I have been requesting life time to reach out to my aunt for a couple weeks now just to answer a few questions she had about her solar panels she purchased from Life Time. She has yet to receive the call. Life time does great work, but not being able to handle a phone call is a bit ridiculous.

Update after business’ reply. Someone was supposed to be out yesterday to install. Nothing and zero update from Lifetime as to when I should expect them. I stand by my original review. Shady company.

Original review: Hired Lifetime to replace roof (insurance covered) and paid out of pocket to get gutters replaced, which included $900 for leaf guards. This was December 2023. Fast forward 18 months, it became obvious during heavy rain that my gutters were clogged already. I get up on the ladder and my $900 leaf guards are no where to be found. Shady company with clearly shady practices. Have left messages for resolution. I might add a star or two if they actually make it right - fully clean out my gutters and install the guards I paid for!

Lifetime was so easy to work with from start to finish! Our new roof looks great and we couldn’t be happier! Special thanks to Matt for all of his help!

I honestly can't believe how much of a white glove service this company offers. From working with me directly, working with my insurance company. It's been so easy. I don't ever want to have to replace another roof, but if I need to or know someone who has to, 100% would I suggest going with this guys.

Lifetime Quality has been so great to work with. Big shout out to Keith for his patience and guidance. He took a messy situation and truly made it painless. If it weren't for Keith I would have given up on getting a new roof. But because of his service, I will be getting a new roof installed this summer. We are just waiting on the shingles now but I wanted to make sure and leave a positive review. If my new roof is half as good as the service I received, then I am sure I will love it.

Big thanks to everyone at Lifetime Quality Roofing! Our home’s roof suffered storm damage last Spring and Lifetime came by in the aftermath to let us know they could inspect the roof for damage. At the time, we were dealing with other things going on and it wasn’t until a few months later that I followed up with them. I met with Tommy C. and he shepherded us through the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about Tommy and his representation of Lifetime…he is a pro’s pro. At every step, what Tommy said would happen unfolded exactly as he described. There were no surprises along the way. The work performed was thorough and efficient with the crew showing up at sunrise and completing everything by the middle of the day. All of my communication throughout this process has been timely and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in either residential or commercial services they provide.

Sadly, I do not recommend this company at all. I began working with this company early January to replace our roof after Helene damage and here we are mid-April with no new roof or scheduled installation. I keep being told that they are escalating my account so someone will reach out to schedule “today or tomorrow”, and no one ever calls. I’ve been more than patient, however this process has far exceeded the 4 week timeline I was given. In addition to that, their communication and follow up has been poor.

Keith Herbert inspector was absolutely amazing!! Very professional, courteous, kind. He worked with my insurance company, making sure I was taken care. Always responding to all questions and was available at any time by phone, text, or email. He was so easy to work with! Becky Hadaway was great in explaining the upgrades and costs in selecting the materials. The installation crew was quick and efficient did great job of cleanup. I am extremely happy by choosing Lifetime Quality Roofing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company!! Jared makes the impossible seem easy. He even helped liaison with adjusters and insurance. We have 25 buildings here at the Village at Chestnut Hill. The crews were professional, worked quickly but with precision. They had 3 supervisors onsite helping keep the 30+ workers on task, keeping the work site safe, and addressing any concerns from the residents and the workers. I have been attempting to get a new roof for the past 6 months following the remnants of a hurricane. Ive been passed to 3 different sales associates at various points with virtually no insight or direction given to me as the consumer. This meant I’ve had to call my insurance multiple times to give permission in regard to who can handle my claim. In addition taken partial days off work to have the roof inspected by the associate or adjustor from my insurance. I’ve been left ghosted for weeks to months on end without updates and had to complain to management before I received a response. Someone please just help me get a new roof this spring.

Lifetime Quality Roofing, did an amazing job for me. My roof was damage by Hurricane Helene @ Milton of last year. I called them, they walk me through the entire process, they answered all off my questions, they were honest, respectful, and, professional from beginning to end. They gave me a beautiful new Roof, I highly recommend them to you. Job well done

I would not recommend this company if you are expecting things to move in a timely manner and communication to be clear or occur in an appropriate amount of time. From the beginning it has been a lot of dropped conversations and continues that way. We began this process in April of 24 and now Jan 25 still not complete. First the contractor I was working with stopped communicating and I was not told he was let go, then get a new contractor who was very timely in his response and moving forward. Said supplies were all ordered and project finally underway. But then 5 weeks later I call checking on install date and find out supplies had never been ordered. So now I wait again. Finally they install. But did not finish the install and I had to call numerous times and wait 2 more months before someone came to complete. Then I’m never told if it was complete and wait another month before someone all of a sudden tells me the job is done and I owe money, however all along the way between them actually finishing I was asked 5 times to pay and get insurance money to them. However I kept saying not until the project was complete and everyone said it was or it would be soon. Finally finish and get my bill but then the price is increased from what I was originally told after being told because of the lack of communication I’d be getting a discount. Communication is slow, sketchy, the employees were constantly bad talking and making jokes about their business, and multiple people told me different reasons or excuses blanking others for it but never fixing any of the issues at hand

Navigating the process of roof replacement was a terrifying notion for me. Thank God I saw Lifetime Quality yard signs throughout my neighborhood & decided to call them! I happened to be assigned to Chris H., and it proved to be a great luck of the draw. Very responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and like a pitbull working with my insurance company. Highly recommended.

