My Mustang came back to me looking better than when I bought it after an accident.. awesome work, great communication, best in town and it’s not even close.

My son had an accident and his insurance had the car towed here. They never contacted him to tell him what was wrong of give an estimate of repairs, they just began repairs. He has a $1000 deductible so he knew that would be his out of pocket but at least a courtesy call would have been nice. Whenever he inquired he was told "a couple more weeks". When he was finally called to pick it up, the "check engine light" was on. After another week and new parts, it is still not fixed and he was told to take it to the dealership, the insurance will cover it.

This towing company is running a racketeering business. Our car was parked in a LEGAL spot on the street, no signs saying private parking, no sign saying tow-zone, however when we returned from our brief stroll through the town, our car had been towed. When we went inside the Inn next to where our car had been to ask what happened, they said they had no idea about any towing and that street parking was open. When we arrived at the tow lot to meet Kyle, he said that the two spots in front of the Inn are owned by the Inn and that it’s guest parking only. There is absolutely NO SIGNS saying you cannot park in these spots. We took pictures and videos however he still demanded his extortion amount of over $200. Not to mention he had the nerve to show us he had towed 3 cars who were parked in OUR SAME SPOT the SAME NIGHT. How is it legal to tow a car parked in a LEGAL spot, meaning no signs saying private or you cannot park there, and have the Inn tell us the parking was fine and they didn’t call to tow us. Legal racketeering at its finest, don’t give these scammers any more money. The cops knew exactly which car we were and where as well, I guess the pigs like to stick together.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job on my Dodge Charger. My Geico adjuster failed me and have definitely changed insurance companies. But Cheshire ‘s did everything they could to make the situation better for me. I would definitely recommend Cheshire ‘s.

the customer service was great the people were very nice but they fixed my car completely wrong i went there in December to get my car fixed and i thought everything was fixed and a couple months later my engine light comes on and the master cylinder and the sensor were messed up i take it to the dealerships and it’s not covered under warranty since it was caused by an outside interference they had put bolts in my air intake and put my bumper in wrong. which costed well over 2k to fix i ended up buying a whole new car which was cheaper than fixing the car which only had 15k miles on it. disappointing really.

5 star customer service but i can’t rate on the mechanics bc they did it wrong.

towed my sons car, had to pay 350 to get it back. They said they didn't see his parking sticker that has been on his car since moving to the landing. He went to management and was told it is displayed correctly. We had no recourse other than to pay the $350. to get his car back.

They always take care of everything, super friendly staff. I always take my cars here when needing any body work.

They were able to restore my MINI Cooper to 100%. Colby who I worked with was excellent. He kept me informed of the whole process. She turned out perfectly. You couldn't even tell some idiot chick t-boned my car.

Absolutely amazing work. Really took the time on my 96’ Bronco to make it perfection. I only had the quarter panels done. Truck is most definitely going back to them to paint the rest of the truck. Caleb and Ashton helped me, and they were very easy and pleasant to work with.

I was sent here by an insurance company after a small fender bender. The staff was kind and thorough. They even buffed up and shined a spot on the other side of my car.

5 star x 10 50 star professional treatment. from the phone calls being handled old school style to the same in person. a team of professional men crash wrapped our mysteriously blown up sunroof prior to us heading back home. they said that there was no charge after they were asked what was due. fantastic conversation with real professionals took place. they are for real. all the best for the people who were real human beings and real professionals.

I had the unpleasant experience of having to recover my vehicle after it was towed for being parked on the cul de sac in front of my house. The unprofessional attitude and lack of common decency the driver showed me was all I need to know about ever doing business with this company. I could go on on about the scammy way the driver acted on. I’m not slandering I’m stating facts. The issue was not that the vehicle was towed it was how the driver acted after the fact. So I stand by my post. Stay away from these guys unless they tow your vehicle then make sure you get your car away from them asap.

