This is our second time working with Peak Performance. Both occasions we were having a steel roof installed. It was installed in a clean and timely manner. It was possibly the coldest day of the year, yet they still paid attention to every detail of the project. We couldn’t be any happier with our new roof. We highly recommend them.

Peak Performance recently installed a new roof for us, and they did a fantastic job. The project was finished on time and within the budget we discussed, which we really appreciated.

They were also very thorough with the cleanup—when they were done. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely recommend contacting them to anyone needing roofing work when gathering estimates. They’ve been around a long time and are very experienced.

Our unusual rubber roof needed specialty work. Peak was excellent in managing the issues. It's been solid for a couple years with no sign of worries. Jim was generous and competent.

The new roof looks great, the crew was fast, careful, and respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly. Jim was tremendously and rapidly responsive to all my questions and concerns. It’s a company that was easy to work with, and I’m very pleased with the results.

They repaired a dormer roof for us that was incorrectly installed by a different company. Professional, fair price and quickly resolved the issue. It’s been a couple years and we have had no leaks or issues since they did their work. Highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them for any future roofing needs!

Peak Performance did our house and garage roofs a couple years ago and they turned out beautifully. Jim and Tommy were great to work with-both very professional and helpful with guiding us through style choices. Our house included a tricky porch roof section that another local roofer wouldn’t touch, but Peak had an affordable and durable solution. Their crew was fantastic as well. Peak was really nice to work with. I had reached out to get a quote in 2021 and when I contacted them needing to move quickly this year they only added a small amount to that original quote. The guys who arrived were very nice and the job went quick. If you have any special requests (I was having them remove the chimney) just confirm with the crew on the day of as we had some confusion around that. Overall they were kind, the roof keeps us dry, and the price was very competitive.

We needed to get a new roof on part of our house because we are installing solar PV panels. I got quotes and chose to Peak Performance. Their price was good and they did an excellent job, exactly when I needed it done. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Had Peak Performance replace my roof a couple of years ago. It worked out really well. When we needed a new roof for our shed we called Peak Performance AGAIN! And they did not disappoint.

Really good work just wish that someone in the crew spoke enough English for us to communicate. Also it would have helped if tarp had been put down on the porch FIRST so that debris could have been contained first as opposed to second. The white paneling along the south side fell short in height so the wall needs to be repainted down to meet it. However, Many thanks!

There are many roofing companies out there and Peak Performance was recommended to us. They were very attentive to a request for a quote and the numerous follow up questions we had. The owner of the company visited the site to personally discuss options with us. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The workmanship on the installation seemed to be top notch and well supervised. Incomplete cleanup and some other relatively minor issues were attended to quickly. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

We had a top of the line slate roof installed. This was not a quick or easy project but an important one given that my home is a historic, center chimney colonial built in 1806. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Peak to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Very satisfied with the end result, the roof is spectacular. The installers were experienced, efficient, courteous and left the grounds clean.

This was an unusual and somewhat more difficult metal roofing job that other companies turned up their noses at. The joke is that with most companies you can ask for reasonable price, on time and good quality- pick two. but with Peak Performance I feel we got all three. I'm grateful they took it and I feel they did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

The workers that came did an excellent job, they were quick, nice and worked hard. We got our roof replaced in Nov and they worked through the weather! very thankful. **Be very careful and look over driveway for nails and screws after roofing is done**

We had a great experience working with the Team at Peak Performance. From the inspection, to the estimate, to the installation- the entire Team at Peak Performance was absolutely professional and easy to work with. In addition to completing the main roof and the porch roof- they were able to install a piece of aluminum siding trim that had been ripped off during a storm. The work was completed over two days, it was amazing to see the tear down and how quickly the roof went back up. The yard was cleaned up of all debris was part of their service. I would highly recommend the Peak Performance Team for all roofing needs.

When Jim came out it was immediately clear he knew what he was doing and is honest. Not only did he discuss the roof for our sunroom but noticed there was no insulation. He added an option to add insulation which we accepted and are glad we did. This is our first experience with metal and I would never go back to asphalt. We live a a huge old house (now with 7 condo units) with slate, shingle and flat roofs. After interviewing a number of roofers ten years ago for a top floor catchment area, we chose Peak Performance. Jim did such a beautiful job I called it a work of art -- that no one would see.
After serveral projects over the past ten years, our many roofs have now all been repaired and redoneby Peak Performance. Every time it was well done and reasonably priced.

