Great service we had a slight problem with a car we bought our son. Mechanic GT was on it right away, had us back on the road quickly.

Got my diffs and t case serviced on my 4runner. Super reasonably priced, and good/friendly service. Worth the nearly 2hr drive!

The guys always help me out. As a frequent customer, I have full faith that when I drop the keys off, I will have all my issues fixed and communicated to the whole way. I won't go anywhere else.

Recently bought a 2013 Toyota Tacoma as an extra for the hubby to drive. These guys were easy to work with.
Even went the extra mile to put a new battery in when I complained about the older worn looking battery. It was a good experience for us.

This is the best off-road shop hands down. Everyone is super helpful and my technician, Casey, did an amazing job on my GX460. No issues with my KDSS after the lift and he even custom cut my side step trim to fit my rock sliders. This is the only place I would take my vehicle!

Brought my jeep in because I was experiencing severe Death Wobble. The guys looked at my jeep out front of there building, had the issue figured out in minutes. Went inside ordered parts, parts arrived and dropped off my rig. Picked up the same day. No more issue at all drives great. These guys are professional and very nice to deal with. I dont normally write reviews but this place is amazing! I always check around and compares stores and this place wins in every category. Their prices are unmatched, knowledge unparalleled and customer service impossible to beat. They always tell me all the options and cheapest ways for me to get the job done while maintaining reliability, they explain everything I dont understand, and help me compare compare item to choose the best for me. At no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of or told to buy stuff I didn't need. Absolute 10/10 place. Kyle's pretty cool too

As a customer at the dealer location in Gorst and the Shop in navy yard city, every interaction with these guys has been outstanding.

I purchased a Tacoma from them after some time searching the market for a very narrow window of year/make/model/features. Called the dealer ahead of time to verify the truck was still on site, showed up a half hour later, truck was ready up front for me to look at. Told them what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted to pay for a truck with realistic expectations.

They respected my word on what I wanted, didn't try and bait me to a different truck, or beat me over the head with their financing options or warranties, and were very transparent throughout the process. We found a way to agree on the numbers and made a deal. Such a smooth process, I would buy another truck from here before going to the local dealer conglomerate.

The shop has been just as great to work with to buy aftermarket parts and have work done on the new truck. Little order mix up on some seat covers, but they immediately rectified the situation without question. Only semi negative feedback is a lack of a key drop box for vehicle drop off after hours, otherwise an outstanding bunch.

10/10, will be a repeat customer if they keep doing what they're doing.

When I walked in today, there was no one behind the counter and even though a doorbell sounded, no one came to the front. I went in a separate room which appeared to be a showroom and several minutes later I heard someone at the front counter. When I went back out the individual completely ignored me as he unpacked boxes. I walked out the door frustrated; only then did he turn around but didn't say a word. I looked back through the door window after walking out and he was already unpacking boxes again. If the business employees don't care about the customers, why would I want them working on my truck.

Well my first car off a lot was with them. A few years later I upgraded my vehicle. Then shit hit the fan. I got into an accident and my vehicle was totaled. Not my fault lol. So I gave them a call. Nick said come on down we got u. And that they did . I found the vehicle I wanted and they did there magic yet again. I rolled out in my new ride . So yes please go there. 3 vehicles we have gotten from them. The staff the family feeling is great. Thank u Nick, CJ,and The Boss man. I'll take a snowball to the face any day. Lol inside joke.

I decided to take my truck to OTS because when I called, they took the time to walk me through some lighting options, answered questions about installation, cost, and time. Other shops I called in the Seattle Metro- some closer, didn't have very good customer service, even the ones I went to in person.
We had some crossed wires which required me to have to come back, but these guys are pros and took care of the issue. Despite not being all that close to me, I'll be a repeat customer as long as they continue with the quality service.

These guys at this garage show more professional behavior than pretty much any place that I’ve been in the last couple years. They should be really proud of themselves. They represent themselves very well and I did enjoy getting greeted by a cute little dog.

TLDR: Go here they are the best people you can work with.

I had a last minute OME lift kit and UCA installed for my brothers Tacoma and am extremely happy. Jonathan and his team are hands down the best people I’ve worked with in the automotive industry. They were able to fit me in and also provided great advice for me and my brother for our plans for his rig.

