I hired Mountaintop Metal to repair our house after a Tree came through our roof. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. This roof was a dome covered with copper and the arched trusses had been damaged. They figured out how to fix the trusses and did the work, and even spoke with the insurance company multiple times to help explain the body of work and the complexities involved. Once the work started the communication on what was happening was fantastic, and they showed up every time they said they would. Completed the work with high quality and quickly. Would highly recommend them, they delivered above and beyond!

Mountaintop was pricing for aluminium what other companies were pricing out for steel -- worth the investment. Our roof looks like it's out of a magazine! The crew uncovered some design and insulation issues with our former roof and addressed those as they went. We had a bit of a complicated cricket that Mike the head installer tackled himself. Crew cleaned up everyday and backpack blew to keep the site clean.

From the moment we called until the project was completed, Mountaintop Metal Roofing absolutely shined. We found ourselves in a unique situation having had our metal tile roof installed by another company that was unable to do it correctly. Everything corroborated what we could see (plus it was already leaking) and we agreed to have them re-roof it. I have to acknowledge the installation crew especially... they were astounding. This is a professionally run business, at all levels, and it was a pleasure having them take care of my roof.

My wife and I were really impressed with the work done by Mountaintop Metal Roofing. We had a very low-slope shed-style roof, which presented unique challenges. However, the team at Mountaintop Metal Roofing was up to the task. They explained that metal roofing was the best option for our roof due to our low slope angle and that longevity wise this was the best lifetime and lowest maintenance solution.

The team was professional and helpful, especially Kailey and Sage from customer service and finance, Vitaly and Roman from the installation team, and Max, our sales representative. We met with 6 different roofing companies before landing on Mountaintop. Pricing-wise, Mountaintop was in the upper middle of the quotes - but we still felt very confident with the decision to select them. What made us select them was their personal attention, communication of our needs, product quality, warranties on the work and product, and the process they use to build the roof.

An extra shout out to Kailey with the office who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout. When we ran into snags with the city and needed to schedule an electrical outage, she worked directly with the electrical company to confirm the needs and project timeline. When we wanted to ensure we had gutter providers lined up that worked with the new roof type, she connected us with a local company - and even worked with them directly to update timelines as the project dates shifted. When we wanted tinted skylights for our NINE custom skylights (which Mountaintop doesn't do), she found a trusted vendor and sent us tinting samples and cost comparisons of skylights so we had choices. Like literally, anything that we assumed we would have to deal with alone, we didn't because before we could even start, Kailey was already on it and had solved any problems that came up.

Our original project manager/sales person transitioned out of the company before the project started, so the company owner, Glen took on our project. He gets an extra shout-out too. It was clear from the start that Glen knows his stuff and how to engage with clients who don't know anything about roofing - he was able to explain things clearly and provide the "why" for certain things that needed to be done. As we hit hiccups, Glen worked to find reasonable solutions - and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome. He really looks out for the customer - and wants to make sure that they are feeling confident throughout the process. Glen was very communicative, and we felt comfortable reaching out as much as we needed.

The on-site crew did great work on both the demo of the old torch-down roof and installation of the new metal roof. They demoed some outdoor pergolas that were going to impact the gutter placement, and made sure that we had pictures of the roof progress. We are happy with the installation crew and appreciate the very, very long days that they spent on the project. They finished on time, which was great considering we anticipated having to go over based on some surprises that were found once demo started.

Overall, while I'm hopeful and confident we won't need a roof replacement in the next hopefully-bazillion-years, if we ever did, we'd be reaching back out to Glen and his team at Mountaintop Metal Roofing. 10/10

Service was fast and amazing, had Tony, the sales rep, out less then a week after submitting interest. They were able to get out on a Saturday which worked around my schedule. He was very knowledgeable and waled me through everything they offered. Install only took about 3.5 days, installation crew were polite, gave updates at the end of each day, and provided a beautiful finished product.

Writing this review about two months after the work was complete. I can say without hesitation that this has been the best companies I've worked with. Max, Kailey and Vitaly (maybe misspelling his name) were absolutely great. Communication was top notch, everyone was organized, as far as I can tell, the product was installed perfectly. They cleaned up really well, and probably left it cleaner than when it started.

Immediately sent over a roofer to tarp a potential roof leak while we were waiting for the new roof to ease our concern; 4. They wanted to schedule us two weeks ahead of when promised; 5. The roofers who installed the solar tubes had the architectural drawings and worked with me to place them exactly where we wanted; 6. Appropriately texted updates and progress; 7. Very clean, respectful, and efficient with the demo and install; 8. The sales pitch was impressive and demonstrated they care about your experience and quality.

We were so pleased by the professionalism and workmanship of Mountaintop's team. Mountaintop Metal Roofing was the 3rd roofing company I contacted in early January of 2022. Max promptly replied. He provided me with a quote on the spot. The replacement was complicated by existing solar panels and a solar hot water exchanger. Max was the Sales Rep and also the project manager. He took the whole process from beginning to end. Something I really appreciate. I wish more service companies would use this model. Max coordinated with the solar company I hired to schedule the removal of all the solar equipment.

Working around our weather in the PNW in early spring can be challenging. An unexpected wind storm blew through causing debris to fly off the roof in an early evening. I contacted Max and Andre show up promptly in his Easter Monday dressed cloths. He was in church when Max called. That is what I called Customer Service!

Andre was able to flashed around all of the existing solar brackets which saves me some money and no more new holes on the roof.

So far, the new roof has gone through one of the wetness and stormiest spring we have ever seen. I have worried about the noise and aluminum. That was a none issue. I had concern about a black roof. The house was cooler with the 90 plus degrees we had this year compared to the old composite roof. I am ready for winter.