Peak Performance roofing is great. Several years ago they installed an asphalt roof on our garage and just this month a metal roof on a small barn I had built. Their friendly, respectful crews do excellent work and will use them again if the need arises.

We contacted Peak late in the season after a tree damaged our roof. They were very accommodating in inserting us into their busy schedule and our new roof was installed quickly and efficiently. I may not be punctual in writing this review (work was done in 2020), but I think so highly of Peak Performance, that I want to share information to help other consumers understand that this is a high-quality business. The main thing I want to tell you is that the owner is fully engaged in the business from start to finish! Really. This matters enormously to me. Jim Flannery doesn't just get the job, he does the job, makes sure others are doing their jobs, and checks in regularly with the customer to talk about the job. He listens well, answers questions, and regards an unusual roofing situation as a welcome challenge. The office staff follows his lead and are friendly, efficient, and competent. Without question, I would use this company again.

Peak Performance of Easthampton, MA is a very reputable company. I recently had them remove/install metal roofing on my garage, shingle the breezeway, and replace a ridge vent on the main house. The job went smoothly from estimate to completion. Jim and Carolyn were very accommodating and communication was outstanding throughout. The crew was prompt, knew their craft well, and cleaned up upon completion. I called 6-8 roofers for my original estimate and Peak Performance was the only company to actually follow through. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Best roof experience evah! Every aspect was prim and proper, timely, quality, thorough, clean, no mess, no fuss and caring that we were satisfied. One of our neighbors were so impressed that they are having their roof done too. others will be following.

Peak did a great job on our large and complex roof in the summer of 2020, and even after the job was done they continued to be responsive, even dropping off an extra bundle of shingles for us after we forgot to install one of the vents we needed to. I highly recommend them!

WOW! Just, wow. I sent requests for quotes to several roofers in the area and Peak Performance was the only one that responded. Initially I was going to try for more quotes, but I got the feeling they knew what they were about. From start to finish, they were highly professional, responsive, answered all of my dumb questions. Peak Performance was consistently solid at every phase. When it came time for the actual work to be done replacing a fairly large roof, they blitzkrieg’d that work like I’ve never seen. When I left for my work in the morning, they were plugging away on the old shingle removal - by the time I got home, they were just wrapping up the new install. Incredible!! They tidied everything up and left our place looking just amazing. I couldn't be happier with our recent experience with Peak Performance Roofing. Everyone (Matt, Carolyn, Jim, and the crew) we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to listen and answer questions. The crew that did the work was great and worked fast but took the time to do the job right. I was impressed that Jim, the owner, was not only onsite the morning they started to make sure things got underway okay, but that he stopped by the day after the job was done to see for himself that the install met his high standards. Work was completed on time and on budget.

I'm updating my review as I had Peak Performance put on a new roof on another house last year. They did an excellent job like last time. Because of scheduling and availability, we had the masonry company put in the chimney after the roof was installed, which isn't ideal but we had no choice. Unfortunately, they completely messed up the flashing, and recently we noticed water coming into the house around the chimney during a large storm. We reached out to Peak Performance and they came out right away, put some temporary flashing on, then returned with the necessary materials a few days later and fixed it properly. Amazing service, especially considering they had to come and fix someone else's screw up. Definitely recommend and would use them again! The rest of my first review is below:

We had the roof on our carriage house redone, it was a simple and small job compared to what they normally do, but they were incredibly responsive and helpful the entire time, and finished the job in a single day which was pretty amazing. They took care of everything, including fixing the lightening rods, flashing, and gutters. Would definitely use them again in the future!

From start to finish a very professional company. I knew exactly what to expect and my new roof looks fantastic.

Peak Performance Roofing just completed the installation of a replacement roof on a commercial building of mine. I was very happy with their work, responsiveness and value. I am using them again for another commercial building and would highly recommend them to others.

Peak Performance installed a new roof on our house and garage. We really appreciated the communication, responsiveness and genuinely friendly service. The roof looks great! The job cost exactly what they said it would cost. The crew was fastidious about cleaning the yard during and after the job. They also recommended a mason to rebuild our chimney who did so promptly and for less than the estimated cost. We recently had some wind damage which was actually a siding issue, but they came out and did a small repair anyway. I really cannot say enough about the whole experience. Highly recommended!

They did our new roof in one day-amazing! The guys were great and are definitely hard workers. Along with having the roof replaced and they took down some old solar panels as well. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend Peak Performance.