Just genuinely great people who are passionate in what they do and build for people. In today’s day and age shops like this are a god send. They are people you wanna work with in all of Washington state and the PNW.

These guys took care of me when my vehicle unexpectedly broke down when traveling from out of the area. I was up and running by noon the next day. The guy who runs the shop is personable, they worked efficiently, and waiting room is above average. Would definitely recommend.

I came in for an alignment after having a 3” lift and bigger tires installed on my Tacoma. During the alignment, there were a couple issues that were found and John and the guys went above and beyond what I would expect to make sure everything was right and that I’d be on my way as soon as possible. Their customer service is definitely top notch!

Best shop in bremerton for any sort of off road enthusiasts. Extremely knowledgeable staff and expert mechanics. Work is always done perfectly and always on or before time.

Kyle, John and Bud are great. These guys got the front end of my Jeep squared away and stuck around to finish it after hours just to make sure that I was able to get out for the weekend. Really appreciate those guys they did awesome!

The guys did an amazing job on my wife’s 21 4Runner! GT kept me informed throughout the process and I believe Casey was the name of the technician that installed the lift and tires on the vehicle. He also walked me around the vehicle once it was completed and showed me what all was accomplished. Overall my wife and I are very satisfied with the finished product, thanks fellas!

These guys are great. I needed steps for my company truck because it was getting tough to get in and out. I had already had a quote from another shop and the company asked for another quote. I went in and gave the guys basic requirements. I needed good steps with a drop and most reasonable but still good and durable. They came up with the exact same step as my first quote. They worked to get a bit lower cost and my company went with this team. When I arrived to have the steps installed there was a minor miscommunication between us and I was a day earlier than they had on their calendar. These guys are great and said “don’t worry we’ll get it done.” They jumped on the truck and had the steps installed and had me back to work in an hour. If you need any truck accessories for on or off road I would without question recommend this team. They know their stuff, and work to get you the right equipment that best suits your needs. The Overland Garage is an amazing company. I traveled from Mukilteo to have a Prinsu rack and Baja Designs light bar put on my 2024 Outback Wilderness. The work lasted about 2 days as they have to drop the headliner for removal and install. Unfortunately my homie had to back out of the trip last minute so I didn’t have transportation back to the hotel. John was the MVP and gave me a ride back to the hotel to save me a few bucks on local transportation.
A few days later I came back to the garage and got to see the work. Needles to say, they did an amazing job, everything looks sleek and professional!!
Even thought it’s a bit out of my way, I will absolutely be coming back here for any work I want done to the rig!

My boyfriend is to nice to write a honest review so I’m doing it for him He said the guys there were really nice and knowledgeable. I was a little upset when boyfriend went there for a scheduled appointment but was told he wasn’t on the schedule. Which sucks because it’s an hour drive to get to the store. He got rescheduled for another day to get a light switch panel installed. This part gets to me because my boyfriend paid $560 for less than 3 hours work and he brought all the parts. Make things worst the light panel stopped working the next day. We tried emailing the shop to get it looked at but never got a response so we ended up taking it to Subaru. The reason the light switch panel stopped working because one of the wires was loose! Luckily Subaru didn’t charge us for it. I’m not trying to bash this place, my boyfriend said it’s an awesome store and he’d go back there again. I’m just upset how the company overcharged him, poor communication on scheduling, and their work wasn’t complete so we had to take it else where.

These guys know their stuff. They installed leaf springs, shackles, a tow/haul leveling system and light bars on my 2008 Tundra using quality parts and mechanical expertise that limited the labor costs. Even better, they had an excellent knowledge of industry products that enabled them to make valid recommendations for me to improve the towing and driveability of my truck overall. Highly recommend them.

Oil cooler on 2014 jeep cracked. Overland diagnosed the problem for free and suggested repair options.. Their labor charges are very much less then any dealership. Their work was immaculate and well done. Shop attitude was friendly and helpful ... They sat down with my wife and talked options for her jeep, respecting her opinions and listening to her desires ... this is our new go to place for both our jeeps.

