I had an issue with an outside water leak. I called and within two hours they were here. The problem was fixed professionally and Dillion was very courteous and told me why this problem happened and what to do in the future to avoid it happening again. He was amazing and the price was very reasonable. I am so happy that it’s fixed and so promptly. I will never call anyone else in the future and I highly recommend them. Thank you Dillion.

They arrived on time, notified me they were on their way. They gave me a very good price and completed the work in an hour. I asked where my water shutoff valve was as a new home owner I didn’t know. They showed me and gave me tips on securing my house when out of town. I appreciated all the advice and friendliness they gave! The price was much cheaper than another plumber gave. He worked with us on the timing as we had renters coming in the next day. He communicated with us along the way and sent photos since we were out of town. Mr. Rooter to the rescue. I have used them for my water heater issues in the past and they have always been so friendly and helpful. Our kitchen sink backed up and they were on site in 30 min. Jeremy Byerly was amazing. Clean, neat, and very respectful of our home. He had our problem resolved quickly and left no trace he was even here. I would recommend Jeremy or Mr. Rooter to anyone.

Jeremy was on site shortly after the dispatcher called. He was professional, honest and went above and beyond helping us with our emergency. I was expecting a mess in the yard but you’d never know anything happened. Absolute pro! Jeremy is the reason we’ll be calling Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

He came out promptly and I had a problem with my tankless water heater... He fixed it. I now have hot water! He also showed me what to do if this happens again and how I can reset it. Very happy since I was not sure if it was a serious issue.

We made a call to have our shower drain cleaned. It was clogged & we were standing in ankle deep water. They were able to get someone out within the day. We we so appreciative of their quick turnaround time. Chris Alexander was the technician. He was absolutely amazing and very informative of the steps he was taking to clean the drain. He asked us several questions about what procedures we took to try to drain it on her own prior to his procedure. This allowed him eliminate some steps, so he was able to work quickly. After he completed the service, he gave us a few tips to aid in keeping the drain clean moving forward. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter in the future & specifically ask for Chris! He was so informative, friendly & he was very attentive in making sure that he was keeping the bathroom area & our house clean while he was doing the work.

Mike Tuton was very knowledgeable about our leaky pipes. Explained everything as he went. Alerted us to water issue in wall where water leak and recommended a water mitigation company. Also answered questions about a new water heater and a complete recipe. Just waiting for info in writing about the new water heater pricing and cost for complete repipe from him.

Very large dog broke a water Spigot on the outdoor wall of our house. Curtis was very prompt. Trouble shot the job. Made repairs in a very timely manner good clean work. Had everything he needed with him even fixed the leak in the other spigot while he was here. Gave us bids on some other plumbing work it was done before noon. We always call Mr. Rooter. They have been very good to us.
