First point to make is they obviously pay people to write fake reviews because you can look on Yelp and BBB and they are 2 STAR company with hundreds of bad reviews. I hired Neds 4 years ago to come clean gutters and have not seen them in 3 years and another company has been cleaning my gutters. I get a bill last month in the mail for $400 randomly for services rendered (cleaning already cleaned gutters) and I called and told them this is unauthorized and I will not be paying. I have gotten a phone call daily from them since threatening to send me to collections. SCAM COMPANY.
Amazing customer service. We had an issue with an initial service - and after talking to a representative at Ned’s Home they immediately remediated our issue and went above and beyond to fix it! They are really great - I recommend them!
We were long term customers of Westchester Gutters which was acquired by Ned Steven’s Gutters (now Ned’s Homes). Our experience with Ned’s was not good. We had three scheduled appointments, and our gutters have yet to be cleaned. The inconvenience was aggravated by the need to turn on the hose lines, drain the lines after the failed appointments and repeat the same each time. The first time they showed up and left a note that they had “service issues” asking us to phone their office. We phoned their office and were told that all issues were resolved and our appointment was rescheduled. They failed to show up as scheduled for the second appointment yesterday. When I phoned, they apologized and promised to come the next day. The crew arrived this morning and said they didn’t have the right ladders to do the job. Ned’s called back later today and said the job was too difficult (“safety issues”). We’ve lived in our house for 32 years and haven’t had problems with any of our gutter cleaners until now. Ned’s seems disorganized and perhaps takes on more jobs than it can handle. I’m not surprised by the numerous negative reviews on line.
