From the price estimate and communication to the completion of the job, Avi was very professional and responsible every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that after the roof replacement was done, he used a drone to show and explain everything clearly, section by section. We had a tree fall on the house on a weekend, and it punched several holes through the roof and mangled a gutter. I called M&H on a Sunday morning, and they came out and installed temporary patches that day, just in time for the rainstorm that evening. This was an incredibly challenging project. We have a very steeply pitched metal roof on a two-story home with skylights and a turret. We hired M&H to remove many years of mold off our roof, clear and clean all the rain gutters and reseal our skylights.

They responded very quickly to my bid request, and within the same day performed a physical onsite roof inspection, rather than just generating an estimate based on a Google Earth photo like so many of their competitors.

We are seniors on a fixed income and this is a major expense for us. We solicited quotes from several reputable and highly rated roof cleaning companies.

M&H provided us with an extremely competitive bid. Avi committed to a firm, fixed price upfront. All the other bids I received were subject to additional charges during the cleaning, based on how much of the skylights required resealing.

M&H included a complete resealing of both skylights and the application of a mold retardant as part of the total project. They included this preventative, cost-saving measure without adding a separate additional charge.

We have an extremely sharp pitched roof and we have been snuggling to find a service provider to remove moss. M&H Roofing came out to inspect the roof and provided a quote and was able to schedule the service right away. The M&H team did a fantastic job cleaning up my roof. They removed the existing moss, applied the moss preventive loader powder, cleaned the gutters, and treated my solar panels with protection solution. They even spotted a leaky exhaust pipe that could allow rain water in which could potentially damage my roof. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who needs roof cleaning and treatment! The dude never showed up to 2 scheduled appointments. He is spread too thin, and it's affecting his ability to be a good businessman. I have been in business in Seattle for 38 years in construction. It's bad for in our industry to make appointments and not keep them. It's disrespectful of our time and of our clients' needs. Waste of my time. Not appreciated!

We recently had M&H put a new roof on our home and they did an awesome job from start to finish. These guys are honest, nice, and fast. Had a leaking roof and was ready to get a new one. Yani came in and found a way to fix the roof, adding another 7+ years to the life of the roof. Saved me a bunch of time and money going through them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs roof work.

M&H roofing did a great job on our roof. We worked mostly with Yani. An estimate was provided the same day and work was done within a week. Pricing seemed competitive with other estimates we received. Yani was extremely communicative throughout the process which was so helpful considering it was work being done on a home we own as a rental and we live out of town.

Avi and crew were awesome! We had a roof leak and after calling M&H, Avi was at our house within an hour. We discussed our options and instead of permanently repairing the leak, we decided to replace the entire roof. Two days later, while the crew was replacing the roof, they discovered mold in our attic from a previous leak. Who knows when we would’ve discovered it ourselves? The mold could have led to severe health problems. They removed all of the old insulation, treated the mold, and then laid new insulation. They did a great job of cleaning up and the roof looks great. Avi was in constant communication to keep us updated during the entire process.

I would highly recommend MNH Roofing. I had a roof leak in an upstairs bathroom through an exhaust fan vent. We approached a few services on Yelp - MNH was the first to respond and Avi from their team was first to visit and take a look. He gave me a professional assessment and the most competitive estimate and was patient with all my questions. They were on site the next morning and got the job done. To make things better, while the team was in the roof they checked other vents for leaks and sure enough they found another one and sent me pictures so I could approve the fix.

False advertisement and unprofessional. Looked this company up online looking for free testing/inspection as I do not know what kind of mold or what is needed for my home. Received a call from a young lady that also explained the testing and FREE inspection. Well got a call today from the service tech they were sending out and was basically told he has to drive a hour and a half away so they will provide an estimate over the phone unless I agree to a 17k minimum (maybe he meant 1700). I advised him this was supposed to be inspect only and that’s when he complained about the distance. Got a call from same young lady and she said the technician couldn’t come because they needed to “rent the equipment to test my home” therefore will do estimate over the phone/email. Howwww when we don’t even know the type of mold or source . Waisted my time

M&H Roofing made the process of figuring out what to do with my roof in my new (and first) home so easy. Avi was so nice, personable, and honest. He didn’t sugar coat what needed to be done but didn’t gouge me or try to upsell anything. I really felt comfortable with him doing the work—and he got me a great deal on gutters!!

Just bought a house a few months ago. While our inspector told us the roof was fine, insurance wanted it replaced. M&H were the only roofers that we got an estimate from that said what our inspector said and didnt try to upsell us. They gave us a deal on some minor repairs and are even provided us a letter to use when we talk with insurance. Honest, outstanding, left 0 mess. Will be using and referring to friends and family.

I spoke to Lisa when I was requesting a time sensitive roofing inspection regarding some repair work vs. replacement. She immediately got someone out who was very helpful. After the inspection, I was told the inspection report would be sent to me within 3 days. On day 4 I called to check in, she then said it will take a week. When I brought up the time sensitive issue again, she said she would see what she could do. It's now been 2 weeks and they still haven't been in contact with a report.

Our roof never looked better! I appreciate Avi taking the time to actually get on the roof and do an inspection before any work was done as well. Thanks!
