We are very happy we selected NextGen for our roof replacement, repair, and skylight replacement. The entire process and team were very professional. Starting with Matt’s initial visit for a complete inspection or our roof for the estimate. NextGen was the only company of the 4 we reached out to for an estimate that took the time to inspect our roof in person. The crew was also professional and completed all the work in one very hot day. All work was completed and our yard was left as if they had never been there. We have peace of mind that our roof will protect our home for many years to come. We highly recommend NextGen and will look to them for other external home repair needs.

We have been looking to get our roof replaced and came across Nextgen. I have read reviews on this company and it seemed pretty good. Geraldo came to give us a quote and he has been nothing but helpful since. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease even with the amount of stress projects like this can be. We ran into a roadblock and he came back at us with a solution for the time being the next day. No pressure and communication has been pretty good so far. The job has not been done yet, but will leave a review after.

We found ourselves needing a new roof on our home and detached garage. We sought quotes from several companies and in doing so acquired Matt Talbot of NextGen Roofing who turned out to be a very thorough and knowledgeable estimator who examined every inch of our home and garage roof. He made a point to explain everything he ran across that needed to be corrected prior to the start of roofing. He then advised us on various materials and we were happy to go with the GAF products that he recommended.

On roofing day we were blessed with great weather and at 7:30 in the morning, a NextGen van showed up with a gaggle of enthusiastic workers who immediately began covering the complete side ground of our house and garage with huge tarps to collect old shingles, nails, and whatever needed replacing on the roofs. Foreman Mike was very attentive to all aspects of the job being done, and worked alongside the workers. The work went on for 12 hours until the whole job was completed at 7:30 or so PM.

The cleanup job was extraordinary! They first raked out about 15 feet from the buildings, then they walked around the area making sure to pick up anything they might have missed. Then, surprisingly, they vacuumed to get any shingle residue that was on areas they couldn’t rake. They then pulled a rolling magnet to get any nails that might have been left behind.

We would recommend NextGen Roofing for their professionalism and easiness to work with every step of the way.

Wonderful to work with. The whole process was so easy and fast. They sent two crew to replace our roof in less than a day. They worked hard and so efficiently and Mike made sure all my concerns were addressed.

The Next Gen team was excellent, from the first phone call, through the estimating process, to the installation of the roof itself. Matt explained the estimate for re-shingling the house thoroughly, as well as the company's policies and procedures, and he supplied many photos to back it up. He also came the morning of the installation to be sure all was on track. Mike and his crew did an amazing job on a nearly 150 year old roof. They were professional and exacting in their work, as well as polite. There were upcharges, due to the mistakes made by the previous roofer, but the charges were reasonable and they explained them as soon as they realized they would be necessary. Truly exceptional company.

Great experience with Nextgen. We had our old shingles replaced as well as some skylights. The whole job was done in a day, removal of old material, installation of new shingles, ridge vents, clean up, and even some repairs to the detached barn roof. Scheduling was easy and all the people were great to deal with. Highly recommend Nextgen!

Called for a minor siding repair but in a very high point of our house. Much too high for non-professionals. They had no problem handling a small job. Came to provide an estimate and ended up just fixing the problem and not charging us. This said loads to me about the integrity of this company. This is who I will return to when I need these types of services in the future. Shout out to Geraldo. Thank you!!!

Nextgen came on time, did fantastic work. Big house done in one day. Supervisors Al and James are very personable and knowledgeable. Matt the estimator came out on morning of install to make sure everything went well. I'm extremely satisfied with job and would recommend to anyone.

We just had our roof done by NextGen Roofing and we are very satisfied with the work. They completed the work so quickly! In and out within 6-7 hours. Matt is there to talk you through everything and answer any questions while the team sets up and works. Very professional. I was concerned about my flower beds being that it is spring/summer and things are in bloom but they did a great job making sure to not damage anything (see pic). Once they left you couldn't even tell they were here. There go around with multiple magnets to pickup any nails etc. I did find a handful of nails but that's pretty amazing considering the amount of work done. Thank you!

Matt came out to give us an estimate for a siding repair. He was very professional and very personable. I don’t have enough good things to say about our experience with Nextgen. We are looking forward to working with them in the future.

I met with Matt Talbot about my roof and some of my siding that had come off. Matt explained everything that would be done. He answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the way roof came out and the pieces of siding that was put back on and also had chimney cover put on.

We had the pleasure of working with Geraldo, and while the project couldn’t be completed his professionalism and expertise stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. His resourcefulness and recommendations were invaluable, and although the project didn’t move forward, I would highly recommend speaking to Geraldo for you next project if you want to work with someone who acts with integrity and is dedicated to doing the job right.

