Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to order items that they may not have in stock. Overall good selection. Also willing to do the labor of rescreening your windows and doors.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service I received today from a young man named Daniel I believe, he cut some new extra keys for me and was very helpful! This was my first visit to the Ace and it’s a very nice store that had everything I needed for today’s trip! I will definitely remember to stop in on my next need for anything outdoors or home related they pretty much have it all!

They have a ton of weird fasteners and parts in the last couple of aisles.
They are expensive!! - So if it's too pricey, you may want to try going to Quincy & get it somewhere else cheaper.

Super friendly service!! The people here are so friendly and very knowledgeable!! Unfortunately wasn't even able to purchase something from.them but they did point me in the right direction on where to find the part we needed.

They have grade 1 lumber. Did not have to dig through boards to find good ones. Awesome people and always someone to help.

Very helpful staff. When I arrived I thought the item I wanted was sold out, this very nice lady offered to help. She indicated that if they were indeed sold out she'd have one on the next truck! A nice selection of handy man/ home improvement/ gardening supplies. I will definitely shop there again

Visited today. Kallie and gabe very helpful. We needed a hard to find key made and kallie did it on the first try. Very friendly employees. Keep up the great work !

Ace's prices may be slightly higher than the bigger stores but you get great customer service without having to search for it. They have a friendly staff that's always willing to help you find the things you need.

Wonderful! I went in for a friend that needed a drill but and they did everything they could ril they found what i needed! Great work to the young workers their!
