We had a leak in our roof and didn’t know where it was coming from. Heath came out and did a free inspection. He was very thorough and even showed us a video of the roof. He explained exactly what was causing the leak and walked us through the solution. He answered all over questions and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Excellent work that you can trust!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Thompson Roofing. Last year they installed our roof on the house and detached garage in just one day. Jason was great walking us through the process and financing. Last week a huge wind storm blew a shingle off the ridge vent, and Jamie came out and replaced it that day.

Very happy with the customer service we had with Heath at Thompson Roofing. Heath inspected our roof for us and gave us a very thorough report with pictures detailing it. Heath will not try and sell you something you do not need, but will give you an in depth explanation of what you currently have and how long it should last you. We will definitely call Heath & Thompson Roofing when we do need roof repairs and replacement.

Roof replaced 4 years ago by Thompson. Installation went well. We were not fully informed of a potential issue with our roof that would cause deterioration and lead to leaks (one area of stucco/flashing issue). Thompson did not have the ability to fix it at the time so of course we were not told about it, because we probably would have gone with someone else who would have addressed it.

Leak #1 at the location of the unaddressed issue. Thompson says it was an ice dam due to rare/unusual conditions. Roof was fine, so nothing needed to be done about the roof itself (walls, floors ruined, big reconstruction internally). No mention of the still unaddressed issue.

Leak #2 during hail storm AGAIN at location of the unaddressed issue. This time we are told - you guys have this issue we knew about years ago, but at the time, we did not have an expert able to deal with it. Now we have someone, so we can take care of that for you. The roof itself was not damaged by the hail.

We signed up to finally fix the long lasting issue. However, this time there is poor communication, late arrivals, no shows.

We got 3 other opinions all who do note hail damage (Thompson had said there was none) and were surprised the stucco/flashing issue had been unaddressed for so long.

Not sure what is going on here, but we paid for what I thought was a quality roofing company and we did not get quality in return.

We have obviously moved on.

Hands-down the best roofing experience I could’ve asked for—especially thanks to Heath, who went way above and beyond.

After a monster thunderstorm, I noticed a leak in my ceiling. I called this roofing company, and Heath showed up early—coffee in hand, smile on his face, like a roofing superhero ready for battle.

He climbed up, poked around, and then yelled down, “Hey, did you know you’ve got squirrels up here?”

I did not.

Apparently, the storm didn’t cause the leak, it just revealed the full-blown squirrel frat house in my attic. Heath took pictures, showed me everything, and calmly explained the damage. No upsell, no scare tactics—just honesty and an incredible amount of patience.

Heath and his crew not only fixed the leak, he sealed the squirrel entry points and even cleaned up their mess.

Who does that? Heath does.

If you want a roofer who’s thorough, hilarious, and will treat your home like it’s sacred ground—even when it’s been invaded by fuzzy party animals—ask for Heath. I’m keeping his number forever.

Adam Green, Scott, and Nathan were so easy to work with. Scott worked with our insurance company and was able to get all cost except extras and deductible covered. Nathan kept us up to date as to when to expect workers. Adam as site manager kept the guys going. Wonderful job Thompson!! Easy company to work with and they do quality work!

Bryan G. & Thompson Roofing have customer service & communication down to science! We were referred to Thompson & reached out to Bryan to request a roof inspection based on our insurance company’s assessment of our roof and threat to cancel our coverage.
