Brian “Scott” Turner from Michael & Son did an excellent job diagnosing and going above and beyond to fix plumbing issues we had with condensation at our home. I highly recommend him!

I did not have a good experience with this company. The lack of communication is ridiculous. My hvac system required a part for the motor, understandable, they ordered the part and I received a notification 2 days saying the part came in and they could schedule me for Thursday at 8am, awesome!! Thursday arrives and nobody shows up. I call them to see what’s going on. Turns out the Tech never picked up the part for the motor AND they rescheduled my appointment without notifying me.

Troy did the troubleshooting quickly and efficiently. Problem diagnosis and repaired within an hour. Thank you for your timely repair!

Bryce did a great job today repairing a leak from our toilet. Punctual, clean, and courteous. We have used Michael & Son Services in the past and will continue to do so.

Fantastic customer service and fast, efficient appointment! Jahsiah arrived early with great communication prior to the appointment to let me know his ETA, and he provided friendly, effective service. Would recommend him and Michael & Sons to anyone in the Norfolk area!

Armando was great! Fixed my commercial hot water heater that was placed by Michael & Sons in 2020. Have had issues w/elements going bad. He taught me about flushing the tank and found the temp. was turned too high. I lost my husband in 2023 and he did everything. Armando patiently explained the problem and how I could extend the tanks life expectancy. Highly recommend Armando!

Troy was great!!!!!!! everything he did he EXPLAIN ,also it was according to code.He was Great..glad he is my electrician.

Dave was great he was professional, but very friendly and he let me know my options before doing the work. Because of Dave we have hot water again and a garbage disposal that’s know longer leaking, thank you Dave.

My husband felt like Scott really listened to him and raved about how he left everything really clean when he was done. Will definitely use him for all our future projects.

We had Justin Kein come out for our HVAC Maintenance.....he is knowledgeable, informative and polite. We will ask for him next time we need service.

Armando Cabrera was very professional, he explained what he was going to do and although the instructions were missing with the new product; he was able to install and ensured everything was working properly before he left. His kind and reassuring demeanor was very pleasant.

Troy was very professional, polite, and helpful. Was very attentive when I was explaining circumstances and asking questions. I was worried he was not going to be able to perform the outdoor task because it was drizzling, but it didn’t seem to bother him at all. Presented three options for quote but was not pushy when I selected the lowest price. That would have turned me off big time! Highly recommend their services.

Michael and Sons quote was very competitively priced. Arrival time was on time and work performed was done in a timely manner using materials specified in the quote. Work area was cleaned up prior to departure time Troy, the electrician who performed the work, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I would highly recommend both Michael and Sons and Troy to anyone needing electrical work done

Very knowledgeable and very fair. He wanted to set up a strategy that would be both financially feasible, and not more than is needed. So, we have an immediate plan and a strategy to take a look at other things that may be needed in the future.

He seems extremely competent and thoughtful. He seems like a good guy to work with.

I use Michael & Son for work at both of my houses. They do exceptional work. They’re extraordinarily reliable and caring. They know my house and the systems and they anticipate what the problems are and respond to them. They’re extremely accessible. They are the best.

Jacksson is very consistent. Again he’s done a wonderful job. Totally reliable and very knowledgeable. And he’s just a really nice guy. He’s a great electrician.

Jacksson came by to explain and sell me an HVAC service contract on two systems in my home. He was clear, listen to my needs very well and was not pushy. Again, he did an outstanding job! He is my go to person for my mechanical and electrical service needs at my home.

He is extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy.

Justin showed up on time was very courteous and professional. Appearance was professional and completed his job in a timely fashion. He made recommendations that were needed completed maintenance and scheduled me for some necessary duct work in early September. Well done Great job.

Please rest assure that Master Plumber Aaron Knight put my mind at ease as he checked the pressure of the water flow and advised of other issues he encountered that could help me with my pressure issue complaint. He did not try to rip me off as a woman … he explained the process and his theory as he checked things. He also exhibited professionalism & integrity … that made me want to use Michael & Son Services again. I’m definitely including Michael & Son in my phone contacts for future use.

Technician Bryce Beckwith was so professional, knowledgeable and was very attentive to our concerns. He explained the exact process and procedure that he had to do before performing them. Bryce Beckwith is a great asset to the Michael & Son team of professionals!!

nick was great - competent, professional, and friendly - the electrical inspection was thorough and useful/he offered great advice in relation to considering back-up electrical power - nick is another excellent representative of michael and son and is welcome in my home any time (and he had cats, which is great!) - i really appreciate nick's time and attention, thank you!

7/19/24 - Just had my A/C service with Michael & Sons. As expected Matt was professional, courteous and friendly. He also educated me on what the issue was. I can't say enough good things about Michael & Sons and their technicians.

8/4/25 Raoul and Alfredo did a wonderful job with my new A/C unit. They were quick and efficient. As always with Michael & Sons employees, they were professional, courteous and friendly. Raoul explained everything to me, gave me a tutorial on my new Wi-Fi thermostat and didn't leave until he was sure I was satisfied.

8/5/25 - Danny performed the electrical work that closed out the A/C HVAC & Electrical job. As always his work was excellent. He's always professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything and didn't leave until I understood everything was satisfied with his work. He went above and beyond with another project I needed done. So thankful I didn't have to schedule another visit and wait. Thank you Danny and thank you Micael & Sons. Always top notch.

I had a great initial visit from Standrick who provided me with an estimate for a major electrical project at home. He was very professional and was able to capture our project needs into a proposal. I have scheduled the work and look forward to getting out project completed.

They ok but one time my hydrant was leaking outside I call which I use all the time and they charge me two hundred dollars and some change for a little piece of nothing he show it to me I don't think I should of pay that much they don't help seniors prices when you on a fix income
