I recently had all the siding on my house replaced and the entire exterior painted by Applied Max, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This is actually the second time we’ve hired them. After they did an excellent job on a smaller project, we decided to bring them back for this larger job.

From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they completed the job on time and within budget.

One of the highlights of my experience was the excellent communication throughout the project. Chester, the contractor, was amazing. He was always on site, checking on the progress, answering any questions I had, and providing professional advice. His presence and dedication ensured that everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction.

Additionally, their quote was clear and transparent, showing all expenses upfront with no hidden costs whatsoever. This level of honesty and straightforwardness was truly appreciated.

Besides the siding and painting, they also did some work on my roof, cleaning and tidying up what needed attention, and handled the removal of our deck. The crew was respectful and kept the worksite clean, making the whole process as smooth as possible.

Max did a thorough of walking us through the estimate and what the job would entail. He kept us informed throughout the project as to timing etc. His crews were some of the hardest workers I've seen esp. his lead man Luis.
The result is nothing short of perfect! It looks like a new house.

AppliedMwx did an excellent job replacing our siding with hardiplank, painting the exterior, repairing our shutters, fixing flashing and fascia, and replacing our outside deck with Timbertech composite. The house looks great. The service was professional, responsive, and friendly. They found solutions and did repairs that other companies could not or would not do. And the price was better than other estimates. Could not recommend them more highly.

We LOVED working with Max, Chester, Daniel, and the rest of the AppliedMax crew. We have been in our 1970’s house for about a year and a half and have been through quite a few renovations - AppliedMax is without a doubt our favorite company that we’ve hired thus far! After reviewing multiple companies, my family and I knew immediately after meeting Max that we wanted him and his company to do our project he took his time from the very beginning to really listen to what we wanted, and then educated and added suggestions along the way. New siding for townhouse. First rate work. I dealt with Max as lead. Stripped existing siding. Put in new Hardiplank, then painted. No complaints. Excellent communication, fair price, competent execution, punctual.

AppliedMax replaced all the old 1970's cedar siding on my residence with new fiber cement siding, along with recapping the exterior beams and fixing all the wood rot around the chimney and facade. They were not only affordable, professional and punctual, but they were incredible honest and transparent about every aspect of the project. Marcus spent hours talking over every detail with me, sent me several photos during the remodel and even readdressed a few areas when I wasn't 100% satisfied with the results. I needed siding replacement and paint. I also wanted a 6’ privacy fence replaced. Applied max was the best and lowest responsible price of 4 quotes. I agreed to let them do the work empathizing short work duration because of an invalid wife They started on a Thursday afternoon and were completely done and cleaned up by Saturday noon. Could not be more pleased with the speed and quality of work. The price was reasonable and follow up was excellent. I would use them again.

AppliedMax did a wonderful job replacing our wood fascia and soffit boards with new hardie plank. When the first paint job did not dry to match as intended they came back and repainted. The final product looks fantastic!

I have been looking for a company to replace the siding on my chimney without success until my friend recommended Chester. His employees did an excellent job.
