This dealership is awful. Very hard to deal with. We have taken a couple of cars there and when we call to check on our vehicle, they are always very rude and most times don’t even call back. We have a vehicle that was towed in there because it has a bad battery and it’s been there for 2 weeks, so of course we call to check on OUR vehicle and they just kind of laugh and say oh we haven’t even looked at it yet. I would NEVER buy a Jeep or dodge in twin falls just because of this service department. Like sorry if you hate your job and people calling about their own car to get it back, then maybe find a new job.

This place was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they were booked out for appointments for 3 weeks out , they offered me the flexibility of dropping off the car the very next day and leaving there all day and they would squeeze it in. It worked awesome for me since I was only in town for those two days and I got exactly what I needed.

I originally had Kelly Blue Booked my car and Reanna at Lithia was one of the dealerships that reached out to me and who I ended up going through with for them to buy my car from me. Reanna and the team made the whole thing such a breeze. I came in with my toddler and they were all too kind and accommodating when he had to get some wiggles out. They were very genuine and a pleasure to do business with. I worked with a couple other dealerships so yes, I do mean they were truly genuine. I feel like they gave me a very fair price (dealership price) for my car and I was very content with it and the process!

Car salesman Juan was great it wasn’t until we got to the financial department to sign paperwork !! The Financial guy Jorge was completely dishonest!!! He was like here at lithia we do free oil changes for life !! Ha ha ha never said anything about it costing $999!! That’s not even the best part ! He says things like this paper is just saying about our service contract we say NO! Okay sign here & it’s added on $3200 service contract & Gap insurance! Same deal he says this is just talking about gap insurance we say no okay sign here adds on $900 ! I’ve bought plenty of cars I know all about dealers saying for this price you can get this and this blah blah blah ! I’ve always said no ! I called the next day and explained this to the sales guy he said we can cancel them I called yesterday they said they could email them for me to sign I didn’t get nothing I drove up to twin today and said I’ll be in sales guy said it would be 1.5-2 hour wait lol I go in Juan say I’ll make sure he emails you them today ! & it takes 10-12 weeks for you to see that check ! Not good news but I left happy ! 7:00 comes by I still have not received the email to cancel they say in the morning he will send it ! Paperwork says 30days tomorrow I’ll have 2 more days till 30days is up !!! Do not waste your time with this nonsense they are not professional!!!

The service department I feel like tried to scam me for a part that I did not need. They also I believe was going to charge me for a used part. They told me the price of what it was going to be for the repair that they've done, but when I told them or reminding them that I have a warranty suddenly one of the parts was not necessary. Which is really odd because my warranty would have covered that part . I would never take my vehicle there again. The service writer was super sketchy.

My truck was disabled and towed to Lithia for troubleshooting/service. The service team started troubleshooting the next day and opened a case with RAM customer service. They spent several days running tests to identify and correct the issue, keeping me regularly updated. Their process was exhaustive, taking all of the steps I could reasonably expect, and doing it in a timely manner.

Horrible experience. Paid five hundred dollars for diagnostic and battery just for them to ignore us for 7 weeks and claimed parts were on back order and would take until July for part to arrive. (They didn’t order it and made excuses). Took it to young in burley and they had it ordered and installed in one week. Don’t waste your money or time. Horrible customer service and no help to fix the problem just excuses.

I just want to give a shout out to Reana, the wonderful sales lady who helped me purchase my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. She was kind, patient and made the whole process very enjoyable. She handled my concerns and questions very well.

I was completely surprised with the process of buying a vehicle through Litha. Juan Castro Romero made the process of buying and finding me the best finance option that he could possibly find me. Absolutely the worst car dealership ever been to salesman DOUG does not know how to keep his word or the words that come out of his mouth. prices are over than what normal pricing would be Shop around and you’ll see the difference. They just wanna rob you and lie to the financing company and make sure you look at your vehicles for any damage Along with the financing switching numbers at last minute without letting me know was not OK but I let the financing company know

Great customer experience! We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia Jeep in Twin Falls because they had something very close to what we were looking for just coming off the delivery truck. Our sales person, Rhianna, kept us informed of its status and we were able to make a deal along with valuing our trade prior to even stepping foot on their lot (we were about 2 hours away). Once we inspected the Jeep and they inspected our trade, we consumated the deal and we were out of there within about 90 minutes and drove back home. Really efficient way of doing deals especially when you know what you want. Rhianna was a pleasure to work with as well as Jorge in the finance dept. I would definitely buy from Lithia again. Thank You!