We had our roof and skylights replaced a couple of months ago by Nextgen and we wanted to wait a bit to see how thing shook out before writing a review. So, after a lot of rain (which I was hoping for), I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the results.

The team led by Mike and Brian were extremely efficient and professional and were able to finish our moderately large residential project in one day. The skylights look great, the gutters work better since they reshaped parts of the drip edge, and the roof itself is much improved after they were able to replace some of the decking that had deteriorated. The cleanup afterwards was also well done.

Kudos as well to our project manager Geraldo who did a thorough inspection (via drone and physically on-roof), both before and after the project. Also, thank you to Crystal in the office, who handled our payment over the phone. While it's never any fun to pay for a big project, she made it a pleasant, accommodating experience.

Overall, the quote we received from Nextgen was comparable with those from the other companies we contacted. We decided to go with Nextgen mostly because of the thoroughness of the inspection performed by Geraldo prior to his estimate. At the end, there were no hidden charges and the work was impeccable.

From start to finish the experience with Nextgen roofing was stress-free and easy. Matt Talbot came over and provided me with excellent information on how the whole process would proceed and exactly what to expect.
The communication was never lacking. A couple of days before the job was scheduled I called Matt with a request to put in a two leave-in anchors for future solar installers. He immediately entered it into the notes for the job. I also emailed Brian Vigneault, project manager and he got right back to me confirming this addition to the work order. On the morning of the install he pulled these brackets out of the van and showed me before I left for work. Upon my return from work that evening the roof was done, the clean-up was spotless, and the roof looks great. I am really glad I went with Nextgen for my new roof.

Living in windy Westfield, I lose a piece of flashing off my house every 3-4 years. Recently, I had a piece come loose from the chimney cap. I did not want water to run down the chimney into the house. I called Nextgen Roofing after seeing some local ads. They could fix it the same day within a few hours. They were polite and professional, and they finished the work quickly. I was very impressed with their work and very pleased with their pricing, which is very fair.

The wind took down and loosened some flashing on the house. I called at 10am to see if they would take on such a small repair and the estimator was at my house within 20 minutes! The full repair was completed in less than five hours, same day! Brian and Ryan were pleasant, professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend NextGen!

I was very impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the project. From start to finish. Matt Talbot initially met with me describing the company and the process. Right after that he sent a proposal which was really thorough describing materials used, warranties, etc. Once I decided to go with Next Gen, the general manager reached out acknowledging my project and saying that they were starting the process with material purchasing and permitting. About a week after that, I was contacted with the install date. On the install date, a full work crew arrived at the stated time, as did Matt just to check in, and the project manager. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. By the afternoon, everyone was gone, my yard was immaculate and I had a brand new roof!

Kudos also to the office staff who took my payment information and answered some of my questions . They too were very efficient and helpful.

I had Nextgen come out to take a look at my roof. Mitch came out and did a full inspection which included going on the roof and in the attic. He took a lot of pictures and was extreemly transparent with the roof and the company. He then helped me understand the "Roofing System" as others had not and explained the complete warranty which is very impressive. I will definitely be moving forward with this company in the future as I now understand the value of going with a solid roofing company who really cares about educating it's customers.

Nexgen installed new gutters with gutter guards on our two story house. They also removed the old gutters and hauled them away. My wife and I were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. We noticed there was a small flaw in two of the gutter guards after they were installed. Nexgen came out the next day and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Nexgen for any of your roofing needs!

So pleased with the Nextgen team I’m not even sure where to begin! Right from the beginning with the quote through the project execution I experienced unparalleled professionalism that is unmatched by so many businesses today. Our project included a roof rejuvenation, multiple skylight replacements, multiple roof vent replacements, re-flashing the chimney. Cleaning the gutters was also included. Because of the colder weather this job required scheduling flexibility to take advantage of a very small window of warmer days. The Nextgen team was very accommodating in that regard. I can definitely say that Nextgen sent their A-Team to execute our project. Each member of the team was friendly, courteous, and very respectful of our property. Each of the team members were very skilled in each aspect of the job and were quick adapt to any necessary scope changes. The entire project was accomplished in a day which exceeded my expectations. I recently had my 33 yo roof replaced by Nextgen Roofing. They replaced my large roof in one day. They had a gigantic team of workers descend upon my house on the day that was scheduled. They started at 7:30 am and were done with the job by 6:30pm They had a large number of workers out picking up debris/nails so I wouldn't have to worry about a flat tire. There was no left over junk anywhere. They replaced a skylight. It rained the last 2 days - no leaks! While they were working there were project managers who I could speak with. There was a sense of order with everyone there doing their specific task. I was impressed that they got it done so well, so quickly on time and on price. I will be consulting with them in the Spring when it comes time to replace my deck.