The work on my truck was acceptable which was replace the front bumper, fix hood, and headlight on passenger side . That was done very well, but someone loosened the drain plug on the oil pan and caused the low oil pressure light to come on. I had just replaced the oil pressure sensor not too long ago so be careful taking your vehicle here cause it looks like they employ people who sabotage vehicles. They ruined the whole experience. The front bumper isn't even by the oil pan so why would someone be back that far for a bumper replacement. What would you think?

Repair took a little longer than I expected but seeing my car look brand new inside and outside was totally worth it! Thanks for the amazing job

Excellent service, speed and professionalism from this team. Got hit on my motorcycle, after about a hour and a half waiting for AAA they finally called and said they couldn’t get anyone out there due to not having any trailers for a motorcycle, called Cheshire’s and they were here in 15 minutes, Scott, the driver really knows what he’s doing and knows his machines, got my bike home safely in 10 minutes. Can’t thank you guys enough

Responded to my desperate call for towing late on a Sunday night; was done and dusted in 45 minutes! (After waiting 5 hours for AAA I took care of it myself!)

shotty work. failed at even calling us to let us know our parts came in after getting the car a month and a half before with the wrong parts on it. messed up my window trim which they had no reason to touch at all. my hood which they painted has dust underneath it. they completely misaligned my hood as well. now for the other car that went there. they left all kinds or wires and windshield washer lines all over the engine bay. one washer line was literally on top of the battery. talk about a great way to short your customers car. they also left off a horn so now there's only 1. not to mention the countless missing bolts too. overall very very poor work no quality control or anything communication is terrible as well.

Cheshire’s has repaired my Mercedes twice, and did an amazing job each time. Literally like new! Their paint matching skills are on point. Unfortunately, a drunk driver hit me on 02/18/23 while on SR-16, and I have some cosmetic front-end damage. The only place I will be using is Cheshire’s to repair my baby. They’ve always kept me in the know and acted with professionalism. I recommend Cheshire’s 100%!!!

After a front end collision I picked Cheshires after a friend raved about his hot rods were worked on there and he spoke so well about the shop.

Day one at drop off I was walked around my truck and told the process and asked a few questions. Given the holiday coming up I was told it would be a few days after parts ordered.

Unfortunately it was a few more days than expected but after seeing the job on the truck it was worth the extra few days.

The staff all were awesome and did a great job on the truck. The front office staff were also very nice and answered every question I had and believe me I ask alot but they were very informative.

I live across the country and had a time limit so they made it happen in that time frame. If ever I need another body shop it will be Cheshire for sure.

I brought my car here to be fixed after it got rear ended. My car looks great and the two ladies at the front desk really went above and beyond for me.

I went here after my car was towed from the scene of an accident. I had three fractures in my back and was in a lot of pain but no one rushed me or treated me like I was in their way. In fact it was quite the opposite. Everyone here was super nice and helpful and the young gentleman who went with us to the tow lot to retrieve items from the car was beyond nice! He even helped me to remember to get the tag off my car LOL I was in so much pain and not thinking clearly and he was so nice about it. Very compassionate people work here and thats important when youve already been through such hell. The tow fees and storage fees were more than reasonable and in a world where some people try to price gouge , it sure was nice to see such honest charges. Thank you Chesire towing for making my tough day brighter!

I dropped my car off on 8-12, it was supposed to be repaired within 7 days, I was told it would be ready to pick up today, yet when I called I was told they needed to order a special paint. Why wasn't this special paint ordered back on the 12th when I dropped the car off? I voiced my frustration about the issue to the front desk woman and was spoken to in an agitated tone like this is supposed to be acceptable and I have no right to be irate. There is no communication from this place, it is always me calling them, if I didn't call I would have no idea what my car's status was. Last week I called for an update and was told the production manager would call me back since she was at lunch, but I received no call back. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy!

Excellent! The service was professional and top notch throughout. I was called at least every week to update me on the progress . They went beyond all of my expectations and made the experience as easy and pleasant as they could. The repair involved painting the replaced back bumper and they matched the color perfectly. Would definitely recommend Cheshire's.