So Alexandra has to be the best roofing consultant i ever had the pleasure of speaking with. So detail oriented and taking care of the whole insurance process from step 1 to the last! Seamless!

You are NOT going to find another contractor like this. I had them when I got my roof replaced and now I'm getting my siding and other items replaced as well, had some hiccups with insurance issues but Allen who is phenomenal to work with great personality loves his job and is willing to answer any questions even after hours with his hard work and deification to do the job I don't think we would have got it done. Would highly recommend this company and Allen for anything you need

My experience with Lifetime started off positive overall. My rep Thaddeus was great and communicative but the actual office was very frustrating to talk to. While I appreciate how they dealt with the insurance company things seemed very disorganized and it was very hard to communicate with someone. Found an error in my billing statement that was frustrating to manage. Madison from accounting was helpful when I spoke with her. I believe there was a Brittany from accounting as well who was just not helpful at all and kind of rude so had to wait until I could reach Madison.

It's been an average experience. Started good but disappointed in the ending. I would like to get my gutters done but will probably look at other places based on the months long experience with lifetime.

I am waiting to speak with my rep and may edit this review based on the next few weeks.

Overall, the most disappointing experience I have had with a hired company. In the end, the issues for the most part have been resolved, it only took 2 months from install date for them to do anything about it…

Getting the quote, insurance coverage, and picking what siding we wanted was quick and painless. Communication remained up until install day. The team who was here did not communicate anything to us, they just left unfinished work and after about a week with it that way and no one coming by to fix it, we finally reached out and the office seemed to be unaware of the issues.

Months of phone calls, speaking to different people, when people would actually come out no one had a clue what they were there for, one gentleman thought he was here for the roof. The front of our house had warped siding due to install, under windows was bowed because the siding wasn’t trimmed properly. We had windows installed not even a month before they came out for siding and they damaged the flashing on one of our windows.

Now that is all said and done, it’s done. But I would never recommend this company to anyone. The communication within the production team was non existent.

I had a wonderful experience with Lifetime.
Alex Stoycheva came to my door and offered me a free estimate on my roof. She was up and down off my roof in like 5-10 minutes with a bunch of pictures and helpful information.
At first I thought she liked me or something she was so overwhelmingly nice!
Turns out I can’t currently afford to get any work done on my roof but she was so willing to work with me even if it meant I didn’t give them business!
It’s nice to have a roof company in Columbus that actually care about the people they serve!

Amazing work!!! Walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Always kept in touch with us and helped us through working with the insurance company. The crew who did the work were fabulous - done in one day. Cleaned up the entire area and even protected my in ground pool from any debris from falling into the pool. Highly recommend this company

Terrible company, never responds or fixes their issues only concerns is getting every cent the insurance company sends without any quote or detailed work completed. Company completed the siding work (not to scope) and tried to claim extra money for work they did not complete. Now my siding is hanging off of my house not even 6 months after completing the work and I can't get anyone out here to fix their poor quality of work. I have been asking for weeks to get the siding fixed with no response other than "I'll send to production". Theis company has zero customer obsession or ownership I would never do business with them, be very cautious.

My experience with Lifetime has been excellent. I was approached at my home by one of their field associates, Sherry. After an immediate roof inspection she worked with me to open a claim with my insurer, meet with the insurance agent during his inspection and remained communicative, helpful and professional through every step in the process. My roof was replaced within weeks of making the claim and the final work product was superb. I’m completely satisfied with my experience using Lifetime Quality Roofing and highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Had people knock on my door today from this company. My experience, they have no idea what they are doing. They were disrespectful at best. It will be best if no one from this company returns to my property. It is really a shame that this company does not even care about their customer base.

The service I received from this company was top of the line from my salesman Allen Hunter to the time the roof was installed. I couldn't have asked for any better service.

Everyone I talked to at Lifetime Quality was very friendly and patient with me. They helped me file a claim for my roof replacement and took the time to explain the whole process and how much I owed and what the insurance owed. I worked with Ivana and Rob and Rick to get everything sorted and the contractors came a few weeks later and got everything done in a day efficiently and quickly. Very happy to work with them and definitely recommend them. They did not hassle me for any money and were patient in collecting everything since working with insurance takes time.

I have clear signage on the front door of my home regarding no solicitation and no tags/estimates/flyers.

An inspector still left an advertisement and card on the handle (right where the sign is)

With my doorbell camera I see most people identify the big decal and walk away; but this one unfortunately didn't see.

I worry if an inspector is able to miss the signage, what would they miss on my roof?

I was hesitant on getting solar, but Paulina really sold it and I couldn't be a happier customer. She is not is sales, but she connected e with the best sales person that made me save 100's of dollars in electric. I even now have a electric car that runs off my amazing new solar panels in Hilliard, OH!

