Love my plumbers! And Mike is always knowledgeable, pleasant, and super helpful. I regularly get same day service and rates are reasonable!

We have used Priority 1 Plumbing on a number of occasions for everything from toilets to faucets to outside water lines. There aren't enough stars to rate them. They're the best!

Had a old well water filtration system replaced with a water softener. They did a great job.... fast and easy.

Fantastic service, have used them more than once now. Very responsive to coming out to us quickly; and efficient, honest work. Our plumber Michael is a great guy!

No, this is not something part of the job.

Nowadays, things are so transactional, companies turn down jobs and customer service, in general, is at all-time lows (or non-existent). For example, I literally called so many other companies, and they could not/did not want to take the job.

Not Priority One Plumbing. They were different. They truly cared and were empathetic and understood the urgency of our problem. The best customer service. And, real, honest and did not lie and try to upsell/cross-sell me anything else.

These were the little things that made Priority 1 Plumbing standout from the rest.

As a first-time customer, I was very happy with Priority 1 Plumbing. Office/scheduling assistant was helpful and professional. Michael Ayoub was an awesome technician completing the work in my home and providing expert advice! I will definitely call them again!

We had an issue with a leaky shower faucet and an issue with the outdoor faucet. Mike fixed both items and explained the issues very clearly and they charge very fairly. We've hired them before for other plumbing issues (leaky bathroom sink faucet), and would definitely hire them again in the future.

We hired Priority 1 Plumbing to install a new anode rod in our water heater. The existing rod and plumbing were installed by the original builder, so it was quite old with PVC lines to the water heater. We originally spoke with Christine to schedule the service and they ended up having availability for the same day.

The technician, Michael, arrived within an hour or two of speaking with Christine. He swapped everything out on both the hot and cold lines from PVC to copper. Michael also added a new shut-off valve on the cold water line, a massive improvement from the flimsy PVC valve. Everything came out professional and clean! We were very impressed by the quality of the work, professionalism of staff throughout the process, and the price we paid for the work.

Compared to other companies we had quoted, Priority 1 was by far the best quality and value; other companies weren't even including the swap to copper. Overall, I highly recommend using Priority 1 for your plumbing needs. We will definitely be using them as our go-to company for any plumbing in the future!

Cam was outstanding. Quick response from Priority 1, they kept me informed about when he was going to be there. Cam dealt with a seriously clogged toilet line, persuaded me not to replace the toilet, and wrestled the deep clog into submission. I wouldn’t use any other plumber.

Cam was the man. Efficiently diagnosed the problem and luckily had the part on hand. Left me with the part number and explained how to fix it in the future. I call priority for all my plumbing needs. They come on time, call or text beforehand to make sure you’re ready.

This company has a 5 star rating average for a reason, they’ve been phenomenal both times I’ve had them come to our aid. First was during COVID of all times, like right into the thick of the start of the pandemic I have two unrelated and unfortunate events: tree fell on our house (thankfully kids and I were fine), then a leaky bathroom sink caused the ceiling to cave and fall in our basement. Christine and Paul were a lifesaver, I think they were out within 12 hours of calling. And during those times nonetheless. They got to the bottom of it and fixed it quickly.

Fast forward to this year, and I had accumulated a few odds and ends that needed fixing (and as a single mom, I just hadn’t gotten around to prioritizing). Paul and his crew came out to fix my garbage disposal, replace my sink fixture in a bathroom, and inspect our water heater as it had been acting up. Always prompt and always professional and taking personal care. Highly recommend their company for any and all plumbing needs!

I called Priority One because my kitchen sink was backing up and they came the next day! Cam was the plumber who came and he was very polite and professional. Despite the drain being more trouble than anticipated, he kept going and got it fixed! he was very clean and tidy, cleaned up after his work, and even work boot covers when in my house to keep from tracking dirt inside. A great experience all around!

Paul and the team came to help my mother with installing a new boiler after there was a late night system meltdown. They went above and beyond with responsiveness and helpfulness, she was so pleased by how kind, thoughtful and thorough they were. They had to come back multiple times to get this difficult job done. Have used Mike at Priority One plumbing for other random jobs in our house. This time was removing a bidet from one bathroom and installing in another bathroom and putting a new bidet where the old one was. He took a look at the work, gave us a price that we thought was very reasonable and he got to work. He was done before I got back to the house, so less than 1.5 hours. Work is always perfect and we are very happy with both installs. I highly recommend Priority One for any plumbing work you might need, they are experienced and very reliable.

Best plumbing service with great communication, on time and just the most friendliest people I’ve ever met with a quick service call that was needed for my home. Mike and Cam were the absolute best with explaining what was wrong with my issue and they took care of it with alternative options in the future. Mike was super professional and helped me remove a solid object that was stuck in my disposal. I did not go with their services due to the price but I do appreciate Mike's help and the guidance he gave me to DIY the problem.

Michael Ayoub came to unclog our kitchen sink and was highly professional - arriving at the beginning of the scheduled window and providing me a description of what the problem could be and the possible solutions with pricing. We ended up needing to snake about 20 feet of pipe before clearing the blockage.

Snaking services were cheaper than other quotes I got by $50-$100

Mike came out the same day, turned out to be issues with my HVAC. He did a little adjusting with the pipes. So far it looks like it is fixed. Thanks again for your prompt service.

I can't say enough of what a lifesaver Paul was for me. In the recent rainstorm my house probably got 6+ inches of rain and my 7 year old builder grade Sump Pump was running non stop. I noticed it died around 12:30 AM. The water was probably 1-2 inches from the top of my collection basin and was about to flood due to the water table being so high underground.

I called and got ahold of Paul and he came out to take care of it when he wasn't the person on call for the evening. He was at my house very quick and was able to install a new Sump Pump before I had a disaster on my hands.

