Middlekauff Honda

I called and got a price for a civic. Next day went to get check and drive 2 hrs to twin to get the car but numbers weren't adding up from quoted price. Got cost break down and they had added $800 for lost key and theft insurance. We told them we did not want those items. Sales manager told us we were getting a great deal (which it was) and his finance guys need to make some money and he would not take off the $800. We said no thanks. I'm glad we did not drive the 2 hrs to deal with dishonest people who can't stand by what they say. A month later the car we were going to buy from MiddleKauff is still not sold and we are driving our new civic we got from a Utah dealershipthat stoodby their quoted price. I would not recommend or trust this dealership.

We stopped by looking for a new car. An hour later we had one. Emmitt did not tackle us when we stopped, but with manners answered our questions. This young man was gentle, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. If he didn't know, he offered to find the answer. Any employer would want 10 like this young man.

3 cars and almost 20 years later the Middlekauff Honda service department has always treated me well. I can get an appointment quickly, and they take care of my car in a timely fashion as well.

The service for my Honda was taken care of quickly. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and everyone I met was very friendly.

Well this is the 2nd Honda crv we have purchased from Middlekauff a 2020 and a 2026 both from Eduardo Marin . Eduardo is great to deal with and really knowledgeable answered all of our questions and showed us all the features of the car. the finance lady sorry don’t remember her name was is nice and polite good to work with anyway great experience told Eduardo will see him again in a few years also the crv is a great dependable car ! Eduardo Marin is a great salesman, funny, respectful and does everything he can to get you into what you want. If you go to Middlekauff ask for him. He was a big help and it only took an hour to get into something I’ve always wanted!

Service representative was very friendly. However, I made an appointment lasr week fir servce a recall fuel pump replacement. When I drive almost 2 hours to the dealership the part was not ordered. A looong drive for no replacement !!!! Additionally, the prices s are quite high. I won’t be back, ever

Tabby, in Service is always a joy to work with. She tells me what needs done without any pressure. Just lets me know what I should do.

What can I say the Honda Service team is awesome and one of the best I’ve been too in a long time. Abby and Dave made things so easy. They got my Prologue antannea done in a flash.

Was traveling through the area and had a maintenance light come on and they were quick to be able to get us in and do the necessary maintenance!

Jordyn Houser kept in contact with my wife and helped her find a used jeep that meet all her requirements at a price that worked.

The service here has been fantastic lately. They get me in quick, even same day if there’s something that needs checked. I like that they text me and communicate the whole time, and are so easy to work with. I wish my other vehicles could have the same dealer service.

We travelled from the coast of Oregon, about a 10.5hr drive, to buy a car here. Super friendly people-Devin, Jessica and Rick were awesome- and service was quick and honest. We’d drive these roads again to come here.

Service Dept: not sure if we will be back. It took 3 visits to finally get the customer service we deserve. The service “guy“ in there is not focused on the customers personal situations. I had to end up calling another Honda dealership to find out what I was entitled to. Thank goodness for Hillary in there or we would never consider going back. She does the simple research for you & takes care of things as you would expect.
Ultimately, the car ended up being professionally taken care of & all work was done properly. The car seems to be running great, thank~you.

The service department of this establishment is going to cost them so much money with their lack of professionalism and integrity. They care only about making money and being right and will go to any length to avoid admitting their faults. If you aren’t buying a vehicle from them, don’t waste your time. Go out of town.

Extremely pleased. Car had to be brought in from another state for what I wanted. Only downfall was the interest rate!

The service staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and got my car in for servicing in a timely manner. Service was performed in a timely manner also. The only problem I had was after rotating my tires there was a problem with the calibration and I had to turn around and go back. But it was quickly fixed.

I really like the service team you have. They are all very friendly and customer service oriented. I can tell they enjoy their jobs.

A very professional and very kind bunch of people everybody we ran into while buying our new 2024 Honda CRV EX-L all-wheel drive. We're awesome our salesman Jason Butler was phenomenal in every way from the moment I spoke to him till the moment I hugged him goodbye he knew everything I wanted he was not pushy he helped me succeed in everything I asked for he was what every car salesman should be. By the time we were done even my husband said that's what they should be like work with you and for you and listen to you and we all left happy thank you again Jason Butler a big shout out to you you were great PS a shout out to the guy filling in for doing the paperwork and doing a great job while his co-worker was on a vacation it was a overall great experience and we will be back to find something for my husband thank you
