I recently had some plumbing issues and Mr. Rooter sent Ahmad out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He accessed the issues and provided me with the best options. Needless to say everything is in working order. Thank you so much Ahmad!!

Based on the Google reviews, called Mr. Rooter to fix toilet flush issue in the bathroom. Service person named Mr. Ahmad diagnosed and informed that Kohler 3 in valve is not functioning and needs to be replaced. The cost of the valve is around $22 (Amazon, Lowes, Home depot etc) but they charged insane pricing of $546. When asked, he did not provide details of the cost of service or the replaced item. We had no choice but to pay the full amount. As a matter of fact, we received a quote of $175 for replacement from another company but decided to go with Mr. Rooters based on the reputation, which we regret. Please avoid!

Our technician arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem and made plans for repair the following day. He was efficient, professional, and explained things well. We will use Mr. Rooter again.

Mr Rooter has come to the house several times, and our plumber today, Mitchell, has been here multiple times. They are on time, incredibly polite and make you feel like you’ve known them forever. They do excellent work and never take advantage of a customer. They’ve always tried to find ways to save me money. Highly recommend.

These guys saved the day! Replaced our old pipes, cleaned up our crawlspace and literally weeded my lawn. They left our house better than they found. I give a million stars.

There was a crack and leak in sump pump system. We decided to hook up to the county water system. The project was handled efficiently by Mitchel and Paul in a courteous timely manner. We will be using Mr Rotter when ever needed now.

I really appreciated Mr. Ahmad’s hard work to fix our water pipe line and the faucet. I bought this town house 6 months ago, but never noticed the from yard faucet didn’t work until last week, I thought it was easy fix, Mr Ahmad found the pipe line and replaced the control valve but it still didn’t work, then the neighbors said most of the housing here have issues with their water faucet outside, some neighbors showed us how theirs were fixed and they said it took them two days to fix it, another neighbor said the former owner couldn’t figure out how to fix it so they never fixed it. I thought Mr Ahmad was going to quit but he didn’t, today he came back early and continued fixing it and found a few bad pipe line areas and replaced them, now it’s working perfectly!! I appreciate Mr Ahmad’s hard work, his expertise experience and knowledge, he said everything was possible through the Christ!! That inspired me!!

Excellent work clearing the main drains from bathroom. Rob suggested some drainage reinforcement in the future. Added plus - he swept the floor from exterior door to bathroom.

Mr. Rooter was very quick to arrive and could not have been easier to work with. They explained their process perfectly and provided a quote before beginning the work. They ran into crushed pipes under crepe myrtle trees. They offered to reach out to the county to request permission to access a different drain so that our current pipes could be abandoned and new pipes routed to another drain. Everything done was very professional and first rate. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Appreciated availability to get out same day and clear my sewer line when other companies could not. Communication was good, tech was polite, thorough and explained everything, worked through the issue and take care to clean up. Price reasonable for services, would recommend.

I highly recommend Mr Rooter, I had a serious leak in my kitchen and they figured out the issue and helped me work with my homeowner’s insurance on the mitigation and restoration. They spent time walking my insurance claim adjuster through the issues and provided lots of support during a stressful time.

Robert has been out a couple times as we look to replace the plumbing in this ongoing renovation. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.

We’ve called Mr. Rooter twice now for different issues, one was an emergency and one wasn’t. They’ve been responsive, punctual, timely, and pleasant both times. Their prices are very reasonable too. They wear covers on their shoes when in our home, which we really appreciate. They’re our go-to service for any plumbing needs, we highly recommend them!

Mitchell, Evan and Rob were the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers with whom I have worked. We had a difficult sewage situation on an old building in the Fan on the New Years Eve afternoon... and they came out right away. They were able to diagnose and take care of it in less than a couple of hours. They even cleaned up the nasty mess that was not from their work. This company is fantastic. I had called Mr Rooter to see if they would be able to come out and install a new garbage disposal for me. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. And to my surprise was able to get someone out here the very next morning. Was sent a confirmation both to my email and text regarding my appointment. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company from start to finish. They always answer the phone and schedule someone to come out within a day or so and the technicians are very courteous, on time and seems honest about the work. We had Paul come help remove and install a bathroom vanity and once he removed the original one, found that there was a big hole underneath to the crawlspace. He and his team worked to repair that hole - which i never would’ve even known was there- before installing the new sink. I could go on about the extra details he included. Everything was above and beyond and I’m extremely impressed and satisfied
