Ordered an item to be received the next day and it did't arrived on the promised date. Also, if searching for prices online they might not be the same at the store and they do not match the online price to what you find in the store which might a couple of bucks more expensive. Terrible customer service!

Place a STIHL express order through this store, received a confirmation email stating I would be contacted by the store within one day to be notified if the item was in stock or if they would have to order it. I wait 4 days and had to call the store myself to get my order processed.

Store is clean and well stocked. When i walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. On checkout, I advised the guy behind the counter that I heard I get a $10 coupon if I downloaded the app, which i did the day before. His response, I don’t know, I know nothing about the app, with a blank stare. I asked if he would find someone who might know. He turned to another gentleman behind the counter who said, give it to him, we want our customers happy.
I then paid with Apple Pay. I was given the receipt… no $10 off. I stated to the first guy, so no coupon, I paid full price? His response, yes, with a shoulder shrug.
What happened to helpful hardware folks? I expected a little more from Ace, since they charge full retail.

ACE has saved my butt these last few weeks! The staff is so helpful, everything is easy to get to, not like those HUGE hardware stores, they are right in town so close, and the prices are the same as those big box stores! Thanks so much you guys!!

This store is the absolute worst!! According to the guy behind the counter, "just because it says it's in stock on the ace hardware website, doesn't mean we have it, that computers wrong all the time". Which is funny because the ace in christiansburg, 15 miles away seems to have it when the online page says they have it. Weird, right? Or just poor management? Plus, everything in this store, you can get at lowes for $5 cheaper. Don't waste your time!! Would not recommend

I have done business with this Store for over four years. Live about 12 miles away but it's worth the drive to shop local . Very Friendly Staff and Always Helpful. Pass up two major chain stores to shop at Ace Hardware in Dublin. And will continue to..

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