I recently got into an accident (their Fault not mine), the insurance company advised me to take my vehicle to Cheshire for repairs. I must say I am glad they did. The staff at Cheshire made the process very simple and were very attentive. They would call me at least once a week to let me know the progress of the repairs and what they were doing. All in all it tool less then 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. I would highly recommend using this company for any auto body repairs that you may need.

I would highly recommend Cheshires for your auto repair needs. GEICO recommend this shop for my Toyota Tundra front and rear bumper repairs and they made the truck look fantastic. Colby and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Everything was taken care at cheshires even the rental arrangements. Everything was very seamless from Cheshire’s side and the work itself is on point.

I had an excellent experience and I can’t say enough good things about Cheshire’s! I had damage to the right rear quarter panel and bumper on my truck caused by someone else. That person wanted to pay out of pocket, and as I am relatively new to the area I could only rely on the website and reviews as to who to go with. I got several estimates and their pricing was right in line with the others. One of the best things I can say is that everyone I interacted with were “car guys“. They are knowledgeable and treat every car I saw with respect. I keep my trucks clean and in excellent shape, and they absolutely appreciated that from the start. They got me in right on the scheduled day and completed the work within the timeframe they quoted me. They also updated me throughout the process. When I had to stop by to remove my trailer hitch, the shop was neat and clean and the truck very well prepped. When I picked it up a few days later, I expected to find at least some flaws in the body work given the damage. There were none. I was very pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went especially given the way things are these days. I will be bringing my Tahoe back soon for some additional custom work!

I was in an accident and the person that hit me wanted to pay for damage out of pocket. They recommended Chesire's Customs and Collisions and called Stacey to set up estimate. The process from estimate to final repair made the hassle of an accident pain free. They did a fantastic job on my truck and Stacey was awesome. They were so fantastic I decided to use them to repaint the front end of my wife's 4 Runner. Both jobs were hassle free, communication was excellent, customer service was great and the work on both vehicles was flawless. The owner Chris is extremely knowledgable, personable, and delivered on all promises. I will use them for any body work in the future for sure. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Repeat customer for small and large paint projects including a complete respray/minor rust work on my vintage BMW. I get so many compliments for the paint which is now 3+ years old. Their quality is great, Stacie and the crew are terrific. Highly recommended.

Great service online and in person. They are very responsive and friendly, and replaced a trim piece on my car same-day. I could not have asked for better service!

They troll the Ocean Villas condos parking lots looking for cars with no parking passes. I went to the office to obtain a pass when I arrived but no one was there. When I came back to check again my car was gone! I went to the office and was THEN able to get a parking pass, but too little too late as my car had already been towed. It’s seems like they are in cahoots or something. I was told it was $190 and then when I got to the property no one was there. I called back and was told I was supposed to give them an hour’s notice, however I was not told that originally before the guy, Chris, hung up on me because I said a swear word… So I had to wait over an hour after I got there for the tow truck driver to arrive and get my car out of the lot. When the tow truck driver called me back to say he’d be there in about an hour he said I had to pay the $190 in cash, even though their website says they accept credit cards….

Had a fender bender with a raccoon which tore off front fender and damaged the grill. They were quick to say bring it in and let’s take a look. That acted quickly, coordinated everything with State Farm insurance and with car rental. They kept me in the loop, acted with professionalism as well with concern and compassion. Everything went smooth and I had my car back in no time. I’ll use them again without hesitation.

Edit: changed to 4 stars. They always fixed their mistakes free of charge. My cars in near perfect condition now. Even 2 years later when the paint started cracking in the back they fixed it free of charge because of a body work defect. As an engineer I know how it is if you are missing the tiniest thing it can seem like the other massive amounts of work that was done is invisible because all you can see is the mistake.

Car got rear ended November. It did not get fixed until end of December. We were on the way to pick it up then they said there is a water leakage in the back. They fixed that then we got it the first week of January. Then, we had a diminished value agent come and inspect it and he said the work was not right. The left side of the trunk was pushed out too far and there were many other issues with it. When I drove the car the back made a rattling sound. Now I need to take the car back again and have them fix it up. It seems like they did not know what they were doing.
