I experienced a water leak in my unit and contacted SERVPRO. The team arrived swiftly, explained everything thoroughly, and went to work right away. They were nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. The cleanup was impeccable, and they made a tense situation much simpler.

A small kitchen fire left smoke and soot all over the place, and I didn't know where to start. The team that arrived to restore the damage from the fire was composed and competent. They cleaned up the mess, explained the plan, and even managed to eliminate that terrible stench. I am incredibly grateful to them.

The servrpro crew was incredible for a big clean up and water remediation caused by a fire in an adjouning building. They came quickly and were in constant contact through the entire process. i recently worked with Servpro of Lower East Side of Manhattan for the purpose of cleaning up a water leak from my upstair's neighbor's bathroom into my bathroom. I live across the country and there was a ton of daily coordination to get the job done in addition to the fact that I like to be involved so i ask a lot of questions and request daily updates. The manager on the project was Chris Roja - and he really did an exceptional job in addition to being a really great guy. He was totally on top of organizing his team - his workers were efficient, in and out quickly, they took daily water meter readings and would relay the information back to Chris so he could analyze the situation and keep me informed. He was very honest and direct about the progress of the work and presented me with clear options. And they were especially conscientious in terms of being respectful of my tenants whose lives were very disrupted by this circumstance. And when I had some confusion and concern about whether there were other areas that could possibly have been affected by the leak (after the project was completed) - Chris volunteered to go back to the job site the same day to do a Face time walkthrough on a tall ladder and in a very tiny crawl space. This guy is a winner, excellent at his job and just a very kind person. Since when does THAT happen??

Chris Rojas and his team of contractors, including Atli and Wilson ( who has superhuman strength!) remediated and replaced my water damaged floor and walls professionally and expeditiously and addressed any and all of my concerns promptly and thoroughly.
They were very careful with my furniture and belongings. A built in wall unit had to come out and was put back expertly. Watching them install new flooring was like watching a ballet, so well coordinated and artistic was their technique.

These men are true artisans and so I feel very lucky to have chosen ServPro of the lower east side of New York , headed by Dion Luzzi , to do this project -and would highly recommend them to do yours. I couldn’t be happier!