When we decided to replace our old asphalt shingle roof we wanted a product that would last, be more environmentally friendly, and look gorgeous. Mountaintop Metal Roofing was the perfect match.
Mountaintop has so many options for metal roofing styles! We went with the more traditional standing seam, but they have so many styles and colors. They also install skylights externally and we jumped on that opportunity and got 4 Velux windows installed.
Mike was a fantastic low pressure salesman who helped us pick the perfect look and to educate us about all the options. As he said, the product sells itself. (They offer financing, but we did not use it. ) These roofs are so good we purchased in May to get on the schedule for November. Completely worth the wait.
Kailey was our project manager who kept us informed about the schedule and process. We were never in the dark.

We had been wanting a metal roof to replace our existing composition roof that had been deteriorating due to tree debris.
The process was very straightforward with pricing, what was included, what exactly their crew would be doing when it came to install.

Their installers were incredibly tidy and clean. Everyday their installers were extremely thorough in clean up. It was like we weren't even having work done.

The entire project from start to finish was exactly as predicted, scheduled and on time and budget! I can't say enough great things about the end result of the product. It looks phenomenal and we won't be replacing the roof again during our lifetime.

The two installers from Mountaintop just finished my new roof.They tore off my old roof, and fixed what needed to be fixed. Replaced the old skylights with new ones. And then put on a new metal forever roof. It looks very cool! I think it is the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
They are very hard workers!! They would start about 08:00 and work until almost dark, about 18:00 (6pm) and clean up every night.

Our old asphalt roof was disintegrating and leaking. After months of research, we decided an aluminum standing seam roof would be our best long term option. We wanted a forever roof for our forever home. We received lots of bids, and liked Mountaintop Metals’ attention to the many details of standing seam construction: fasteners, flashing, underlayment, metal coatings and reflectivity, attic venting, etc. Also a plus: they use Taylor Metal (Salem, OR) for their panels.

Mike and his team did an incredible job on the tear off and install. They worked very hard through all kinds of wild spring weather. They kept their work areas clean and organized, and they were very nice to our curious kids. Their craftsmanship is amazing. Mike is part of a family of roofers and it shows in the many details and solutions to our zig-zag ridgeline.

Max and Glenn provided timely communication and answered every question.

It has been about six months since installation, and the roof has been perfect. We went through record-setting rain in spring (the roof is so quiet – I think because of the underlayment). And August weather was again record-breaking hot, and the attic was much cooler than with the old asphalt roof, so the top floor of our house stayed cool (no AC needed - yeah!).

Last, the roof really matches the craftsman vibe of our home. The lines of the standing seam look really nice in concert with the cedar shingle siding. It is fun to watch the coated metal change hue depending on how it reflects the sky: from grey to blue to green to pink. Our neighbors, guests, and even the solar installers have all remarked on how nice the roof is.

We definitely recommend Mountaintop Metal for their attention to detail, hard work, and amazing craftsmanship!

These guys were all great to work with. I talked to a number of other companies and chose this one because they clearly understood the status of my current roof most accurately, gave me clear, direct answers on all my questions and over performed on every promise. Good pricing and great communication. Extremely courteous interactions with everyone. The install crew took off my old roof, replaced rotten old plywood and put on a gorgeous new roof all ahead of schedule. The cleanup they did afterwards left my place looking better than when they started. Max, Glenn and the install crew stand head and shoulders above any contractors that I have ever worked with.

Mountaintop Metal Roofing was one of 4 companies we spoke with before finalizing our decision to get a metal roof. Out of all 4 companies, Mountaintop Metal has the most professional, genuine, and informed sales person, best price for the scope of our project (full 4 layer removal with new metal roof replacement).

Everything throughout the process was smooth - setting the initial appointment to get our (free) quote, planning for the install date (which they amazingly bumped up a whole month for us when the heatwave came on suddenly), working with the on-site roofers (three very nice and hardworking folks that cleaned up the whole site and hauled the debris EVERY DAY), and even the final walk through when it was all done.

We love the tiles, the new underlay and plywood was done extremely well, the new flashing throughout, gutter drips, and vents are such an improvement over what we had, and we would absolutely use them again (but we wont have to because this roof will last a lifetime+).

We chose the Smooth Finish Charcoal Grey Permalock shingles and love the look.

Our project was more complicated because we have solar panels. These needed to be removed and then reinstalled. Mountain Metal Roofing coordinated that work with a solar panel company and the project proceeded very smoothly.

Our project began with a leaky roof that we discovered in November. Another roofing company put a tarp over it but it blew off after a couple of days because it was held down only with staples. That fiasco led us to finding Mountaintop Metal, they did a very nice tarp job that stayed up until the roofing began in January.

We talked to five roofing companies and got quotes, all of them were booked out until at least March, some out to June. We selected Mountaintop Metal Roofing in early December expecting to have to wait 3 months or more. But they managed to give us higher priority because of the leak, and our work was done in mid-January!

Finally, the aluminum interlocking tiles are of the highest quality. And so was the installation work. We were very pleased that the price was not the highest.

This company has off the chart professional roofers. I have experience in construction and all aspects of roofing and was up on the roof with the crew. They think outside the box in perfection. In adding up the cost of roofing now and replacing in 15 years with the low quantity shingles that are manufactured today it makes sense to go with a metal product that will both add value to my home and will last far longer than conventional asphalt. Also want to add when I was researching other means of roofing I stopped in at a major contractors roofing supply company and they told me hands down go with aluminum even though they didn’t sell it. I have received many complements from all my neighbors. This product is beautiful. I highly recommend.
