time when I had to leave at 5:00pm so I was not here when they left. It was dark when I arrived back home so was so happy to wake up and go outside to see the completed job and see how good it looked. They did a great job cleaning up the yard too. The extension from my roof to cover the deck needed a new type of siding and it looks great. So much better than before. I definitely will be using them when it’s time to do my detached garage. Roof is great and was done quickly! Not five stars because I wish they would have cleaned up and picked up all the nails on the ground after being done, said they would clean up but never showed up, our contractor stepped on nail and it went thru his boot.

The roofing company that I had hired, went out of business with my roof unfinished. I was having leaks throughout my attic and water coming through the ceiling. Cloise & Mike got the job started immediately. Jason and his crew completed the work in 2 days.

Great experience start to finish! Grant, the sales guy was awesome and ensured I would have new roof in a few months. They came out and tarped my leaks, provided plywood so I could paint to match before installation so it didn’t have to be painted after install. We recently had our roof replaced. It is a large project with many angles and a steep pitch! Bryan and his crew did an excellent job. Bryan communicated through out the project and answered all of our questions. The worksite was cleaned daily and overall we are very happy with the work! I would highly recommend the company.

Review Edit; After writing my review I called again to try to get some communication on the problem. Cori at the front desk was very kind and eventually forwarded my problems to Chris (operations manager?) After speaking with Chris a few times I’m currently confident that my problems will be resolved here shortly. I would like to acknowledge their work on correcting the problems at hand. I will further add to this review when all is completed.

For weeks my bathroom has been torn apart and unusable due to a bad seal on a skylight they worked on and was leaking. I was originally told it would be fixed under warranty by the worker that came out to assess the situation. He took complete blame for the leak and stressed it was due to a bad seal job performed by them. A week passed without hearing anything from the company for repairs so I started reaching out to them. Upon reaching them, they redacted saying they would cover the repairs under warranty due to their bad sealing job. At that time I asked for a bid to fix the problem which they quoted me approximately $2800 To install three skylights (2 others in my home), but not fix any of the damage from the leak they caused. So it’s been three weeks that I haven’t been able to use my master bathroom due to a leak that they caused, and they will not fix under warranty. And I will have to be hiring a contractor to fix the problem that they caused.

Finding a reliable and experienced roofer was made easier by the glowing recommendations from many homeowners in my neighborhood. Everyone at Cloise & Mike Construction I had contact with was professional, very competent and experienced. Jason and his crew worked hard on my roof replacement and did an excellent job. Jason kept in touch with me about everything throughout the process, he answered all questions and explained the timeline for my roof to be completed. I'm very happy with my new roof and the security of knowing it was done right. I highly recommend Cloise & Mike Construction Inc.

Jason and his crew were awesome! They only took 2 days to do our house roof and detached garage roof! That included replacing a lot of the plywood. They cleaned up each day prior to leaving, there were no nails left behind in the driveway or the lawn. They worked so hard, and it was definitely appreciated!

Everything from price to workmanship was stellar. Kris, who walked my parents through the process and materials to Jason and the install crew, everything was amazing. They fit us in ahead of schedule despite being booked far in advance. They were very respectful and courteous of the property, home, and our safety any time we were outside during install. My realtor coordinated a pre-sale roof replacement while I was out of town, so I didn't have direct contact with the team (lead by Jason), but their estimate was good, they fit me in quickly, and I'm told they did a good job on the roof and with yard cleanup.
