Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely amazing customer service. We were up against a very tight deadline with our insurance claim closing. Called and spoke with the owner (not a call center!) and he was able to work with us. First call to new roof in 4 days! I was getting pics and video of the progress throughout, and out of 4 roofing companies who looked at our roof, this was the only one to identify our old roof needed a complete deck over. Very reasonable pricing, and had the job done in one day, with great cleanup after. Would 100% recommend!

I contacted Complete Roofing and Paul Spradlin responded almost immediately. The estimate I received for a new roof on our 2 story home and detached 24x24 workshop was very reasonable. The time line we received on completion of roofing was unbelievable! Both buildings were completed in a day and half. Mr Spradlin assured me that my entire yard would be cleaned of any old roofing debris and nails. He walked our property with the crew and you would never know we just had new roofing! We are extremely grateful and satisfied with the roofing and we highly recommend Complete Roofing.

I called complete roofing today about a leak around my fireplace. Paul Spradlin responded quickly, and was able to come by within a hour. He was very polite and professional. Mr. Spradlin and crew were working on a home In the subdivision I live in. I asked him if he could take a look at my roof. I had lose shingles over my flashing. As soon as he finished his current job, he came right over. Explained what needed to be done. In no time all my roof was repaired. I had the pleasure of meeting Paul today for a basic roof inspection.

Paul texted his intent, showed up on time, performed a speedy, yet thorough (he got up on the roof and crawled up in the attic) inspection to give me a verbal report. He was professional, pleasant, and frankly very fun to speak with. He gave me an honest report (that I don't need any additional work on this particular roof) so there wasn't much else for him to do.

That said - I have another structure I want a metal roof on and will be - without a doubt - calling Paul to execute on. I think Paul at "Complete Roofing" is absolutely a star in the industry.

I have used Complete Roofing for repairs and a roof for houses I have renovated. I just recently called them for a roof leak and repair that I needed at my house. Paul came out the next day for an estimate, was timely and was great at communicating exactly what I needed. His crew was out the next week to complete the repair. I’ve used Complete Roofing twice. The first time I asked Paul if I need a new roof and he said no, what I have is perfectly good. He could have easily sold me a new roof if he was dishonest. Today I called him about a roof leak. He came over, saw some bad sealant around a pipe, fixed it in five minutes and said no charge. I will never go to anyone else for my roofing needs!!!

Paul was very responsive! There was a hole in the roof from hail damage. He immediately came out and accessed the damage. Unfortunately the whole roof needed replacing. We had a second estimate, but Paul was very competitive and much more helpful. He was VERY helpful in dealing with our insurance. We were able to get our insurance agent out and have Paul replace our roof all within a relatively short period of time. He also suggested a color change which looks so much nicer. Can’t recommend Paul and this company enough! 5 stars!

Complete Roofing completed a new roof for me a couple of years ago and recently I contacted them to look at roof damage from a storm. They came out and fixed the issue - great customer service and would recommend them for anyone needing a new roof.

We had our gutters renewed with some eve work.
We received the estimate the next day.
The following day our new gutters were already installed.
Paul was very helpful in choosing the right gutter for the house.
And it looks beautiful.
The people that work for Paul were very courteous and friendly.

I honestly believe insurance approved our claim only because Paul made it happen. It took several long months, but all along the way Paul was right on it. He responded in a very timely manner to the many questions and requirements from my insurance company.
When we were finally approved he scheduled our roof replacement right away. His team was thorough and detailed. In addition Paul treats his team like people not just workers or numbers. An important quality in my book.

Spradlin roofing just completed a roof replacement for our house using Owens Corning Duration shingles. Paul Spradlin and his crew exceeded my expectations. The crew was extremely efficient and completed the job in a day and a half. Paul was here checking everything during the installation. You don't get the owner checking everything with some of the big name companies. Once the roof replacement was completed, everything was cleaned up thoughly. We had roof/ chimney damage from a storm recently and Paul took good care of us. We called in the morning and he came out in the same afternoon to look at the damage for repair. He repaired what he could until all the parts came in for the chimney repair. When the parts came in, he came out right away to complete the job! Thank you!

