Did NOT communicate with me about the repairs as they repeatedly promised.
Charged the insurance company twice as much as the original bid.

The Middlekauff Body Shop was an astonishingly poor experience!!!
They took twice as long as promised to complete the repairs (with no concern or apology for the impact on me and the insurance company that was renting a vehicle for me), did NOT communicate with me about the repairs as they repeatedly promised (I had to call them for updates that they had promised to call me about), took shortcuts on the repairs (heat applied a decal that their own employee said could have been done in a better way), and charged the insurance company twice as much as the original bid. Throughout this process it was clear over and over that my truck was NOT a priority to them, even though I needed it very much for my work. These people are a nightmare!!!

Went in for an oil change. In and out in 30 minutes. Great job as the oil change specialty stores won't change the oil in my Explorer because of the factory skid plate.

These people are amazing. Very reasonable prices. The service department is top notch. David who is service advisor is a pleasure to work with. Get your car serviced here. How well the car runs after they take care of it will put a smile on ur face. They have been taking care of my 13 years old lincoln with 190000 miles on it now and it still runs as good of not better than the brand new Lincoln I test drove. Amazing!!!!!