Lifetime was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They started me off with a free inspection too check for hail damage. With no high pressure sales tactics, John showed me the photos from the inspection, explained the damage found and assisted me while I contacted my insurance company. He also came out when the insurance adjuster came to make her assessment of the roof damage. The roof replacement was fully covered by insurance. Becky came to my home to assist me in choosing the shingles and other components for the new roof. She explained everything fully and was very helpful in helping me choose the materials. On the day of install, I was kept in the loop from beginning to end. The team finished the job efficiently, took care to ensure no damage occurred to the house surroundings were not damaged by any of the materials from the roof being removed, and they cleaned up the area fully before they left. Bob walked me through what they found when the shingles had been removed and how the problems found were resolved. I was very pleased with the new roof, it looks great! Even through the final invoice process, all of my questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly by Jessi.

Lifetime Quality Roofing has done everything possible to make replacing our roof as easy as possible, due to storm damage. Love the look of our new roof, the installers were ready to start at 7am and were done 5pm.

After the recent storms that rolled through Central Ohio late spring and early summer, Jaylon Jackson knocked on our door. We weren’t in the market for a new roof or even seeking quotes. Jaylon’s professionalism and positive attitude was all I needed to start the ball rolling. He was with us from the first knock, helped us make our insurance claim, was on site when the insurance agent performed his inspection, checked in on us throughout, and helped make the whole process a lot less scary. Insurance claims are no joke. I expected the process to take months, there are a lot of roofs in Columbus. Within a few days insurance deposited a check in our account, within a week we had selected materials and scheduled an install date, with days the materials were dropped off and our new roof was installed a day later. We couldn’t be happier! Lifetime Quality Roofing was a pleasure to work with. The process was smooth and timely. I highly recommend Jaylon and the Lifetime Quality Roofing team.

I had my roof replaced in 2021, I had no problems with the process of them working with the insurance and getting things approved. I did have to point out one area that needed corrected and they did that. I had referred them to a friend who another contractor had tried to get approval from her insurance but failed. So my salesman basically said it would be a waste of time fast forward about 6 months and I was given a follow up call and this was my first salesman replacement. I once again referred him to my friend and this time he followed up. Lo and behold she got a new roof! She had a few difficulties along the way with communication but it ended nicely. This may sound petty but she and I both contacted them about my $100 referral check and it never did come.
So, while it may sound petty, doesn’t it seem like they would follow through on $100? This just puts doubt in my mind that if I have problems later with my roof they will not follow through and stand behind their standards. Hopefully I will not have to cross that path in the future.

I appreciate that they are on top of their game and have given them a 5 star! Jarrett B and the team did an excellent job from the free inspection on. Jarrett B helped me with the insurance claim and answered all questions and texts. I feel like I made a new friend. The folks at Lifetime dealt with the insurance company for me and took care of all the loose ends. The work crew did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. Roof looks great and I even got compliments from neighbors. I would definitely recommend using these guys. Couldn’t be happier with the job and excellent customer service.

My overall experience with Lifetime Quality was good, they did great work on my roof and it looks beautiful. I did have one issue with getting them to send me marketing material after the work was done. But once Josh stepped in, he took care of that quickly and promptly. I would recommend them at the end of the day.

Apparently I signed an agreement that have them permission to charge whatever they wanted to on extra work or materials. So now I owe $2000 more than original estimate!! 11 boards of extra sheathing that insurance doesn’t cover. Not cool. That’s 30% higher! Are they that bad at estimating? Be wary.

Really fast process from start to finish. I got a full roof replacement from storm damage and only had to pay the deductible. Very friendly people and easy to work with. Installers were great too.

Installation was faster than expected; they finished the teardown and installed within the same day. The crew acted professionally and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing if we ever need a new roof again.

We were first skeptical using Lifetime to replace our roof due to having a bad experience from a different company with our old house. After we did our research, we decided to go with Lifetime. Jacob Power from the start was helpful, knowledgeable, and was not pushy. He helped us put a claim into our insurance for our roof. Jacob was present through the entire process when the insurance adjuster came to our house. To our surprise with Jacobs help, our insurance approved a full roof replacement ,plus downspouts, and more. So far we are super pleased and definitely would recommend Jacob P to assist you. I will update my review once our roof is completed :)

Roof is complete. The roof and gutters look great! Jacob Powers and Lifetime were great to work with. They helped us with the insurance throughout the entire process. We are happy with the results!

I called quality roofing beginning of March to replace the flashing on our chimneys. John came out and insisted that he could actually get us a whole new roof covered under insurance. We trusted him and went through the process - a month later into April nothing further has been done about our roof, no updates have been provided. We found another contractor who is going above and beyond to fix things with our insurance adjuster getting our chimney flashing and several other minor repairs covered under insurance, instead of requesting our $90,000 roof gets completely replaced. Sadly we wasted a month trying to work with Quality Roofing and processed a extremely unnecessary claim through insurance