Had a metal roof 2 years ago and have been happy with the quality and integrity of Jim Flannery in our dealings with Peak Performance. We just added a snow rail and were very happy with promptness in which it was put up.

Peak Performance was recommended by my solar paneling installer since we had to have a new roof put in before the solar went on. Matt from Peak, who is great to work with, gave a very competitive quote. Very flexible around scheduling. Sure there was the normal noise that goes along with all roofing jobs, but all the workers were extremely courteous, and the work was done very quickly--less than 2 days in all, and clean up was thorough. Diana, the crew manager, was very personable and efficient. We love the color, and the craftsmanship looks meticulous. All in all a wonderful experience!

My neighbor used this company last year and I was amazed at how quickly they did the job. They also came recommended by a builder I know. Matt was amazingly tolerant of my date limitations and worked to come up with a day that worked. Always polite and professional. They showed up with a large crew of legal, skilled, and insured workers. Stripped all my shingles by 10am and had the new roof on by 5pm. The crew was super professional, polite, clean, and worked extremely hard with only a beak for lunch. Not the cheapest company, but certainly they offer an incredible product and fast professional service. Matt's advice on the shingle color was also excellent. Super happy with the new roof.

I had called and gotten a quote, then I shopped around. I dragged my feet for a month or two, then the leak in my roof got pretty bad. After having called so many contractors, I couldn't remember who I had spoken with, and I ended up having a jack-of-all-trades come over and give me a quote.
As it turned out, the guy didn't have insurance, and was waiting to line up some more jobs before he would get it. That was the end of that.
I dug through my emails, and found the quote from Peak. Lo and behold, it was $300 less than the guy with no insurance!
The lady at Peak told me they were pretty swamped, and that it would be a while before someone was able to come to my house. I explained to her that I was hoping to get a bump on the list, as my roof was leaking thanks to my being slow, and she said they would do what they could.
They showed up about a week later to lay down the main section of roof! They knew my roof was leaking, and they managed to shuffle things around to get me in sooner so my house wouldn't be ruined. A few weeks later, they came and did the final touches, and the job looks great.
The point of all of this is that I would definitely work with them again.

Great people to work with. Love the new roof and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing their roof. We had previously had another local business set to do our roof last spring. After postponing the job all through last summer and fall, the contractor finally called and said he was ready to do the job.... at the end of November. Which I know would have been December. We said no thanks. I called Matt at Peak Performance this spring, he gave us a quote and we had the roof done. Cleanup was great and job complete. Just like that.

After getting a 2-hour sales pitch from a seriously overpriced roofing company (Vista Home Improvement), another company whose owner flaked out on the bid (US Metal Roofing), and two other companies who couldn't get to our roof for at least 5 months (wha....??), Peak Performance Roofing was a breath of fresh air. Peak Performance replaced the asphalt roof on our garage. They were timely and did an excellent job, and all in less than one day! The team of roofers arrived at 8:00 am and were done by 2:00. Extremely hard-working and efficient, and the garage roof is beautiful. We recommend them and would hire them again.

We recently had a new roof put on our home by “Peak Performance Roofing”. Without a doubt, it was the best experience we have EVER had with a company. Our initial contact was an “estimate request” submitted via email to their office. Before the day was out we received a call to confirm that “Matt” would soon be in touch to schedule a site visit. Within a couple of days Matt came out, assessed our needs and submitted a competitive and very detailed estimate. We met with Matt at our house to review the estimate. He answered all our questions and quite frankly, was one of the most professional and courteous vendors we have ever encountered. We signed the contract and knew right away we had made the right decision by hiring Peak Performance. On the day of our install, Matt and his team arrived promptly at 7:30 AM. A dumpster was put in place in our driveway and the roofers were off and running. One word that comes to mind in describing his team is “incredible”. There was absolutely no goofing off nor wasted time. These gentlemen were extremely hard and focused workers. Not to mention this was all done on a day where the humidity levels were nauseating! They worked in perfect harmony. There are just not enough superlatives we can write to give these men the credit they deserve. We have a lot of landscaping very close to our house that we feared would suffer somewhat with all the activity. We were wrong! They moved everything and anything that could have been in harms way, and made sure all the old roofing (2 layers) went down a chute to the dumpster. At the end of the day they made sure all debris was cleaned up and properly disposed of.
All the while, Matt was a fantastic project manager. Throughout the day he made sure all was progressing as expected. Our home is a garrison with attached 2 car garage. The men worked until the job was finished. We are thrilled with our new roof and would highly recommend Peak Performance. You won’t regret it!!
