George Spear was very good about talking to me and letting me know the process of filing the claim and getting my claim approved. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My roof was installed on 4/1/25 and it looks really nice. I have been trying to contact someone about finishing the job but no one has contacted me. It is really frustrating and disappointing at this point. Update on previous review... This is a fantastic company to do business with. There was a matter of miss communication, but George Spear, Matt, and Brian took care of it. Job well done.

I don’t have a photo to post YET!! I was working at Dave and Busters (Columbia), when the two most wonderful men walked in. I noticed that they had roofing cards and asked for one. Granted, I don’t know ANYTHING about roofing. Matt and Hunter Hamilton sat there and explained everything I need to know about it for almost 30 minutes and especially the one for my house. I got to see some of their work, and I already know they are who I want to do mine. From the seamless layout, quickness, and efficiency. To the wonderful chats and customer service. EDIT: The GM of this office got in touch with me directly after I called into his office and left this review. He properly addressed the issue outlined below (I'm leaving the original review copy as he's trying to work with CCPD to get a new light in and this information can help highlight how dangerous this intersection is) confirming he spoke to the driver, reinforced their policy that that kind of behavior is not acceptable, and went above and beyond in trying to make this situation right. I'm happy that no one got hurt and am confident that this will not happen again with the driver in question.

Original Review: I was just driving past their location in Marietta when one of their drivers with company signage on their vehicle decided it was wise to make an illegal left turn into oncoming traffic (me). When I honked they decided giving me the middle finger was an appropriate response. I hope they understand they have drivers out there behaving like this.

For context the driver was in a blue pickup truck.

Modern Roofing is undoubtedly the best roofing company in the metro area. They provide exceptional customer service and communication. I was consistently updated about any changes and received honest answers to all my questions throughout the process. Matt and his team are truly outstanding!

Had a tree fall on our roof, they were very responsive, came an hour later and started cleaning up. However, in order to place a tarp on our roof, they wanted us to sign a contract that all future repair work was guaranteed to be with them, or else we would owe a $1,000 fee. We did not feel comfortable with this. We offered to pay them for the tarp placement and cleanup alone to start with, they quoted us $300. They then waited till the sun set, came back and said it would be $875 due to the darkness... we said goodbye.

I was very pleased the service that was provided for me. They did an awesome job with my roof. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Edit: Work was still great, only just took off a star because I requested for a quote or look into my gutters. Requested this for about a 1.5 months and never heard anything. Not really response when the initial work is done.

Worked with Matthew towards the end. My roof is AH-MAZING. My home ALMOST looks new instead of 30 years old lol The hurricane winds beat up my roof, they came by! Process was pretty easy and headache free, I had no issues, really, and communication was pretty great as well. Can't wait for them to heal my gutters like they did my roof.

OH clean up was top tier. I even ran a magnetic over the driveway and yard and only picked up 2 little sorry bent staples
