Ken and his crew were absolutely amazing. Ken was very prompt in responding into my request for a quote and when describing the work that was needed, he was very thorough. Ken provided information on the quality of the products he uses, and explained the warranty in detail. Its refreshing to see the owner of the company right there with his crew doing the work, and work started and was completed within the times promised. Cleanup was amazing and I have yet to find any evidence that a roof was replaced. No trash, bits of shingle, or nails anywhere. Roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Ken and his crew. I met Ken at the Home Show this year and after having a short conversation with him I felt comfortable with his knowledge and how he treated customers.
I had done considerable research and gather several quotes before running into Ken at the show.
He came on time to the appointment we set and did a thorough explanation of the roofing product and what he considered as standard for him, some of these items would be an extra with other quotes.
He gave us a very fair price and kept in contact right up until the day of install.
Ken was onsite to guide and help his crew as he promised, he replaced 2 skylights and even advised on a bad bathroom vent and installed a new one in a better location at no extra cost.

His crew worked hard the whole time onsite and did a thorough clean-up each day and when the job was complete.
We have had several people comment about the work he did and we have recommended Home City Roofing to several friends and neighbors.
If you want a fair price, excellent service give Ken a chance - you won't be disappointed.

Was recommended Home City Roofing from a neighbor who previously had there roof done.
On the day of the estimate, Ken (the owner) showed up 15 minutes early. Ken was the only company that showed up on time from the other companies I contacted.
Ken gave me an estimate that was a fair price and included items the other companies were charging extra for in there better or best estimate.
On the day of the job, Ken and crew showed up at the time he mentioned. Ken was hands on with the crew. Each step of the way Ken would walk me thru the process. Ken and crew were very attentive and left the yard clean after completion. Would definitely recommend using Home City Roofing if you are in the market for a new roof.

My husband & I met Ken at the home show this year. We met with other roofing companies as well. None of them took the amount of time with us that Ken did. He explained the products he uses and why he chooses what he uses. It also impressed us to know he would be on-site. NOT to watch his employees but work with them. That was even more impressive. Today, we got our roof done with some siding in one area. He and his crew were at the house early and finished before 5:00. They cleaned up everything and were great workers. Yes, even Ken was up there with his team. He was very professional and extremely reasonably priced. We're already getting compliments from our neighbors and he just left!! Please get a quote from Ken if you need roofing or siding. You will not regret it !

Ken is a very knowledgeable and experienced roofing professional; he and his crew did a great job in repairing and replacing my roof. Ken communicated extremely well throughout the whole procedure, explaining all the procedures, what the issues were and how they would correct them. Ken showed me, either in person or via pictures, the trouble areas along with providing after-repair pictures as well. In addition to replacing the shingles, they also corrected all other areas of concern, including replacing any bad decking (plywood) underneath, replacing the chimney flashing, installing a new, proper bathroom exhaust vent and a new roof boot on an existing protruding pipe. The crew was very hard working and efficient, completing the project in one day, and doing a great job of cleaning up afterwards. And all of this was done for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Home City Roofing.

After Home City Roofing installed a new roof on our home, I noticed several of the gutter guards installed along a section of the roof they replaced were slightly bent and literally all of the screws used to fasten the guards to the house were missing. I brought this to the owner's attention and he promised he'd "rectify any issues." After waiting weeks for him to return to our property and resolve the issue, we gave up hope and hired the company who originally installed the gutter guards to repair the damaged sections and reinstall all of the guards in that section of the house correctly. Subsequently, we're out $325... but at least we know the integrity of the gutter guards is now intact.

We're still relatively happy with the roofing job itself (i.e., no leaks) but disappointed the owner of the company didn't follow through and make this right. Moreover, his crew needs to be trained on how to properly remove and reinstall gutter guards! The damn things are expensive enough without having to pay for them to be reinstalled correctly.

Excellent company. Although the project was delayed a few times due to the extreme heat, Ken made sure we knew his schedule and when he would arrive. I would highly recommend.

Ken was prompt when he came to give a quote and when he did the work. He was the only one out of several contractors who went on the roof when quoting the job and let me know in advance where there may be additional work needed eliminating any day of work surprise .His crew was very neat cleaning the yard thoroughly.
