Greg's Auto Collision center are Master Craftsman. They repaired instead of replacing for half the cost. You would never know my car was hit. Gave a quote and time line and was exact. Wonderful people!

I can't say enough good things about Greg's Auto Collision Center, especially Tommy and Patrick. From start to finish, they provided top-notch service, honesty, and transparency throughout the entire repair process.

After a significant accident that damaged nearly my entire front bumper, wheel well, shock, and axle, I was worried about finding a shop that could handle such a complex repair. Tommy was communicative, direct, and incredibly honest about what needed to be done. He and his team provided realistic timelines and worked closely with the my insurance, local dealership to ensure that every aspect of the repair was done right—from ordering parts to completing the actual repair and paint job. They took additional extra steps to thoroughly test the vehicle (EV) and make sure all the sensors were properly calibrated before handing it back to me.

The only downside? They’re not in my hometown! If they were, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. If anyone in the area has an issue with their vehicle, I’d commit to Greg's as my primary repair shop. I wouldn't trust my family and friends with anyone but Greg's Auto Collision Center. If you want honesty, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about getting you back on the road safely, look no further.

My car was rear ended in an accident. I was amazed at how fantastic the repair was when I arrived to pick it up. The paint was perfectly matched and it was so well repaired that it was impossible to tell it was ever in an accident. This is a great local St. Augustine business that I highly recommend.

Took our one year old car in for a new rear bumper. They ordered the bumper, it came in on a Friday and they had us on the schedule for Monday. It was painted and installed by Wednesday. The car was a new, somewhat unique color, and they matched the color perfectly. The car looks like new again!

Tommy and his crew are wonderful. My brand new vehicle was rear-ended in June by a F150. The paint color on my vehicle is very unique and I was extremely worried about matching the paint color. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure the paint was a PERFECT match and I could not be happier. You won’t go wrong with Tommy & crew at Greg’s!

My vehicle was impeccably restored, and on time and I was constantly kept up to date as to the status of the ongoing work performed, Tom The owner and Pat his assistant were very courteous and professional, And I would, without hesitation, recommend this business.

This garage is terrible. The guy who runs the place, Tommy, will have a different reason every time you ask about why the car is not finished yet. He will contradict himself many times. The estimated time was 2 weeks and the actual time was over 6 weeks. He will give you employees' life stories as excuses and they don't deserve that. After more than 6 weeks my car came back to me and the hood was not lined up with the body of the car, it was missing rubber seals and an overall mess. My insurance company said to avoid paying out of pocket to fix the job they did, I should take it back to Greg's - and have them fix their work at no additional cost. Not a chance. Avoid this place.

Not a good feeling from this company. Pulled up on a Tuesday at 10 during 8 to 5 business hours. They were closing the gates and eyeing me strangely. They wouldn't speak to me. I called the number and was hung up on. The other side had two men speaking, and they just didn't care about my pressence outside the fence either. I don't know what was going on with these people, but I'm not likely to go back here.

Incredible body shop! I was given a recommendation to go to Tommy at Greg’s Auto Collision Center to get my car’s bumper fixed. I now understand why this shop was so highly recommended. Everything was explained to me, I was kept up to date on the progress, and the repair was handled quickly with expert craftsmanship. He went above and beyond and made my car look brand new. Highly recommend!

I moved here recently n wanted repair on my car, so many shops I walked into, n wanted answers, as I am Elderly, n was rushed out or not paid attention to.
I walked into Greg's, was greeted n asked to wait a minute as he was on computer. He not only was patient, but explained all I needed to get my car repaired.
Absolutely, made me feel like family . I contacted my insurance, have my appointment scheduled.
I would give it more stars, as he was professional,well mannered n took time for me. Values like that, are hard to come by. Thank You..

Met Greg at a boat ramp and he said he works on Jeeps. It’s been a year and I still hadn’t found an auto place I felt I could trust with my Jeep. Greg was super awesome and gave me a heck of a deal. He made sure I was good to go running codes before I left. It may not look like much but the quality is in the guys and I’ll bring my car back anytime !

Greg and his team are always willing to go above and beyond in their efforts to allay fears and concerns when it comes to auto collision repair. Whether its an insurance claim or not, their service is empathetic and comprehensive. I have used Greg's Auto Collision Center on two other occasions and highly recommend them. Their results present as if "it never happened". You will be pleased.

During my drive to Florida a piece of debris knocked off the trim at the bottom of a door. The owner had me buy the piece from Toyota and he installed at no charge. Shook my hand and said have a nice day. The Toyota place recommended that shop, I see why.

Disrespectful owner, don’t trust this business. It took me over a week to get a quote because the owner never answers or returns any calls. He tells me it would be a month before they can get me in. I understand that they are busy and short staffed which is fine. When it comes time to drop it off he said he was a little behind and would call when I can bring it in. He still has yet to call and apparently doesn’t have any plans to. It’s closing in on two months since the estimate. Don’t waste your time because this shop will waste yours.

Greg's auto collision center is the best place I can recommend to anybody if you got into an accident or a wreck. The owner has been the most transparent and outgoing guy, he is always looking ways to support you in your situation. The staff here as well are great people. My vechile has a complete total accident in the rear and they fixed it up basically brand new. Now you cannot even tell if there was ever an accident on my vechile. Like I stated eariler, these people are willing to help if you are ever in a need for repair, deeply appreciate their work.

