We woke up this morning and had lots of things to do. However, when my husband went to open the garage, the spring snapped and the door broke. A fabulous experience, all the way around!

Door Master Clinic is the best choice for garage door opener installation and door service, in the Jacksonville area. We compared the top four companies in the area. Their prices are the most competitive right out the door, they don't try to upsell you, and they came out the same day.

Melissa D. at the office is the most responsive, friendly and knowledgeable representative you will ever meet. We had to request an updated quote, since one of our springs broke after they had come out. She responded with a great price in minutes. On a Sunday afternoon, no less!

But the epitome of the experience was Sam and Ahmad who came to install the new jack shaft Lift Master system. What a great team. They anticipate each other's needs, working quickly, efficiently, and safely. They took care to remove all garbage, boxes, etc. before they left. It was a real pleasure to watch these two professionals move about like a ballet, while knocking the work out.

We highly recommend this company, especially if you get Sam and Ahmad to come out.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred today involving a technician from your company, Door Master Clinic. The technician, named Scott, was sent to my home to provide services, during which time my car was damaged. Upon completion of the service, I noticed a significant scratch on my vehicle.

I immediately contacted your company to report the damage, and initially, it seemed that the matter would be addressed. However, I was then contacted by a secretary who informed me that Door Master Clinic would not be taking responsibility for the damages to my car, as the company does not believe that Scott caused the scratch. I was also told that the damage "looked like I caused it myself," which I find both unprofessional and deeply insulting.

When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that the manager was too busy to speak with me, and that my car damage was not considered the company’s issue. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and the unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled by your staff.

As a paying customer, I expect better treatment and a fair resolution to this issue. The response I received from your office staff was dismissive, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated and that a manager contact me directly to resolve this issue in a fair and professional manner.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

I just had Scott come and replace a belt on an old garage door opener. Scott provided me with three options on how to remedy my issue. I did choose the least expensive option due to the pending sale of the house. Scott did not pressure me to go with a complete replacement even though the price sounded reasonable, it was not in my budget at this time. Scott had the garage door operating in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Door Master Clinic, and Scott. He was professional and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up
