I’ve been a handyman for a while, and I know enough about roofing to tell good work from bad. That’s why I went with these guys. They told me upfront what they’d be using — Owens Corning shingles, the synthetic underlayment underneath, drip edge, everything done right. They used the kind of materials and approach I’d expect on a proper job. The crew showed up, did solid work, no mess, no shortcuts. I watched them work and felt confident the whole time. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I wasn’t planning to do the siding this year, but I’m glad I did. These guys showed up on time, explained everything without rushing me, and got straight to work. The whole thing took less time than I expected, and they cleaned up well after. The siding looks really good — makes my house look 10 years newer. A couple neighbors already asked who did it. This is actually the second time I’ve worked with this company. The first time, they replaced several of my windows, and I was really happy with the result. This time, I only needed one window done, but they treated it with the same level of care and professionalism.

What an amazing company. From my first meeting with Jamiliey to the very end of the work needing to be completed, they were just top notch, first class all the way. The team there is first class, they treat you as you are there only customer & there most important customer. Arthur Rovezzi was great to deal with, he did our estimate & listen to everything we wanted to do. He never forced anything on us & made some very good suggestions when we were talking about our project. They communicated with us consistently throughout the project & answered all of our questions quickly.

Greg and Arthur came out to my house to give a roof inspection. They provided me with a detailed explanation of everything going on and how there were gonna solve my problem with there solution. This is a very professional and well put together company. There prices are more than fair and they weren't pushy at all. Excited to work with Nova.

These people are not trustworthy at all. They came to do an estimate for me and told me prices would be going up the following month. When I didn't respond quick enough, all of a sudden they can give me a much better price. So they're trying to get as much for the job as they can. Very dishonest company.

Plus their secretary doesn't know how to spell. So right there that should tell you something.

We recently had major renovations done on our nearly 100-year-old home, and can’t say enough good
things about Nova Home Improvements! The exterior was in rough shape—old siding, worn-out doors,
crumbling front steps—but now it looks absolutely beautiful. They even built us a large deck on the
back, and we love the result.
Art, our salesperson, was incredible. He wasn’t pushy at all, which we really appreciated. He took his
time with us, answered all our questions, and helped us envision what the renovation could look like. He
gave thoughtful advice when we needed it, and his knowledge made a huge difference.
Marc, the project manager, was fantastic. He was in constant communication with us throughout the
entire project, always keeping us updated. His attention to detail was amazing, and he made sure
everything was exactly how we envisioned it. His calm, professional approach really put our minds at
ease.
Luis and the siding crew were outstanding. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they were true
professionals. They worked hard every single day and made sure to clean up all the scraps and debris
before leaving each evening. The pride they took in their work really showed.
Jay who built the deck and front steps, did an absolutely amazing job. The craftsmanship is beautiful,
and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It’s clear he put a lot of care and skill into every
detail.
On the business side, Jamiley was a joy to work with. She was so friendly and helpful every time I called,
and she had answers to every question I threw her way. She made the business end of the process easy
and completely stress-free.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free—something I didn’t expect from such a big renovation.
Nova Home Improvements truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone
without hesitation.

I contracted with Nova Home Improvements under the direction of owner Gleb Leiderman and his project manager, Mark, to replace my skylight unit as the seal was broken and debris and moisture were getting trapped between the panes. The results are the beautiful, clear, new VELUX unit in the photos below. Mark and his team arrived, and within a few hours my skylight was complete. Mark went above and beyond, and did a clean installation of interior trim, and fit me in before the holiday which was important to me. Lastly, I will mention that NOVA’s pricing was the best of all the estimates I gathered for the same skylight job. They not only beat the competitors’ prices, but beat one competitor by 50%, and the other by 60%. I am extremely satisfied with the level of work that was performed and would not hesitate to hire NOVA again for my next project.

I am 100% happy with the work that’s been done. Extremely professional, quick to respond, constant communication, cleaned up thoroughly and completed the job way ahead of schedule. Everything went as planned and no hidden surprises. I cannot express how satisfied I am with this whole process. Mark is a top notch person to work with. Thank you to the entire TEAM from the receptionist to the owner. Everyone was amazing to work with!!! Highly recommended 5 stars for sure.

Very pleased with the end result. Great communication from start to finish even on the day of the project. Arthur did a very thorough inspection and Marc kept me informed on the day of. They are both a wealth of knowledge and both are dog friendly which is a huge bonus in my book! My advice is don't get your project done without a consultation from NOVA. They caught what most other companies miss. 4-stars because of the lack of cleanup between day 1 and day 2. Word of the wise, if your 1-day project turns into a 2-day project you may need to spend some time sweeping the driveway for nails if you're planning to leave the house in-between. However, if Marc didn't warn me about a few nails that could slip outta the waste container I may not have thought to even look.

