Pretty bad u buy a almost new vehicle from them and not even had for 6 months and needs a new motor not trying to help in any way but give us another car with another payment snd be stuck with this one. Mike there is a very great guy and tried to help but the owner wouldn't let him do anything. If u see anyone there for a vehicle Mike's the one to go to. Don't recommend the service center though they even miss diagnosed the problem the first time.

Always helpful with answering questions, giving prompt recommendations, and has assisted with multiple vehicle emergencies. He values his customers and goes above and beyond, epitome of quality customer service. When looking for a new vehicle he is knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. I appreciate that he’s patient and I’ve never felt pressured to “settle” for a vehicle that’s not for me.

Through the years we have purchased several vehicles from Ramey Richlands and have been satisfied. We have always used their service department for any maintenance on all of our vehicles. Purchased a new car in 2014. Purchased a new set of Goodyear Assurance All Season tires in November 2019. When I took the car in last week for an oil change and inspection sticker they denied the inspection sticker because of dry rot on the tires. We haven't even had these tires for 3 years. They refuse any kind of warranty or to help out in any way. Very disappointed in how they have handled this situation after all the business that we have done with this dealership.

We had the best car buying experience at Ramey's in Richland's. We went in with a pre-approval from another company and Ramey's beat their interest rate. Jeff was very personable and worked hard to get us at the payment we wanted. Jeff and Frank got the deal done.

It only took an hour to take care of the air bag recall on my '09 Silverado, AND fix the brake light problem. Who knew there was a brake fluid level sensor? Not me. And no charge to top off the brake fluid!

I brought my vehicle in the service department today to check on a ticking noise that came from the engine. I had purchased the vehicle from Ramey's Automotive in Richlands, VA about 3 years ago. When purchasing this vehicle I was advised by the sales man that the vehicle had a lifetime power train warrenty and had even stated to me if the vehicle had 300,000 miles and the engine blew up, it would be covered. In saying this, I made the recent appointment and advised the service department of this warrenty and advised them again when I dropped the vehicle off, neither time was I advised any different. About 3 hours later I was advised that they attempted to diagnosis the problem, but advised they would have to pull the intake which would obviously require new gaskets once they were complete. I was also advised that they checked for codes, why I dont no because there was no indication of any trouble codes available. I was then recommended to take my vehicle to a dodge dealership as they were more capable of diagnosising my vehicle. I again advised them that I had a lifetime warrenty and was advised that this was not correct. Paperwork indicated that I had a 36,000 miles or 36 months warrenty, which had just ran out. To say I was furious would be an understatement and although I understand car dealers lie and I should have been more thorough about making sure I was getting what I paid for. To add insult to injury the service man told me that the sales man that sold me the car probably just didn't no what he was talking about. Considering I paid $25,000 for a vehicle and have purchased from them prior, I feel that this is overall unacceptable and I will not be continuing business with them in the future. Also, after all that the service rep told me they weren't able to diagnosis my vehicle and that I had to pay $95.00 for the hour and diagnosis check to get my vehicle back. In all if I could give less then 1 star on this review I would! Buyers beware!!!

Service dept needs an overhaul. Twice took truck in for service and they parked it outside saying they were done. 1st time they didn't rotate the tires. When I asked if they did they said yes. Nope I maked the wheels before coming to service. Had to sit and wait for them to rotate. 2nd time they never attempted half the service it was in for. Parked it outside said it was done. Won't be back. Can't be trusted and cost me another day off work.