I had extensive wind and hail damage from a storm and insurance said the roof needed to be replaced. I called YellowHammer and someone came out and said it needed to be replaced, but they wouldn't give me am estimate. The YellowHammer rep eventually stopped responding to my texts after I agreed to get the work done, so I started looking for a new contractor. I called Spradlin and Paul came out the same evening and did an inspection. He confirmed what the others saw and also emailed me an itemized estimate the next day. Once I accepted the estimate, Paul messaged me the same day and told me the plan as far as getting materials ordered and shipped to my house and then getting me on the schedule after that. He originally planned for about a week out, but ended up being able fit me in a few days early. The work was done in a day and everything looked great. I genuinely appreciated Paul's constant communication throughout the process and I'm happy we ended up choosing Spradlin.

I contacted Spradlin Construction on a Monday morning after noticing a rood leak over the weekend. We were expecting more rain Wednesday of that week. David came out same day and got up on the roof and found the issue. He had to run and get some materials to do the repair but came back that afternoon and had us ready for the rain. Not only was he professional and honest but he was friendly and showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend!

Sent a message on their website requesting assistance with roof repair. Had a response within an hour. They were able to check the damage within 3 days and repaired it at that time. I’ve worked with Paul Spradlin’s roofing company for years on various projects. He’s always quick and responsive every time I call him. He’s helped countless customers of mine either make necessary repairs to sell their home or just replace the roof in a timely manner.

I had a leaking chimney and called Paul who came and gave an estimate and made repairs on the water damage. He was initially very responsive and did a great job and cleaned up well. He was however not able to stop the chimney from leaking even after coming back. He then left me hanging and stopped responding to me after he had accepted payment from me and the problem I wanted fixed is still there. The water damage wasn’t even visible and wasn’t as much of a problem as the active leak. I didn’t want to leave a bad review bcz he was initially very nice and helpful but I couldn’t get him to schedule anything to comeback even after agreeing to replace the chimney cap and pay more. It’s been more than 3 months since he accepted payment and has not fixed my issue.

I am very behind on posting this review but they did a great job. I purchased a home with a newer roof but was a formal rental and hadn’t been properly maintained and worried if there was as rot around the gutters. They came out and checked everything out and informed me there was no rot but recommended I add another downspout at some point in the future. He also noticed a weird wave in the roof, which was concerning because it was a new roof but explained it’s bc the wood underneath is old and not to worry but told me what to keep an eye on since the wood under was old. I appreciate this company because as a young woman who owns a home many contractors come in thinking they can just sell me stuff as if I do not know any better. I was treated as an equal and given just some good general maintenance and advice and extremely appreciative of this. I ended up not needing and services from them on the date they came, but I will 100% recommend them for their services based off their professionalism and knowledge. I hope to not need a new roof for another 10 years, but if any of Alabama’s weather causes any damage before then, I will contact them immediately to make any repairs.

After noticing some of the aluminum siding had come loose from the side of my house, I called the Spradlin Construction Co.
The Siding was quickly and efficiently repaired the next day. The job was done in a friendly, expert and timely manner. I would recommend this company for its reliability and dependable service.

Paul was very attentive from the first contact for wind damage (ended up replacing). He was out there quickly, tarped the roof even though I made no commitment at that point, came back when asked by insurance, provided everything they asked for and I was approved for a new roof within a week. Insurance even told me how thorough he was and that he knew what he was doing. His quote also came in under insurance’s appraisal.
Roof was installed shortly after, they finished in one day. It has been a great experience start to finish. From the damage to the roof from a storm, to the roof being finished and done with was only a couple short weeks!

My chimney was leaking with recent rains and I called to have it inspected. David said he would come out next day and true to his word he . called and said he would be here in 30 mins. He inspected chimney and found a couple of areas that needed to be resealed and he was finished in just a few minutes. He was very friendly, honest and professional. Paul Spradlin and his crew were fantastic! Our home is all brick except for the chimney which was covered in a material that deteriorates over time. We didn't know who in construction handled this type of issue. The only estimate that we got was a few years ago, told us they would have to tear it down and see what was there before they could give an estimate. I was so happy to get a recommendation for Spradlin Construction. Paul came and within 5 minutes knew what had to be done, how long it took and the pricing (which was very reasonable). I had a beautiful new chimney in one day covered in vinyl siding that will not need to be replaced again for a very long time, if ever.