NextGen recently reroofed my barn and replaced gutters on my house. I couldn't be happier! These folks are what other construction-type companies advertise, but fail to live up to: they came when they said they would come, worked hard and did a really, really good job, answered all my many questions, were courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Matt Talbot is the person who came out to do the initial quote - he patiently listened to what I needed, made a suggestion or two, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He also stayed in touch throughout the entire process, letting me know what was going to happen next and making sure any lingering questions were answered. Their prices are fair and their work stellar. I would hire them again in a minute.

Very Impressive operation. We counted 16 people on-site at our house. The crew had ladders up going a few minutes after arriving.
The on-site supervisors are meticulous and knowledgeable enough to handle any challenges or unseen concerns that arise. The team has an exceptional work ethic providing high-quality finished products. Nextgen delivers on everything it says it will do and you will be more than satisfied. They are coming back in a few weeks to do our siding and after watching such an organized operation do our roofs no doubt it will be done right.

Just had Nextgen redo our roof Friday 9/6/24. They showed up got right to work! They had the roof striped and cleaned up so fast! The hole crew was very professional and friendly! The roof was done and everything was as it was before they came! Rene and the hole team at Nextgen went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier!

My roof was 34 years old and beginning to leak so replacing the roof and gutters couldn’t be delayed any longer. I also decided to finish other delayed house projects of dormer siding along with their fascia/soffit/window wraps. I chose NextGen after getting other quotes, although it was a bit more expensive overall, I had a good feeling about the conversation and interaction with Matt (salesperson). I am glad I chose them as they delivered what was promised – a business relationship based on trust with competent work, communication at every phase, help in decision making and various crews of workers specialized for each project. Although the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ is somewhat overused and not always true, my experience with NexGen was exactly that. I did get what I paid for; it was stress free and I relaxed into trusting that all was and would be well. I have no reservations in recommending them for their professionalism, competency, communication, and ability to trust that they will do and mean what they say and say what they mean. My house looks great, and neighbors complement me on a job well done.

Next Gen replaced the house roof 2 years ago and did a fantastic job…so we asked them to come back and replace the flat roof on the addition. The team was hard working, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did all the work in one day! The customer service is top notch and we appreciate their continued commitment to quality work and their kindness, as well.

Nextgen Roofing just replaced our roof today. Everyone from start to finish was very knowledgeable and professional. They protected our landscaping wonderfully and when they left, you’d never know they were here (except for the great new roof!) We are very pleased.

Nextgen is a top notch company. Incredible experience from beginning to end. From initial contact with Crystal to inspection from Matt to interactions with on site supervisor Mike, this process was flawless. I wish I could give 10 stars.

We had several issues to address. So we decided to go with Nextgen because they had years of experience, quality products with great warranties. They were able to repair, seal and stucco the chimney,; correct basic structure of a portion of the roof prior to removing the rest of the old roof and installing the new one,, plus they then changed the gutters to better accommodate drainage from above.

They were so nice, answered all our questions and if we have problems, they will be our one source to call in the future.

They arrived early, and their team worked together hard all day. It seemed that they all knew what to do on their own as they came on site. They didn’t hesitate or talk much. The roof was done at the end of the day. It was amazing. It is beautiful. I still can’t believe that this company was able to help us with everything. They have made our home one of comfort and joy. We are protected from the elements.

Roof and skylight replacement, rake board carpentry. Top-notch experience all around. Field rep Matt is great — low key/ low pressure, communicative, and extremely detailed and precise explaining/ itemizing options. Matt visited the day the roof was being replaced to make sure we were happy. Carpenters Rob and Cory are skilled and meticulous, and cheerfully answered questions along the way. The roofing team was also first-rate; Brian and his crew were upbeat and chatty all the way through, and were also very skilled and meticulous. We were especially impressed with the crew’s care and exacting nature in installing flashing around the chimney, skylights, and vents. Most of all, we are super pleased with the outcome — the new roof looks really great! We would work with NextGen again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I met with Geraldo from Nextgen recently to discuss installing a new roof on our home which we will be selling shortly. Geraldo was very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job explaining the process and materials that would be used by Nextgen if we chose them. He simply could not have done a better job! However, since we will be selling our home shortly, pricing was an even greater factor that it might have been had we intended to remain in our home for the long-term. As a result, after some consideration, we decided to proceed with another company that was also very well reviewed.
