I used this company once for a gutter cleaning (they did a fine job). About two years later I called them for a quote on a job and decided to not go any further than that. Ever since they CONSTANTLY email,call,send letters to me despite me blocking them. This company is the Comcast of gutter cleaning

The men did a wonderful job. Our 3 levels can be a challenge, and they showed us pictures to make sure were satisfied.

The two workers arrived on perfect timing and did an amazing job. Shaqis has amazing communication skills, I asked if he could take a before and after picture as I am not able to get on the roof to see for myself and I was extremely pleased with the results! He even showed and explained other problems I didn’t know I had with my gutters and roof, I will definitely be booking with this team again soon for these issues!

I used this service for gutter cleaning- the job was done efficiently and all debris was removed from my property. I would have liked to speak with the guys that completed the service but they were in and out so quickly. I would/ will hire Ned’s again.

The workers showed up as planned, although we weren't home they rang the doorbell and left a door hanger indicating service complete. After cleaning all the gutters they cleared my yard of all leaf debris. Very professional and respectful of property.

Expensive. Were on site for less than 30min. Seemed to clean gutters, but will know better when it rains again which will likely be awhile since it’s June. Didn’t talk to me about an apparent “issue” rather left a number to call to “discuss.” Would have much rather chatted and been able to ask questions and see exactly the issue. Not confident the problem will be communicated well and feels a bit like just trying to get more business.

Ned’s recently cleaned the gutters at my house. The two workers arrived promptly and informed me that they were on site. They worked efficiently and thoroughly and left my property in good order. I would highly recommend Ned Steven’s Gutter Cleaning.

The person cleaning our gutters arrived as scheduled. He let me know he was starting his work. I am unable to see my gutters so I cannot comment on how clean they were when he finished. The ground clean up after the gutters were cleaned was good, not great. I cleaned up our front garden the next day and there was some gutter debris he did not get before he left. I would still hire Ned’s to do the work.

I have used these guys on a house I sold a couple years ago as well as now my own home. They are quick, respectful and do a great job. We had a slight "snaffoo" with communication between my husband and I so they accidently left before the job was complete but when I called and chatted with someone they came right back out and took care of the mishap and finished up the project. Thanks Gustavo, Eudin, Carlos and Melvin. They are fast and did a quick clean up too.

I can’t say enough about Gaston and crew today with Ned’s Home. They pressure washed beyond all expectations and did my deck and house siding and patio furniture.
I could not be more thrilled with Gaston and his knowledge and expertise. Best ever . Thank You NED’s. Already signed up for same service next year

Tried to clear underground pipe but wasn’t successful … it wasn’t because the crew didn’t try. Tree roots have taken over making the job impossible. Ned’s workers put an extender on the downspout which should work as a good fix.

I like that they keep us on schedule for routine maintenance issues that can be so easy to forget. They do a great job and do not require that you are at home - definitely convenient!

Thanks to Gustavo and crew for their service this week. After I found an issue after my roof service and called back, Gustavo came back out on Saturday and went above and beyond. Appreciate the time and understanding!

Paid to have my lower roof clean (and all gutters) and when they left the lower roof still needed work. They came back immediately and did a great job.

Jorge and Melvin are very nice gentlemen who respected my home and property as they cleaned the gutters and removed debris that clogged the downspouts. I Would welcome them back for future work. They worked hard and did a very good job.

Excellent work and service! I have contracted Ned Stevens for regular gutter cleaning and also hired them to soft wash my roof and deck and have been very happy with the quality of their work. The workers, Eyner and Melvin, have always been punctual and respectful and I have always appreciated their work. Highly recomend!

So far so good. Neds guys were freindly and answered all my questions. They were affordable, quick, and quality work which is rare nowadays. I'm looking into other services by Ned, just because I was so happy with them.

Great communication to set up the gutter cleaning appt, then waited 3-4 weeks to get the project done, waiting for dry weather to climb on the roof. I can't see the roof, but assuming they did a good job because I could hear trickling water a day later when it rained. I didn't see a collection of debris below the downspout in back upon completion so they must have cleaned up. My husband said he saw them bring a hose up and simply squirt debris along gutters and into downspouts. The front gutters apparently lead down under house then into the main street (storm drains), so I don't see debris. Hum, not sure how that doesn't get plugged in future? I didn't meet the 2 men, but my husband did and said they were very professional and quick. Thank you so much!

They came out for a total of 5 minutes and sprayed our gutters with hoses, leaving clumps of leaves clogging our drain spouts. They did not perform the job we paid for. When we complained, they only offered to sell us more services. This is my first one-star rating of a business. I would not recommend.

Very professional. Up to date equipment. Use leaf blower on roof prior to gutter cleaning. Workers are neat and respectful. Highly recommend.

Just before the recent monsoon rains Ned Home Roof and Window Cleaning crew came out to clean our gutters and roof. They were on time, courteous and amazingly efficient. I would recommend their company and service to everyone!

Had an urgent issue when we noticed a little bit of water damage on the inside of our townhouse near the gutter and called Neds.

They were able to get me scheduled quick and sent someone within a day, unfortunately they did not have the proper ladder for our house and left. I called to complain and they sent another team out that were super helpful.

