I have intentionally avoided Rob Green as a whole because of really bad past experiences years back and just experiencing shady sales tactics. Everything feeling transactional and exploitative….
I can’t say enough about the squad that helped me through my trade-in and car buying experience this time around. I came in to trade my Subaru and purchase a 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x.
I initially had the opportunity to deal
Payton Colter on the sales floor. He was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. It didn’t feel like he was hovering waiting to get his hooks in, just a friendly guy that wanted me to learn everything about the vehicle I was interested in and no pressure.
I also dealt with Anthony Novis in the sales portion, and he also took me through the some key features of the truck after the purchase, also very friendly relaxed and knowledgeable. It was nice being able to sit through the car buying process which typically takes some time, while being able to have professional and genuine conversation to fill the time between paperwork.
Any questions I had where I needed further explanation; the sales manager Dylan Dawson made everything feel very transparent and put a lot of that lingering tension one feels ( or atleast I do) in any dealership at ease.
Finally I got to wrap up the whole thing with Marcos Monje. He took me through the final package deals, explained what they did, their benefits and how it would effect my final monthly payment. Another chill dude.
I have purchased my last 3 cars at Subaru and it is usually a pretty decent experience, Rob Green wasn’t even on my radar. NOW and in the future Rob Green Nissan will be number 1 for me and I hope these guys will still be around.

Dropped my car off at 8:30 am to be detailed then went to pick it up at the end of the day and they weren't done with it. I didn't get any notification that it would take longer than a day and got stranded. They said I couldn't get a rental to be able to drive home due to it being closed and had to figure out how to get myself home. When I went to pick it up the next day I immediately noticed my aux and USB port had been taken out and there is now just a hole. They told me they had no idea what happend to it and claim it was never there but I have video proof that it was there before it got detailed. They told me they couldn't do nothing about it so I will not be returning here and advise not to if you dont want parts of your car missing.

My warranty on my tires was not honored because I did not receive tire rotations that were included in my oil chance. I took my car to Nissan for oil change which included tire rotation but the tire rotations were not done so I now have to purchase new tires which had a 60,000 miles warranty and wore out at 30,000 miles. I have contacted the service department and they have done nothing.

I've been to this dealership a couple of times now and this is the first time I've bought something. They've always been super chill and helpful, letting me test drive the cars I was interested in and not acting upset when it didn't work out. Our sales rep was Jonathan, and he did a great job.

The only critical thing I can say is that buying a car here was a multi-hour process even after we decided on the one we wanted. They were super busy on Saturday apparently though, so it's kind of understandable. It's not like any of the loan and paperwork stuff is ever actually quick anyway, but it was especially slow that day. Their finance guy, Noah, said that they were going to be upgrading their printers and other systems soon so things should run faster some time soon.

Had a great experience buying a 2024 Nissan Kicks today (3/5/2025) at Rob Green Nissan. Our salesman Marcos Monje was very knowledgeable about the car we ended up purchasing and didn't try to pressure us into something different/more expensive. He was friendly and down to earth. Their finance manager Noah found us a good rate and was very helpful. There was also one more gentleman (sadly, I can't remember his name) that ran out credit report that was very out going and friendly. All in all a great experience, and my wife and I are thankful for all the help!

I recently bought a New Frontier from Marcos. He was super patient and answered alllllll my questions He brought the truck to my work on my break so I could take it for a test drive and then proceeded to text back and forth with me for a couple of weeks before I finally committed to purchasing the truck. We bought a new Pathfinder from Rob Green Nissan back in October. The experience was not a good one to say the least. We told them a couple of times from the start that we were registering the vehicle in another state, but somewhere along the line that was not communicated to the finance people. We had been there a very long time already, so this miscommunication cost more time waiting for them to fix their mistake. The next problem was that the staff did not send the correct paperwork (which could of been printed off the internet) and the correct amount of money to the new state in order to register the car, which caused quite a delay. The staff charged us $550.00, but only sent $515.00 to the state where we were registering the vehicle. We ended up having to provide the state the extra money. Next issue....When you spend that amount of money on a new vehicle and you get into it to go home, you expect it to be clean. It should look like a new car. The Rob Green dealership's customer service was awful. They did not detail and clean the car before sending us on our way. We have bought other new cars from other dealerships and their customer service was awesome. The vehicles were detailed and cleaned. When we drove away from the other dealerships, we felt like we were driving off in a new vehicle. Due to their unprofessionalism and poor customer service, I am giving them one star and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone else.

I went into get a vin inspection on vehicle I recently purchased out of state. I have went there before to get this done. However, the sales folks were smug towards me. They informed me they can do a vin inspection, I needed the form from the DMV first.
I called another local dealership, they said yeah we can do that just need to print one off. They were very professional and pleasant towards me.