Had my car towed here after an accident. Over a week later and calling everyday they still had yet to submit the estimate to Allstate like they said the would. Apparently they are short staffed and no one knows what they are doing there. The owner is no where to be found and clearly doesn’t care about his customers. Truly disgraceful customer service.

Our vehicle was rear-ended many miles from home. When we brought it to Greg's for repair we felt comfortable with Tom immediately. He and his staff restored the car to brand-new condition. We set out next day for home and drove 1445 miles over 4 days. The car runs and rides tip-top. Thanks to Tom, techs, and staff!

I took my vehicle to Greg’s auto collision center for an estimate. I talked to the owner, Tommy. He looked at my vehicle and set an appointment for 12 days later for repairs. I then called the insurance company and informed them that I had chosen a repair shop. The insurance company contacted enterprise car rentals and set up a rental car for me for the day that I was to drop off my vehicle. I called Greg’s auto collision Center the day before my appointment to find out what time I should drop the car off. I was informed by the secretary that the owner Tommy said they were too busy to work on my minor repair. That is a terrible way to run a business. I was just left hanging. Beware of appointments with these people.

Tommy and his team have fixed several vehicles for the McGee family. Always friendly and on time with great value in the services he provides.

Professional, personable, true to their word. Repair was from an accident and covered by insurance and the claim process caused delays but Tommy and Angel went above and beyond.

Glad we chose to go local and have the work we needed done at Greg’s. With all the supply chain issues it took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the wait. Tommy made sure everything was done to perfection, including repairs to the entire side and front. They have fixed the phone issues they were having (due to their phone provider) and went above and beyond. They have integrity and care about their customers, taking the time to go the extra mile.

I brought in a Tacoma that was T-boned during the holidays. I was referred to Gregs Auto Body by Toyota themselves and also did my research on the company. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the whole experience. Communication was great, Tom walked me thru the whole entire process and what I can expect. I can't even tell my vehicle was ever in an accident! If I ever need body work done again, i'll be sure to choose Greg's!

Tommy and his team did an amazing job on my Promaster Van. Parts for these vehicles are hard to get, due to availabilty of used parts, as well as supply chain issues.
Tommy was able to locate the parts and get my work van back to me fairly quick and in perfect condition.

I had a great experience with Greg’s. I was rear ended 2 weeks before I was supposed to leave for Montana for the summer. When I got there for my estimate, I explained the situation to Tom, the owner, and he said he would try his best to get me going on time. It was about 5000 dollars worth of damage, too. Greg’s finished just in time and did an awesome job. Their customer service was great during the whole process, too. They kept us updated and informed. They kept their promises. Very thankful for them!

Tommy the owner of Greg's collision did a fabulous job on my car, he more than met my aspecttations, I never thought it would be the same, when I picked it up it was ready for a car show inside and out. Tommy did a fabulous job in repairing some dents, scratches and dings on a Corvette. The color was Yellow which is very difficult to match but it looks brand new now . And equally important, the job was finished on time and he kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend you call him for any auto body needs. He is an magician in auto body work

Absolutely the best Experience at this spot. Tommy did a new bed liner on my truck me being super picky I was worried. But let me tell you this looks better then factory.

I came in to get an estimate for my VW, and Melissa was very informative and helpful throughout the process. The price was competitive to other shops in the area. When I got the car back, the paint match was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I also received the car in good timing. Tommy, the owner, is very adamant on ensuring the quality of his work was top notch. Overall great experience with them, I would highly recommend. If I ever need any work done in the future, I know where I’m coming!

Greg was straight up with his estimate, timing and gave us referrals to other auto vendors in town for diesel work and fabrication! He fixed a dent in our rear cab truck window and matched paint and repairs like new. Will always return only to Greg if we ever need body work again!!

in 2018, I was involved in a very low speed rolling collision in a parking lot with another vehicle. I took pictures of both vehicles which showed zero damage. Furthermore the police noted zero damage and did not cite me. Regardless, the driver hired an attorney who sent his client to Greg's and the owner Tom wrote a bogus $1500 estimate for new bumper, bumper structure, taillight, etc. despite photographic evidence, etc showing no damage. My insurance company not only paid the claim but this fraudulent estimate helped support the drivers claim that she had injuries which led to a $25000 claim against my policy. THIS IS FRAUD!

I smashed my left rear tail light backing up.

I took my SUV to Greg's and the owner advised me how to order the part myself on Amazon and save 50% over dealer price and then quoted a price for him to install it.

The part arrived on Dec. 23 and he installed it on Christmas Eve morning before they closed at noon.

He did an excellent job and I saved over $180 in parts and another $100 in labor over the dealer price quote.

The job took a bit longer than I expected; however my vehicle looks like new!

Greg’s is the go to place for any auto body repair. They take the time to do it right. My 2017 Volvo XC90 came out looking brand new. The paint looks like the car just came off the show room floor. Try Greg's, you won’t be disappointed.

Greg’s Collisions Center did a wonderful job Audio A7. A deer ran into the front left side of my car as I was driving home along A1A. Greg’s repair returned my car looking like new! It took a while but it was well worth the wait.

I highly recommend this auto center very honest. I have a quote to fixed my car in another collision center and Greg’s give me almost 50% less than the other place. The employees are very nice and Kind specially the lady (sorry I don’t remember her name ) but she was very nice.
