DMR replaced the old, failing roof over an enclosed area in the back of our house and installed new gutters there as well. They did an excellent job for a very good price.

Many roofers wouldn't work on our house because it is an attached row house and because it was a smaller job. Thankfully, Dicky welcomed our business and it's a huge relief to not have a leaking roof anymore. The crew was friendly and efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The work they did looks tidy, thorough and good quality.

I shared with Dicky that my one frustration was that we did not get enough advance notice before the crew came to do the work. He was very sincerely apologetic about the mix up in communication, which I truly appreciated. We will call DMR for future roofing and gutter needs and recommend them to others.

We had needed a roof for a very long time, but were anxious to pull the trigger on it because of the cost. But DMR roofing made it painless, easy, and the quality of work was impeccable. Our roof was completed within 2 days, and the crew was amazing. They were efficient, polite and our yard actually looks better than it did before they came because of the amount of care they took in their clean up. I was very impressed great job, my roof was slate and over 140 years old and needed to be replaced everything was done in 2 days. The workers hard working, polite, respectful, when finished they left everything cleaned up and a beautiful new roof.

Dicky Matos Roofing came as a recommendation from a contractor I did a lot of business with in the past. They said this was the only roofing company they used on all of their jobs. From Estimate to new roof took about 2 weeks, would have been faster but we've had a lot of rain which delayed things a bit.

The crew was friendly and fast! They re-roofed and cleaned up our 1,440 sq foot home in about 9 hours. Tarps were put down over the house and edges to protect windows and reduce debris left behind. They did a full cleaning of the nails and materials on the ground and even cleaned out all of the gutters.

The final bill was pretty much right at what they quoted, less than a $200 variance (for material to fix some rot they found). The roof looks amazing and I would use again!

Dicky Matos Roofing replaced my complex mixed flat/pitched roof 8 years ago. They had to replace some of the eave structure and matched the original fascia perfectly. They protected the plantings around the house and left the site clean and neat. They used a lift dumpster so they weren’t tossing materials to the ground and then moving it to the dumpster. Their main truck even has a portapotty for their crew.

Several years later we had a tree fall on our roof and they were here within days to replace the back half of our roof. They worked with the insurance company negotiating the value of the work making a bad situation painless.

I am a retired Architect and have worked with many roofers over the past 50 years and Dicky Matos is one of the very best.

Rented a dumpster from them. They dropped off on day stated and picked up on date due , no issues . They were efficient and reasonable.

DMR is the best ! My family and I have had multiple roofing projects installed by DMR. My parents house and our personal home . The first time we contacted them after meeting with many other companies , I felt like they cared and we were in good hands. DMR gave insight to our projects that the other companies hadn’t , and followed through on all of their promises . They showed up when they said they would , and completed our project faster than we had expected . Their crew shoveled the snow off my parents roof , removed old shingles , and installed the new roof in ONE DAY! The next day their project manager came out with a few guys to tidy up the yard and walk us through everything they had done . DMR is a no brainer and we highly recommend !

Had a emergency overnight winds took part of my ridge cap of installed by a previous contractor. D M R came out right away and replaced the entire cap within two hr of my call. Very happy with the response and the work. Price was very reasonable for a emergency response. Would highly recommend.

I had my roof replaced and the entire team was amazing. I had some rotted wood that needed to be replaced and I was provided with pictures so that I could give consent to replace. I would highly recommend Dicky and his team.

Honestly couldn't list all the complaints I've had, at least the roof didn't leak. They ruined the gutters when replacing the roof, and though they came back, they never actually fixed them. The work inside was done sloppily, and they left a mess after every visit. It took weeks for work to get done. Would not reccomend

Dicky and his contractors were both very professional with providing the quote, following up with information, and most importantly installing our new roof.

The crew was great to work with and got the job done well timely and professionally. They did a good job of cleanup both during and after completion of the roof.

To summarize: the quote was timely, shingle options were provided as requested, once we signed the contract a timeline for completion was provided and adhered to, crew was professional and friendly, clean was very good. Roof looks fantastic.

So thankful for the service they provide, they were able to come In one day, strip old roof and installed new one.

I had some roof damage from a storm and needed an entire roof replaced. I had heard that dicky Matos was a good company but a little expensive but I called for a quote. The quote wasnt the cheapest but it was far from the most expensive I got and I chose them for the work. So they ordered the material and showed up very quickly, and completed the job in less then 2 days. They did an excellent job on the roof and cleaned up all of the old material so well, I didnt even find a nail or tile anywhere on the property. The roof has been through several rain, wind, and snow storms since and I have had zero problems. My neighbors even mentioned what a great job they did, but the best part was...they invoiced me under what they quoted for the roof. So not only did I get a quick response, a great quality job, a clean driveway and yard after, but I got a price that surprised me. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again they were excellent.

They did my roof and my mom's. My mom's roof leaked and they never came back to fix the leak. This ruined my moms ceiling. When I talked with him he was very rude. He is a con artist. He never came back to fix her leak. She had to pay a roofing company that knew what they were doing to fix their mess.my roof also leaked. And he dod not fix it either. Ihad to get it fixed. And that leak too ruined my kitchen ceiling. I pray you take heed, stay away from this company. Most of his reviews are family members or workers for him. He also takes the shingles you bought with him leaving you with none. Stay far away. From this so. Called bussiness man. Do not trust him.
A total hack job.

Basically, Dicky Matos' crew did an absolutely horrible job. In essence they slapped a commercial roof on my old victorian home. The day they finished the work, I called Dicky to say that the roof looked horrible. He said he would come back and fix it. I called and called for 5 months. Finally, he agreed to come and fix it. On the day they were to come, I waited and waited, but nobody showed up and nobody called. I have been pleasant, and patient and hopeful that they would make it right, but it never happened. Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical. I've had two other professional roofers look at what they did. One said, "It looks like Micky Mouse did this roof!" Here is a detailed list of the things that were done incorrectly and sloppily. Needless to say, I would NEVER hire them again for anything.

1. The rubber roof was not installed correctly. They used a termination bar to secure the rubber roofing OVER the siding, rather than removing the siding and trim boards to properly flash against the house.

2. The rubber roofing material was not only over the siding, but also on the trim of the house, on both sides. It was easy to see from the street and very ugly.

3. There are bubbles/wrinkles all over the rubber roof. The rubber should lay flat.

4. The workers were careless with glue. Long lines of drippings on top of the rubber roof and patches of yellow glue on the siding (ruined the siding) and on the drip edge. Could have been cleaned up while still wet. (Dicky swears that they don’t use glue, but a self-adhesive.)

5. Drip Edge not installed properly, not straight and starting to buckle in several places.

6. They used a commercial (wide) drip edge instead of a residential drip edge which is narrower and more aesthetic and more appropriate for a house.

7. They didn’t finish caulking the carpentry work/repair on the soffit

8. They did not add a nailer around the edge of the roof to attach the drip edge to the roof.

9. The insulation board they used was thicker than what was needed for this residential job. That type of insulation board is generally used for commercial applications.

I could not be more pleased with the work that Dicky's crew did on our roof. The five-person team arrived a few minutes before 7 a.m. At 7 a.m. precisely, the team got out of the truck and went to work on our roof with experise and efficiency. They worked hard and they worked fast. Three people were on the roof and two people were on the ground. The team work was beautiful to witness. The workers were very polite and I appreciated the fact that they did not have a radio blaring. The entire project was finished by 3 p.m. and we are very happy with out new roof. Highly recommended.