I will not be doing business here again. They got me to buy the car, but after that, it has been a nightmare! Spent two months, trying to get a simple fix done on my car for an issue that it was delivered with that was supposed to be covered under warranty. I eventually just had to pay out of pocket. I just kept getting the runaround about it not being in the system correctly, and I even spoke to their “general manager” George if that’s really what he is and he did not take it seriously and just gave me fake names probably trying to make a joke.

I recently had the absolute worst experience at Lithia Jeep in Twin Falls, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The first thing I was told was that they were "over a week out" and that I could just drop my car off. No empathy, no explanation, just a dismissive attitude.

But it got worse. When I tried to speak to a manager about the situation, the same employee who had initially brushed me off decided to take my car without my permission. I was completely caught off guard and asked what was going on. His response? "You're blocking my shop." Seriously? That’s how you treat a customer?

Not only was this incredibly unprofessional, but it also felt like a complete violation of trust. I never agreed to leave my car there, and yet they took it upon themselves to move it without even consulting me. When I was about 6ft from him . The lack of communication and respect for my time and property was appalling.

To make matters worse, the manager I spoke to did nothing to rectify the situation. No apology, no effort to make things right—just more of the same dismissive attitude. It’s clear that Lithia Jeep in Twin Falls doesn’t value their customers or care about providing a positive experience.

Sadly I really liked Jeep brand and got 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and 2019 Ram 2500

I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with respect and actually care about your business. Lithia Jeep is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Took my Jeep in last week to get serviced. The process was smooth and staff was friendly. I thought the service would take about 2 hours, but my Jeep was ready in about 45 minutes. Overall, very satisfied. The only reason I did not give five stars is that contacting the service department has been difficult for me. In order to make the appointment I had to call three times. The first two times I called, I left a voicemail message and my call was never returned. Lithia also sent me a text to communicate me needs. I sent two text messages as well, which were never responded to.

I had a wonderful experience with the Service Department recently. I was traveling through Twin Falls when I broke down, and was towed to the shop. Pete, the Service Manager, and techs worked to get me back on the road, which they did by 4 in the afternoon. I am not even a regular customer. They were a true blessing to my trip!

Took my jeep in for a mechanical issue. Tucker was extremely good about calling and keeping me aware of the progress. Greatly appreciated and it sure made the process good. Service department did great, problem solved, I’ll keep going there. Good customer service!

Service dept. was wonderful. I called for an appointment. I planned on being a week or so out. Very exceptable, the gentleman I was talking too said he had a couple cancellations if I wanted to come in now! I went in and he took my Jeep in immediately. The service gentleman was Pete. He was so nice, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Not only was my vehicle done in record time I also enjoyed his friendly conversation. He has wonderful customer service.

They aren’t straight forward especially when it comes to negative equity or your interest rate. They had me thinking my trade was worth what they were giving me and in reality it was not. They added a few grand onto the sticker price of the next car I was getting and didn’t say anything. Reguardless if I paid the negative equity then or later they should have told me. I just feel taken advantage of. Be careful

Great experience shopping for vehicles! Very bad, was an airbag recall, the first appointment, when came in had no parts. The second time made appointment 3 weeks in advance. Said they would air freight the parts in the day that called. Well three weeks later took my car in and they only had parts for the passenger side. So the driver's side is still not repaired. The service manager offered nothing to make it right. I told him he should furnish me with a car to drive. When I come in the next time to have the driver's side done, and he denied that request. I will never go to this dealer ship again. When next time I go to Boise will make an appointment either in mountain home or Boise. I would not trust the shop at lithia to even repair a flat tire.