I am VERY thankful of the service he provided and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need.

I had three tasks for Priority 1 to do, and their plumber, Mike Ayoub, was expert and efficient in dealing with all the problems. The first was to install water supply cut-off valves for a basement bathroom, which isn't necessarily important: few bathroom tubes have cut off, and replacing shower/bath fixtures does normally require draining all the pipes in a house. Nevertheless, it is a nice feature. Mike also replaced the cartridge for that bath and shower as a part of this process. The other two items on my list were simple: replacing a utility sink faucet set (the original one would spray water all around), and checking to see if wintertime freezing had created an interior basement leak that could leak water into the basement. That was simple: there was no sign of that after I had moved things out of the way (ahead of time), and he simply observed and touched the pipe area with the insulation pulled back. It was fine.

Have used them (and referred them) a few times. Easy and responsive scheduling process and Mike has been honest and great each time we’ve used them (disposal, shower, toilet work)

We had a water emergency - our shower could not stop running. Priority 1 Plumbing was there within a half hour. The plumber was easygoing and friendly, and he fixed the shower within minutes. Plus the price was completely reasonable. We were so impressed!

Very professional and quick service! They’ve been to our house 3 times. Once to replace the water pressure regulator. Once to fixed a very difficult clogged drain. Once to install a new shower fixture set.

Called the company and spoke to both Christine and Paul the husband and wife owners about a plumbing issue. The first call I was told by Christine, that she would check with her husband on how to handle the isse (smell from kitchen sink) and get back with me. 2 days went by and I called her again. She said that her husband was so tired when we came home but that he has me on his radar to call back. I waited, and no response. I called again and asked if they were still interested in the work and she said yes. Then, Paul called and we spoke. He said rather than come out to do something twice, he could install a filter after the countertops were installed. Then Paul asked me to send pictures of the sink and plumbing to his cell phone so that he could give me a price. I sent the photos. No response was received. I then texted Paul asking for confirmation of receiving the photos. He confirmed and texted, "I'll call you tomorrow." No call or response came. I called Christine and asked if they were on board with the job and she said yes and that she had to talk to her husband. I asked to please not make us wait for days and days for a response. No response ever came. Here's where this gets horrible. I called Christine at her business line again, and she proceeded to not answer and then started disconnecting the call as soon as the call connected. At first I thought something was wrong with the line, I tried 3-4 times and she kept hanging up. I texted Paul her husband and let him know how disappointed we are with the unprofessionalism dealing with his company. He then called me and was SCREAMING and GASLIGHTING that he can't give prices using photos. Paul knows we never asked him to give a price with photos. It was his idea and his instructions to send photos for a price because he didn't want to come here. He was raging on the phone and seemed very unhinged. I told him he had no right to call my house, screaming at a woman he has no respect, and that our calls are recorded. I told he he could try that screaming over talking hysteria aggression with my husband instead. I went to get my husband for the phone and Paul hung up. We did nothing to these people, except call them repeatedly and politely. We communicated with respect and all they did was lie, not keep their word, and behave very disrespectfully. Expect rage if you tell Christine or Paul the owner and plumber that you are disappointed. We do not recommend this company at all.

Excellent service! My kitchen faucet lines had a "connector" leak. Cam and Mike arrived in the time slot specified, they called ahead, they didn't make a mess, they put in a whole new system, because, as we had found out from the hardware store, the connector isn't available anymore. Thank you !

Highly recommend Paul and his crew. My husband called about the issues we were having with clogs and overflows. Paul came out and looked at everything, made recommendations for necessary fixes. Mike showed up on time, was very courteous and dedicated to getting the job done. Prices were very fair. We have definitely found our go-to plumber.

We called Paul on a Sat morning and he came right out and assessed and fixed our sewer backup problem. Unfortunately we had a crack in our line and roots were growing in. 5 days later it was clogged again, and Paul came out and re-assessed it and cleared it without recharging me. It was clear an expensive repair was needed, but he volunteered critical information that the Town of Leesburg will fix a cracked sewer line if the crack is at or past the 2nd clean out drain in the front yard. He called the Town Water folks and they came out and confirmed they could fix it. I was SO grateful for Paul's service and knowledge that saved me thousands of dollars.

Paul worked with our insurance company to provide the written estimates they required, and they did a great job installing a brand new PVC drain pipe (under our concrete slab) as well as installing all new plumbing in our 70 year old home. Honesty.......not a word you get to use very often anymore. But, I can say that Paul from Priority 1 told me that he DID NOT need to jet out my drain. He stated that the cost wasn't going to buy me anything. The pipes are old cast iron. If we don't put anything strange down there, we should be good. So I highly recommend this company to anyone needing help from an honest company.

I had a major main sewer line drainage problem this past weekend. It was completely backed-up. Paul, from Priority 1 Plumbing came out to my house and assessed the situation quickly. Paul provided some great advice to me before I started down the path of digging up my yard to fix the drain problem. I had a faulty sump pump on the eve of a very heavy rain so I called priority one and they were able to accommodate me on a saturday. Michael A. did an outstanding job, and the entire experience was flawless from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company!!

Priority 1 Plumbing is reliable, responsive and highly professional. Michael Ayoub, the plumber was informative and highly skilled. The work was performed to my satisfaction.

Our main sewer line backed up so we called them and they came and cleaned the pipe out and found roots inside the pipe. The man said that he would send someone to check where the pipe broke with a camera and it would include. The guy never came till this day. We called many times and they would always say “I’m sorry, let me call you back.” They never called back.

Paul solved two plumbing issues for me recently, and I was very happy with the work he did. He was very responsive throughout the process and did an excellent job. I would recommend Priority 1 for any plumbing or gas fitting work.
