The roofers were very personable, respectful and explained everything they were doing/looking for while diagnosing the problem.
Supreme has not let us down. They have proven to be thorough and descriptive in their Quotes/Proposals.
All employees of Supreme Roofing were very professional. Any special requests were taken care of with no issue.
Their office personnel are very responsive, I didn’t have to chase them for anything.
Supreme Roofing was on site within 30 minutes of a call.

I guess ,after the sale, it's time to not be fair to customers any longer.
The roof came with a 2 year warranty (GAF).
The manufacturer came to sight year one and found over 25 defects in workmanship.
Supreme came back and fixed.Second year GAF found additional issues.Supreme came and fixed.
GAF offered us an additional three year warranty, as long as the roof is inspected each of those years.
Supreme quoted $9000 for three (total) years.The roof cost was appr.$60K.
We complained and were told they had several hours of travel and time on site?
OMG!!
I would not suggest using these folks based on our actual experiences, which is documented.Was very difficult to get them to commit to writing reports in any timely fashion.
They have lost a lot of key personnel in the last couple years.After dealing with one of the principles, I can understand why!!
Not listening to us customers, who are the lifeline of any successful business, is the beginning of the end.
I'm done with them!!

Since they would not come back to honor the manufacturers warranty,we contacted manufacturer of product who sent another roofing company.
They asked to see the quote we had and informed us and the roofing manufacturer (GAF) that materials quoted were inferior products and less costly than what was stated. How is a company like us to know that ,when it occurred at installation.BUYER BEWARE!!

I had a leak in my roof that caused a minor leak in atenant's ceiling last August. While I had several of my go-to guys take a look, no one was able to identify the actual leak. (I should mention this is an aging tenant who was unable to tolerate the dripping of the leak or the fear that the ceiling would cave in while they slept). In desperation, I called twenty roofers. Several got back, but said they would only do repairs on roofs they had installed. The guy who repairs my roof was unable to locate the leak. Scott, the owner of Supreme, got right back to me. Although they rarely do residential jobs, when I explained the situation with the aging tenant, he came by on a SUNDAY afternoon to take a look and sent two of his crew that week to make a temporary repair. NO CHARGE. When the temp repair didn't hold, he sent two of his crew to make the necessary repair. Scott as well as Chet and Mike were incredibly helpful. Given my situation with the aging tenant, they were more than kind. I would recommend this company for anything. We are lucky to have them in Massachusetts. Dr. Susan E. McKenna

Big box retailer in the Falmouth MA region. All employees of Supreme Roofing were very professional. Any special requests were taken care of with no issue by them, and they were very understanding with all of them. Employees were checking in with us constantly to ensure the work being done was satisfactory, including a post-work visit after everything had been complete for a few weeks.

We have used Supreme Roofing at Dana Transport in Oxford, MA on several occasions on our commercial building with a problematic 7800 sq ft metal roof. From minor leak and flashing repairs to entire roof fastener replacements, Supreme has not let us down. They have proven to be thorough and descriptive in their Quotes/Proposals and Invoices with pictures and comments outlining the entire process. Response time was excellent, the crews were safe and professional and we are dry and happy.

Supreme will be our first call for our roofing needs in the future!

Friendly service, and willing to show you where/what the problem is. Our confidence in them is high and we hope to use them for a roof replacement in Fall of '21.

This repair was for a foam roof repair had developed blisters over time. This wasn't their install but they certain had the knowledgeable techs, tools, and materials to do the job correctly. The follow-up pictures and reporting were top-notch...and can't beat the price for what they do...

Hands down the best roofing contractor I have worked with to date, and we work with many. Supreme is a very professionally run company. They are leaps and bounds ahead of their competition from a safety culture standpoint. They provided JHAs without having to ask. They also provided a daily report with manpower and photos every day they were onsite. Their office personnel are very responsive, I didn’t have to chase them for anything.

During a windstorm one of our major roofs was compromised resulting in 50% of the roof being blown off. Supreme Roofing was on site within 30 minutes of a call. They provided a temporary fix that same day by securing the existing roofing and installing patches to ensure water tight integrity. Supreme Roofing was awarded the final replacement contract of the membrane roof and the project went perfect.