In October 2024 I had siding done in my 1920 Victorian home. I'm so pleased with the precision and detailed oriented of the employees. They were very attentive and friendly always there to answer questions and taking in consideration my wishes on how did I wanted my house done. What I liked the most is the cleanliness after the job was done. It has been two weeks and I have not found one nail in my land. I'm so happy they picked up all debris. The house looks beautiful! Working with Nova and owner Gleb proved to be an excellent experience. Nova replaced my sliding glass door and did an amazing job. Very impressed. The attention to detail in the finished product (the trim, the fit and finish) and not to mention the availability of the crew. Nova Home Improvements installed new siding, windows and a front door. The renovations have given our home a new look. All of our neighbors were impressed.

I never usually write reviews, but couldn’t go without sharing the recent experience I had with Nova Home Improvements. After recently finding out that I needed my roof replaced, I contacted several local home improvement companies in my area to get estimates on my roof and scheduled appointments. Nova Home Improvement was a call I received regarding my roof submission. I spoke with an extremely polite and knowledgeable young woman named Jamiley. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in her role. Very personable and easy to talk to. Although I did not move forward with the company, I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a quote for any home improvement work! Thank you again Jamiley!

The company reached out to confirm plans for the fixes. Some were completed and we're currently waiting for some better weather so the rest can hopefully be finished up correctly in proper conditions.
I'll update again when the final fixes are completed.

Jan 2025 Update- 2 stars
Waiting for company to come out and fix some things. First contacted them about the issues in October. It was very tough to get a response initially. I've since gotten a few calls updates saying they didn't forget about me, but I still have no idea when they'll be coming out to do fixes.
The issues I have at the moment include...
Some siding is bubbling in a section. One of the hose spigot frames was put on incorrectly in a way that a hose can't be connected. One of the gutters reaffixed is leaking from the end cap. Some of the caulking sealing the window framing is cracked/open. Section of siding has popped out.
I'll update the review again when they come out to fix the issues.

Had a good experience working with Nova. We needed a full re-do on our siding and reached out to many companies. Nova was reasonable with pricing and offered a good product with good warranties and financing. Murray was knowledgeable and answered all our questions during estimating. They were quick to get the estimates done and work scheduled, and were very quick to respond to questions while the work was being done. Andrei was available to discuss any issues along the way and assured us everything will be done as needed.
We went from rotted wood and beige siding to everything sealed up with a nice new midnight surf siding. Thanks!

I had several estimates from various home improvement companies and the team at Nova had won me over due to their communication, professionalism, knowledge on products and explanations of step by step how a roof would be placed on my house. In my opinion, the pricing was just right and the quality exceeded my expectations. They answered all questions through out the process. I’m not the easiest of customers, but they were more than happy to listen and accommodate. They did not discourage me and even the site manager John was asking for feedback as the roof was being placed. I truly appreciate the work that the entire team did and am extremely satisfied with the work done. I would highly recommend to everyone looking to improve their home.

We called with a roof leak emergency. We spoke to John who was very friendly and responsive. He immediately sent Murray to our home to assess the issue. Not shockingly, it turns out our last roofers did a hack job (there were pictures to prove it). Murray was extremely informative, polite, funny, and a pleasure to be around, even after having to climb into our creepy attic. We are now awaiting the scheduling of our new roof. So far so good Nova!!! We look forward to getting this scheduled.......Update, Nova came out and they delivered. Fantastic crew, worked hard, got the roof done in 1 day. We recently had 2 roofs replaced by Nova Home
Improvements and the whole process was a great experience! Having had many bad experiences in the past with contractors we are always a little skeptical when we interview a potential contractor. We had 2 roofs to replace..one that was actively leaking and the other was 30 yrs old. We cannot say enough good things about Nova Home Improvements and Gleb and his team of roofers. Gleb is the owner and is actively involved in the projects from start to finish. His foreman John is top notch and keeps you updated along with Gleb throughout the process. His roofers/workers work tirelessly and quickly. Its like watching a perfectly orchestrated symphony. Everyone has their job and knew exactly what to do and there was minimal downtime for them each day. I had never had to replace a roof and was not familiar with the cost but found after comparing with my friends, family and coworkers experiences that his price was very fair and it was worth every penny. The Owens Corning products are top of the line and the roofs come with a 50 year warranty.. which is also transferable if you sell your home. Unheard of these days! Gleb kept us updated and was available to answer any and all questions.. and I had a lot! :) lol He always made me feel like our projects were his priority. The dumpsters and supplies were dropped off exactly as planned and the yards we cleaned up beautifully after the completion of the jobs. We love our new roofs and would without a doubt use Nova Home Improvements again. I have been telling everyone I know about them because they are so easy to work with and they truly are the best! Had a great experience working with Gleb; he’s very open with communication and his team was quick, efficient and their work is as promised. I live in a rural area and my driveway is too steep for a dumpster, but they didn’t bat an eye and the clean up looks great too.
