Super company. They did everything they told me they were going to do. Came out and started on a Friday afternoon and finished by mid Saturday. Cleaned up well after each day. Lots of rain this week and they squeezed us in . Couldn’t be happier with .results and highly recommend Modern Roofing

I was denied at first from my insurance company for damage to my roof. Tyler resubmitted the claim and made it point to be there when the adjuster showed up. I was approved for a new roof because of that. The roofers installed my new roof in one day. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. If you have been turned down from your insurance company give Modern Roofing a chance to get you approved.

Jeremy at Modern Roofing was great to deal with and helped us get a quick insurance claim processed and all the way through to a beautiful new roof.

It was fast and easy. Very professional, sit back relax and Modern roofing will handle the hard stuff. The clean up afterwards was done after the work. The warranty no questions ask done on the days after. I gave a 4 because my smoke stack was not put back evenly. But other than that great job on the roof.

The day of the job they showed up promptly at 7AM to start and got everything done in the same day. They came back the next day to verify that everything was complete and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. The estimate they gave me was consistent with my expectations. I highly recommend Modern Roofing. Luke and his whole team were fabulous - professional in every way. The process from start to finish was easy, convenient, and painless.

At every turn, they did exactly what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. They worked very closely with my insurance company, and got benefits that I was not aware I was entitled to. As they took off my old roof, they discovered more water damage than they anticipated, but that was not a problem for them. They simply fixed it at no extra charge.

I now have a brand new roof, with no more leaks, that looks great!

After meeting with Jonathan we were told that the total amount they were charging. After my insurance issues a check for both interior and exterior. Never did they say we were taking my interior funds for a deductible. Which was already subtracted from my total. When I asked about interior repairs Jonathan told me to just paint it myself and pocket the money and I refused that was his way of covering up them taking more than they should have. They are crooks and sneaky. My insurance and I have asked for an itemized break down bc what they charged me didn’t match the estimate we gave yet to receive it. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and talking to a lawyer. I never leave reviews but it’s been one thing after another from the start .

First appt: they no show no call
Second appt: cancelled on me
Third appt: cancelled again

I have to take off work to be available so I started looking for a new company. And they sent me a letter stating I would be charge 1000 if I didn’t use them.

Fourth appt: they sent a group of Hispanics that I couldn’t communicate with. They did a good job (I’m not trying to sound racist) but I expected the work to be completed by the license professional I signed for…I wasn’t able to ask them anything pertaining to what was going on while they were here bc of language barriers

They are absolutely scam artist that don’t explain what your signing never trust them

Fast forward to today Jonathan calling me stating they didn’t take our money that we couldn’t afford the deductible..which isn’t accurate when they came to do our roof we paid them 7k…and my insurance company asked for an itemized statement bc they charged us almost 3k higher than the quote and stated he’s the #1 sales person in this market…the energy was distasteful

Our roof had to be replace and Modern Roofing did a good job. Especially working with Jeremy, he was wonderful, walked me through everything and even worked with my insurance carrier.

Jeremy and the team at Modern Roofing were great. Jeremy handled the claim with the insurance company and took care of everything. The roofing contractors did an amazing job. They finished earlier than expected and the new roof looks great. After they cleaned up, you would have never known that they were even there. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs.

My ex-wife and I will be selling our house in Woodside Farm soon and she proactively made the move to have Modern Roofing inspect the house as she was referred by our neighbors.

I stopped by the house to meet this "Blake" and immediately felt bad vibes as he looked like he just graduated from high school and couldn't answer any legitimate questions I had for him. He supposedly threatened my wife that the check that was written from All-State all had to be used towards his company. I spoke extensively with All-State representatives and they immediately told me this was nonsense and Blake hadn't a clue what he was talking about which was anticipated based on my first impression.

It seems as though in the contract they have fine print that they get between 1.5-2.6K regardless of them not completing any work on our house. I highly recommend staying away from any company that stops by neghiborhoods with women mothering 3 adolescent/infant children and using this to their advantage, coercing them to sign contracts that obligate them to pay thousands of dollars for not performing any work or labor - very much like having a bad mechanic that knows you haven't background in their field. In my profession I've seen companies like this who put everything in fine print to screw over their clients. Modern Roofing is the same.

I'm hope they do right by their clients because charging 10% when you don't complete the proposed work when your clients don't trust you is crooked.

My experience with Modern Roofing was great. They were very helpful in assisting me with the claim with the insurance company. Mark met with the insurance adjuster when they came out to do the assessment. Ayana was also very helpful. The team who did the installation was very professional and courteous.

Amber Rosales was exceptional with service, she communicated thru the entire process and made me feel confortable about what was going on. I would refer this company to anyone needing a roofing service

Couldn’t believe how fast this team was able to install our new roof. They installed it in less than a day. That meant our lives (& more importantly, our dogs’ lives) weren’t disrupted too long. The roof looks great.

She was efficient and fast the day after a major storm she was on my roof getting pictures and sending them off to insurance the same day. she got me approved for my new roof thank you and the rest of the Modern Roofing Family.

The young lady Amber came to my home. Said when she was driving throw the neighborhood she noticed some damage on my roof and asked me if she could talk to me about it and show me the damage. I thought this young lady was trying to run a scam on me so I asked her how she was going to show me. She asked if she could get on my roof. This girl was serious she pulled a fold out ladder out her car climbed up got some pictures and came down and showed me. I was surprised I actually had some serious damage. And if I would’ve not done something soon it would’ve not taken much rain to ruin the wood under shingles. She was going to try to help me get it under insurance but me trying to save money I didn’t have any. But Amber and the crew did an awesome job she checked on me constantly to make sure everything was being done in a timely fashion. I just hope the company is looking out for her because this was the best experience I’ve ever had with anything being done to my home. And the biggest thing was they did an awesome roof and there was no mess when they left. If you call to get work done here see if they can send Amber and her crew you want regret it.