5 star service with a joke and a smile! These folks are just as accommodating as they are hilarious. Shout out to Kyle, Bud, GT and the rest of the crew for getting my 87 GMC looking so good on 35”s. We brought the Tacoma in for some modifications and the team at Overland walked us through with kindness, respect and professionalism. When it was time to find a little AWD for my youngest I didn’t hesitate to have Overland give the thumbs up or down. You can expect 100% honest work. It’s like having a mechanic/fabricator in the family.

Overland Truck Store and Garage are top-notch!! I first met them on an offroad run they hosted and when I was ready to start my 4Runner build I knew I would use them. Kyle helped me order the right parts and took excellent care of me and my rig. Great service and prices on everything including installation! They are 1.5 hours away for me, but I'll never go anywhere else! Before and after photos included!

Kyle and team are great! They installed my Prinsu rack and Swift 1400 RTT, even let me check out his personal 1400 RTT prior to my purchase, and answered a bunch of my dumb questions! What a great bunch of guys! This is the kind of shop I like: They're into using the kind of equipment they sell and install, so they're enthusiastic and conversant about the same stuff you're into!

They installed my Roofnest Rooftop tent quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable rate. It's pretty far from where I live, but I'll make the drive because they're worth it!

These guys were great. I felt well taken care of, and not taken advantage of at all. Great, quick work...good communication...and fair pricing. I'd recommend to anyone needing some car repairs.

July 2025 purchased a fantastic 4runner from CJ at the car lot! Quick and painless process as well! The guys at the garage as always did well in getting the 4r lifted, tires and a few other items taken car of! Can't wait to get it out on trail!

Update 5/14/25 Kyle, Bud, GT and Logan(newest team member) all were super helpful today. I got 2 of the 3 items I came in for today and the 3rd is being ordered!

This shop is Legit and lives the lifestyle. World-class Overlanding and 4x4 advice, products, fabrication, and installation. Expert installation of my snorkel, armor, and lighting....super happy to pay for a shop that knows what they are doing.

Bought a 2017 sr5 Tacoma from CJ , came with a few goodies. I rated them 5 stars not just for the customer service but for the moral and the vibe . These guys are a family owned business and they are to me “top notch “ . Love the office especially how it was done up like an outdoors setting. If you have any friends or family looking for a Tacoma to do some wheeling or overlanding , please send them here . These guys helped my family and I get out and enjoy the fresh air and the scenery around Washington . These guys did a fantastic efficient job on getting my lower control arms replaced on my 2018 Tacoma highly suggest you check them out for over landing modifications as well as daily maintenance needs these guys know their stuff!

These guys did some warranty work on my 2015 Civic Si. Although it was nothing major, they did good work in a timely and professional manner. The gentlemen that worked with me, whose name is Lucky, was incredibly friendly and more than willing to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. They really do make you feel like you are the only customer they have. I don't often take my vehicles to a mechanic (hence the warranty work) but if I ever need to, I know exactly where to go. Thanks Lucky and Crew at Wicked! I will be returning.

First rate personal service from Kyle and the rest of the team ! This is my go to shop for all my auto repairs !

I always start with a 5 and go from there. Right off the bat, don't go here for oil changes. On an enginer smaller than 3.0L, I was first quoted $108 for an oil change with Mobil 1 and a basic Fram filter. That was the most expensive I have ever seen. I am used to the $40-80 range for cost. After they said they realized it was too high, it came down to $95ish. Still way too high. Doing myself next time if that is what it cost in this city. Second, they did some work replacing a part. I was told by Kyle that if my check engine light came on, I would be refunded the the price I paid for labor and still owe for the part. That's fair. I don't even mind paying for work. The point is that is what he told me and then on the phone he for sure swtiched up, trying to say he would deduct the cost from my next service work. So that would be fine too, a credit but that is not what he said. Accuracy and integrity mean something. Internal comms in the shop could be improved too. Also, no loaner cars. So overall, I just can't suggest this place to anyone. The search continues...

Radiator was leaking, steam coming out. Went to Auto Zone and they referred me here. They took a look, told me price, gave me written estimate of what they could/would do, I left my car. Picked it up next day and all seems well. Nice people, friendly, willing to answer questions.