Not sure why Rob Green Nissan sales people were rude and smug towards me. I have done business there before usually pleasant to work with.

I called and made an appointment because my airbag light was on and I had a recall for my airbags I called made an appointment to get it fixed went and picked up my truck it was not fixed I was told that they were short-handed so they didn't do the service light I would have to make another appointment and take my truck up there in order to get it fixed

Absolutely outstanding experience with Michael Fehrlen (aka Red) at the dealership! I originally met Red when I first started looking to trade in my lease, and from day one, he was incredibly helpful and thorough. We explored a few options, but nothing quite fit my needs initially, so I ended up extending my lease. When it was about to expire, I returned and specifically asked for Red—and he came in on his day off to assist me!

I had been shopping around for a 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum for about 6 weeks now, working with Dealerships from all around Utah and almost closed the deal with Ken Garff Riverdale in Ogden but they ended up removing discounts that were initially promised once we got there in person. At this point I decided to expand my search radius because of the lack of transparency and bs games that most dealerships play.

Luckily I came across Rob Green about two weeks ago and was shocked at the prices they had on display online but I figured it was too good to be true, so I sent out a request on their website via email for an out-the-door price on the Rogue we were interested and was expecting a scripted response that said we needed to come into the dealership to get pricing but nope, I was wrong! 1st email I got back was directly from their Sales manager with an out-the-door price of the vehicle. Again I was shocked! If you’ve shopped around for cars they you know how much BS you have to go through to get any pricing information from a dealership over the phone better yet over an email. I did some quick math and was in disbelief at what the out the door price ended up at. If he wasn’t lying that would mean there were little to no add ons, just doc, tax, and tags.

At this point I began working with Marcos Monje, one of the guys in Sales and he immediately sent me over a full breakdown on pricing which confirmed why I had initially thought there were NO Add-ons! I was like “no f-ing way”, at this point I asked Marcos every question in the book and if he didn’t have the answer Marcos would let me know he would find out from his Sales manager, didn’t try and lie or come up with some scripted line. At no point was he trying to pressure me into a sale, just providing me with the information and allowed me to make the decision to buy if I wanted too. If you want a Sales person that is transparent and honest Marcos is your guy! Once we knew which car we wanted to move forward with Marcos helped us reserve the car and took all the information they needed over the phone so that once we stopped by to pickup the car it was a smooth and fast process which it indeed was!

We made the almost 3 hour drive up to Twin falls, once we arrived Marcos immediately started the process with us of signing paperwork and getting us setup with the Nissan app which gives you the option to control the vehicle from your phone, then we got to work with Noah Madsen the Finance manager who was awesome to work with. He had everything que’d up on his computer, went over the option extended warranty’s, gap,etc but didn’t push any of them on us, just gave us the information and allowed us to decide. I definitely regret not taking advantage of a couple of those optional offerings but it is what it is! After about 15-20 minutes in the finance office we were new Rogue owners!

Only thing that I wish could've been different was that the car had a fresh wash/clean on the exterior. Interior was spotless, but to be fair I had changed our arrival time with Marcos a couple times and ended up arriving early. No biggie.

With that said Everyone that we worked with at Rob Green was tremendous! Would highly recommend buying from them, pricing is unmatched , and their transparency was refreshing. The 3 hour drive was 100% worth it and I’ll probably do it again! These guys were honest, transparent and to the point. All around quality people to work with. Best of luck to all those out there on their car search!

Update:
After I posted my original review the manager called me to give me back the $500 credit. At least after making us replace the axel for no reason, the tow cost, missing work to deal with the towing. Giving them two more stars and hope they improve their overall service quality.

A nightmare dealing with this Nissan dealer. Terrible experience. They screwed us over and over. I explicitly ask Nissan Service department to check the differential (driver rear side on my Nissan vehicle), my local shop recommended replacing it but suggested we get a second opinion from a Nissan dealer. Nissan said the differential did not need replacing that the axel needed to be replaced so we did that and paid $829. The following week as I tried to leave my house the differential split in half. The differential obviously needed to be replaced as our local shop had originally recommended. I live 64 miles away from this dealer location. Nissan didn’t even want to take care of the towing for a mistake they made. This would not have happened if they would have replaced the differential in the first place!
Then they quoted us $3,100 to replace the differential. When we got there to pick up our car they told us the total came to $3,066, and they were going to apply a $500 credit to that amount, only to get a call the next day that they made a mistake and we needed to pay the additional $500. They supposedly applied a “$500 credit” to the $3,066 total to replace the differential.
We still paid $329 for an axel that didn’t need to be replaced. We had to figure out the towing, miss work, scramble to get our daughter to her summer camps. $329 may not be much to them but it’s for us.
At this point all I want is to get ride of the Nissan vehicle I own and never have to deal with this Nissan dear ever again.
