This was an incredibly challenging project. We have a very steeply pitched metal roof on a two-story home with skylights and a turret. We hired M&H to remove many years of mold off our roof, clear and clean all the rain gutters and reseal our skylights.

They responded very quickly to my bid request, and within the same day performed a physical onsite roof inspection, rather than just generating an estimate based on a Google Earth photo like so many of their competitors.

We are seniors on a fixed income and this is a major expense for us. We solicited quotes from several reputable and highly rated roof cleaning companies.

M&H provided us with an extremely competitive bid. Avi committed to a firm, fixed price upfront. All the other bids I received were subject to additional charges during the cleaning, based on how much of the skylights required resealing.

M&H included a complete resealing of both skylights and the application of a mold retardant as part of the total project. They included this preventative, cost-saving measure without adding a separate additional charge.

They removed the existing moss, applied the moss preventive loader powder, cleaned the gutters, and treated my solar panels with protection solution. We recently had M&H put a new roof on our home and they did an awesome job from start to finish. These guys are honest, nice, and fast. Had a leaking roof and was ready to get a new one. Yani came in and found a way to fix the roof, adding another 7+ years to the life of the roof. Saved me a bunch of time and money going through them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs roof work.

Avi and crew were awesome! We had a roof leak and after calling M&H, Avi was at our house within an hour. We discussed our options and instead of permanently repairing the leak, we decided to replace the entire roof. Two days later, while the crew was replacing the roof, they discovered mold in our attic from a previous leak. Who knows when we would’ve discovered it ourselves? The mold could have led to severe health problems. They removed all of the old insulation, treated the mold, and then laid new insulation. We approached a few services on Yelp - MNH was the first to respond and Avi from their team was first to visit and take a look. False advertisement and unprofessional. Looked this company up online looking for free testing/inspection as I do not know what kind of mold or what is needed for my home. Received a call from a young lady that also explained the testing and FREE inspection. Well got a call today from the service tech they were sending out and was basically told he has to drive a hour and a half away so they will provide an estimate over the phone unless I agree to a 17k minimum (maybe he meant 1700). I advised him this was supposed to be inspect only and that’s when he complained about the distance. Got a call from same young lady and she said the technician couldn’t come because they needed to “rent the equipment to test my home” therefore will do estimate over the phone/email. Howwww when we don’t even know the type of mold or source . Waisted my time

Just bought a house a few months ago. While our inspector told us the roof was fine, insurance wanted it replaced. M&H were the only roofers that we got an estimate from that said what our inspector said and didnt try to upsell us. They gave us a deal on some minor repairs and are even provided us a letter to use when we talk with insurance. Honest, outstanding, left 0 mess. Will be using and referring to friends and family.

I spoke to Lisa when I was requesting a time sensitive roofing inspection regarding some repair work vs. replacement. She immediately got someone out who was very helpful. After the inspection, I was told the inspection report would be sent to me within 3 days. On day 4 I called to check in, she then said it will take a week. When I brought up the time sensitive issue again, she said she would see what she could do. It's now been 2 weeks and they still haven't been in contact with a report.

Fast response, fair price and easy to work with. I found a leak of my roof in an afternoon, contacted MNH at night, assessment was done the next morning and the leak was fixed the next day's afternoon. They also discovered another potential leakage spot and fixed for extra money, but the overall price is still reasonable and fair compared to other vendors, would recommend and keep working with them :)

My rental house was overdue a roof replacement for over 10 years. This year the rain leaked into the house . I did the normal people do, call 3 bids. Yanai was the 2nd quote and I didn't bother to meet the 3rd quote after talked to him. He gave a very reasonable price, and the roof was replaced within 1 week after signed the document. I appreciate Yanai asked the downpayment for 15% only, not the 50% as other roofer quoted. The job was done professionally without issues. The only con was Yanai is very busy. Some times he might reply my text late, but I don't have issue for that. Highly recommend!

M&H was able to quickly repair a leak in the roof of our flat top townhouse. They also checked for mold and was able to provide mold treatment service for a fair price. This is a company of young professionals that still needs to work a little on some basics like communication, paperwork and timeliness - but they make up for it big time with results and attractive pricing.
We've had two projects with them - a leak problem on a modern flat house (which they came back to until it was fixed; a bit of try and error as it was hard to tell where the leak was located), and a complete replacement of an overdue old house roof (which they jumped on at short notice and into the weekend).
Everything around the house got cleaned up well as promised.
You will save more on bigger projects than on small ones, but that is nothing uncommon.

I had them come out to give me an estimate for gutters and thankfully Yanai checked the roof as well. He found several leaks, and was able to have them fixed right away.
Yanai was very patient and kind in helping me understand the problems and urgency to fix them. He showed pictures and explained the process of how it would be repaired. We are grateful to have the room fixed. Thank you!

Yanni (if spelled wrong I am sorry) came out on a Sunday and was able to his good to come out by Tuesday to get my roof patched, gutters patched and cleaned to mow of the roof. He was checked my roof confirmed what was wrong and didn't try to up sell me.

Just had roof leak recently during the rain season... Was trying to fix it asap. Contacted a few contractors the second day for estimate. No surprise some were trying to rip off, proposing to replace the whole section of the roof ... Avi came up and immediately assured this should be an easy and small fix. The following day the contractors came over and the roof is not leaking again. Plus two year warranty, really peace of mind. still need to wait to confirm the quality. I found some water spots on the ceiling in the top floor after the high winds and rain. After getting several estimates I could tell that Yanai was competent, honest and would do the job right. He took the time to go on the roof and look which others just guessed at. His price was reasonable, and he didn't try to sell work that wasn't needed. The work has been completed and the leak fixed plus the additional replacement work on roof vents where I asked that the cracked plastic ones be replaced with metal.