Gustavo, Gaston, and Jorge were able to quickly clean the gutters, test them and give recommendations, and gave great care to my piece of mine of solving the problem. They also went above and beyond and cleaned the outside moss on the gutter with a hand rag, even though that was not part of the original contract. Big thumbs up to this crew!

They did a wonderful job, especially with the clean up afterwards. Everything looked great. I would caution though, that in really cold weather they should disconnect hose bibs so they don’t freeze.

The crew showed up while we were away, which we were told could happen. When we came home the roof and gutters were clean and they bagged up the debris and left it next to our yard waste bin.

I recently had Ned Stevens Gutters come out to my home to add flashing from my roof to my gutters. Although my initial experience wasn’t ideal due to the flashing not looking visually appealing. I spoke with the worker who immediately put me on the phone with his manager. I have to say that Gustavo, the manager, really made things right. After expressing my concerns, Gustavo stepped in and took control of the situation. He was extremely personable, professional, and committed to making sure everything was resolved. He didn’t just address the issues—I could tell he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible solution. He tackled a nearly impossible job with skill and creativity, finding the perfect fix. Gustavo went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result. If you’re looking for a reliable and dedicated team, Ned Stevens Gutters is definitely worth considering!

Quick and friendly consult, fair bids right over the phone, quality construction/materials, and fast install. The only thing to keep me from giving five stars was a longer than anticipated lead time. Was told 7-10 business days, turned into 2 weeks and no one called to tell me.

The communication between the home office and the vendors is lacking. When I called to complain, they did a lousy job. I asked the representative to send me photos of proof that they cleaned my gutters. After receiving the images, I realized they had cleaned the garage gutters. Four days later, they sent the crew back out. Guess what? They were on top of my garage roof again. Nobody is communicating with these guys. Thankfully, I was home, ran out, pointed to my house and said clean those gutters. Your communication is not working between me, the vendors or your internal staff, whom I have spoken to three times. You’d think my file would document my calls. I am also receiving phone calls and text messages trying to sell me dryer vent cleaning, moss removal and pressure washing. Let’s figure out the simple gutter cleaning service before I add more services.

Just started using Neds services. Impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness. Folks showed up on time and performed all needed cleaning.

They did clean my roof and gutters like they used to but the issue is they left the wet debris in paper bags and left them for me to drag to the curb to be picked up. I’m 80 years old and can’t hardly push the wheeled bins much less drag those heavy wet debris.if they’re wet, and to top it all it rained that night, the garbage man would not pick them up or it would be all over the road. Ned’s is supposed to take the debris with them! I called and they came to pick them up the next day after it had been rained on.

They always come on the schedule time they do their job and consistent. They clean my roof they clean my gutters. What can I say? They’re pretty good.

Did a great job; will definitely use them again. However, it did seemed a bit pricey but I’m probably not knowledgeable on what is a reasonable price should be.

The gutters/downspouts installation team showed up on time and before beginning the installation, listened to my concerns regarding some special circumstances with our property that made the project more challenging. The crew addressed those concerns and once completed, everything looked great; and when they ran water through the system, everything functioned perfectly.

1/22/24: Ned’s reached out after seeing my review. Kristi was much nicer to deal with than the first 2 agents that were not helpful or empathetic. Kristi refunded my window cleaning and offered to take care of the damage their workers caused. I declined that offer. Sometimes you just have to move on. This is a good example of how poor communication and training of customer service and field technicians can result in losing a previously satisfied customer. I wish I could say I would trust Ned’s again, unfortunately I’m done.
12/20/24: I’ll be updating this review once I find out how Ned’s resolves serious problems we had with this year’s services. They used a pressure washer to clean windows and removed paint from my window trim.

The team arrived promptly for the gutter and roof cleaning. They left the property clean. We had to request a call back for the roof due to stubborn debris that was initially resistant to the treatment. They took care of this without question or charge and very quickly! I am pleased that they chose to sweep the roof rather than apply more chemicals. It looks great now. We will use them again- signed up for bi-annual gutter service so we don’t have to worry in the future.

Neds just completed a thorough cleaning of my roof. Gustavo’s crew, Eyner, crew leader and Kevin did an excellent job. They worked diligently all day. They had some machine mechanical problem and left late in the day but were back early the next day to finish the job. They were respectful of our American and Marine Corp flags. They removed them while cleaning and replaced them when finished! We received outstanding service from this crew.

Quick, professional, polite and friendly.

One caveat: please use electric leaf blowers!

Gas blowers pollute as much as 40 modern cars and are 3% efficient (unless you’re trying to make sound).

Electric leaf blower are 90+% efficient and don’t produce pollution or noise!

Love that they showed up, took care of business and I hardly knew they were there but the gutters were sparkling clean.

The workers were polite and professional. The roof is now free of debris with a zinc coating to prevent future moss growth. Gaston and his crew were awesome.

All of my gutters needed replacing. The team showed up in not so great weather and completed the job in two days. I have a house, cottage and separate garage. They were friendly, did a solid job and left the place clean.

They showed up, were very efficient, and left no mess. My husband is 83 and needed a light sensor replaced where he could not reach, these gentlemen did it for him. YEAH! They left a receipt on the door, no additional work noted. They also cleaned up the debre on the deck and sidewalk and put in leaf bag.

The crew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the roof and gutter cleaning! Well done.
