Overall experience was okay. I just wish they would have taken down the old oil sticker so I guess I will do it myself. They were able to get me in right away. They didn't answer my question about the trim that was peeling off other than waiting on corporate. I am concerned about the safety of the car.

Very professional, I was flip flopping between 2 rigs and the salesman Jordyn was pretty understanding. Good rebates on my new purchase as far as the price goes.

Service team was great! The driver that took me home after I dropped my car off was very unfriendly and made it vocal that she was not happy about having to take me to my destination. I tried to engage her in friendly conversation, but she wanted no part of it. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she still needs to represent Ford in a positive light.

they were very open and honest about my truck and what they did and what might still need to be fixed if the problem persists. they were very friendly. We Will definitely be coming back to this dealership

I had such a great experience at Middlekauf Ford! Eric Rodriguez was extremely helpful and got my wife and I into our dream truck. He was honest and professional especially in valuing our trade-in and making sure we could get to a deal that made sense for us. I couldn’t not recommend Eric in particular or our experience with Middlekauf Ford.

I was having issues with my F350’s check engine light coming on/off at random times.
Making my appointment was quick and easy and they listened to my issues to make sure they we’re addressed. Within 2 hrs they had my problem solved and it was way better than I was anticipating. I hope I don’t have any more issues while Im in town but if I do I wont hesitate to call again.

I had an amazing experience with this auto repair shop! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. They clearly explained what needed to be fixed, gave me a fair and honest estimate, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

What really stood out to me was the extra care they provided — they gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car and even picked me up when it was ready. That level of service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it.

Great service! I was on a roadtrip from out of the area when my engine blew. They accommodated me quickly ordering a new engine and replaced it while I continued my trip. They were complete lifesavers! Travis and his crew offered exemplary service with a tech even coming in on his day off to complete the repairs so I could get back on my way home. Jordyn was great to work with, I told him what I was looking for and he picked us out the perfect truck within 10-15 minutes. Very happy with the speed and efficiency of getting the truck loan paperwork filled out as well.

We had the best experience with Siyo and Ricky! Siyo was upfront, communicative, and informative. I went to the dealership with a car in mind but a different car caught my eye. Siyo was very patient and not pushy when we were looking. Both Siyo in the sales department and Ricky in the finance department made the whole process as smooth as it can possibly be! Had the best experience with Mark! He was transparent, clear, and communicative. I felt like he was on my side the entire time. We drove 10 hours from Washington to get the truck and I would do it all over again. After over a year of research and test drives this was hands down the best experience I could have asked for. We figured being from out of state we would be given keys and sent on our way. But Mark reminded us multiple times we could call/FaceTime him with any questions or issues. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate!

Sales representing was not pushy which I appreciate. We just couldn't come up with a agreeable price for the vehicle and my trade and all that but I want to commend him for his professionalism and the way he handled the matter

Worked with Kris in the body shop on some minor damage to front bumper on newly delivered vehicle. The process was smooth along with great communication from Kris.

Would not submit a form to ford asking for assistance on a common issue on ford expeditions. Charged a $300 restocking fee for parts. I picked up my vehicle and will have Goode motor do my work from now on. They submitted to Ford and the same job will cost half the price with Ford picking up the difference.

I traveled in from Nevada to take care of a recall issue. The day before I was made aware that my scheduled appointment would be delayed a couple of hours. Great to know ahead of time so I could adjust my plans.

Joe Madsen knew his vehicles, listened to me and took me to the truck I wanted. He explained the features of the truck and showed me how to use it. He was very personable and professional. He didn’t pressure me into more of a truck than I needed or less than a truck than I wanted. I felt confident that he knew his product and he could explain it to me completely so no surprises.

I talked to the service department before I purchased, so I knew what my future costs in maintaining the truck we’re going to be.

Everyone at Middlecoff was helpful. The parts department got a hitch part for me quickly. The finance department checked out some options for me and worked to provide me with the coverage I wanted. My monthly payment was larger than I wanted it to be, but I got everything I wanted in it.

I’ve only had my truck a week, but love it! It pulled my trailer like there was nothing attached.

Joe is a fantastic salesman. Super knowledgeable and made the buying experience fun. He helped me figure out what my needs were in finding the perfect truck.

Never a problem coming here, got my oil changed, brake job, had a issue that couldn't be found and Travis was up front and very honest about everything! No complaints, the people at Middlekauff always get a thumbs up from me!

The employees are very friendly. The problem I have is that we’ve taken our new f150 back for the same problem 4 times now and today they had it for 3 hours and I went and picked it up and then the mirrors won’t fold in. The drivers window has never been right. I looked at a different truck today while waiting for them to fix my F-150 and thought about trading it in for a different truck and the offer they made to me was a _____\\\ insult. I’ll not be buying from Middlekauff agent. It’s sort of sad because we’ve bought the last four vehicles from them. I’m really tired of them trying to upsell thing that I don’t need. They do this more when my wife brings the truck in.
