The pros at Lifetime Quality Roofing have been great to work with! We had severe damage to our roof due to a storm. The specialists at LQR have made our process hassle free. They are very responsive to calls/messages and have made dealing with the insurance so much easier!

In April 2025 we had hail damage to our house. A couple days after the storm we had roofing companies knocking at our door. We decided to go with Lifetime Quality Roofing because of the salesperson we spoke to. He helped us through the process with our insurance company. After that point we had several issues. We let the salesperson know that we would be on vacation during certain days and did not want the roof repaired during that time. The company called and wanted to set up installation during those dates. Their communications is terrible. When tehy came to install the new roof the site manager was unaware that we agreed to have our fascia removed and replaced per the insurance estimate. He said that he would communicate it to his boss and we would receive a call. We never received that call and told him to deduct the estimated cost of the fascia from our final invoice. All the communications are by email no one from the company picks up the phone to discuss issues with the customer until they want feedback.

The only upside was that the crew finished the job in one day and the roof so far is to our satisfaction. They cleaned all the trash from our property. We were never asked if we wanted any of the left over materials. We observed on our Ring camera a member of the crew throwing an opened package of shingles into the dumpster.

I would never refer this company to a friend, family or even an enemy.

The Short Story: If anyone can write a review because they used every single service Lifetime Quality Roofing has to offer - it's me! Dan Englert is our hero and I can recommend him without hesitation!

The Long Story: In Pittsburgh, we have the Home and Garden Show every March. In March 2024, I met Dan Englert and told him that I thought I may have storm damage and we set up an appointment for him to come out and look that next week. He was able to show us pictures of our roof, and it was not a pretty sight. Our back roof had so much wind/storm damage that it was completely unwalkable. He helped me file a claim with our insurance for a complete roof replacement.

Our first claims agent never returned any of our calls, but did send someone out to inspect the roof. Dan was there for it all. He even brought his drone to help the company take accurate pictures because the roof was so damaged, the inspector wouldn't go on it. Our next claims agent was fantastic and I could hear the shock in their voice and said "Oh yes, you need a new roof." However, we were later told that their boss would not approve it. Again, Dan was there every step of the way. Our insurance said to replace a set number of shingles they determined were damaged. The claims agent was in shock and even told me, "We have given people roofs for less, your roof looks like a dalmatian, I don't know why they are doing this to you." Well, then we got moved to another claims agent and told more of the same. Dan was fantastic. He set up a phone call with our team and my insurance's team. I had my complete faith in them as they talked out the details because I don't speak the language of roofing, so I left that up to the experts.

I can't tell you how many hoops we had to jump through, and each time, Dan was there to guide us. Then, winter came, more wind damage came that blew off more shingles (as you see in the picture - some were missing from the storm, and some are the ones the insurance had Dan replace that the insurance claimed were the same color and would fade). We were now getting water in the house, so I called Dan in a panic and said I couldn't wait for insurance, I needed to get things moving now. We figured out where the water was coming from, and Dan even came out to seal that part so that it would buy us time until we met with Lyland from the retail side of Lifetime Quality Roofing.

What I appreciated the most from Lyland is that there was no sales pitch or long presentation - because Dan had been working with us for the last year, he knew all of our numbers and how he could help us. We picked a color, applied for financing, and we were in motion. Because we were after the 2025 Home and Garden Show, he was very upfront that they were booking about 6-8 weeks out. We were thrilled that in only three weeks, we got a text from Brittny from the office.

Brittny kept us posted via text of any changes (the rain pushed us back a few days) and when everything would be delivered. She answered all of my questions very quickly and accurately. The day of the install, we didn't have to be home, but they had our number if they needed anything.

The picture doesn't do it justice - it is absolutely beautiful. I can't tell you how soundly we sleep at night knowing that we have a safe, secure, and Lifetime Quality roof above us every night <3

I recently had my roof replaced on my home and detached garage due to Hail Damage. Nick Klein was my sales representative and was ringing my door bell the day after storm for a free inspection. I could not be happier with the process and the final outcome of the work.

After about 4 different people working on getting me a new roof, i still have no success. They send someone out, they either forget to show up or don’t work for the company anymore. They do not follow up in a timely manor. They had me put in an insurance claim bc they did not follow up within 14 days. Haven’t heard from them. Texted the guy that is assigned to my house and he texted me back “who is this” we had texted before and many phone calls. I’m waiting for this new roof and my house is now getting damaged more bc my roof is not fixed. They always send someone out who promises they are the best and are going to get me a roof. It’s been a year. Do not recommend

As a first time homeowner, I've always been hesitant to work with contractors as all you ever hear is horror stories. However, David Grimm and his team at Lifetime Quality Roofing were not only professional, but also extremely organized and knowledgeable.

David was very kind and courteous during the whole ordeal and went above and beyond in several instances to help make sure we were taken care of.

Even when our insurance company tried to ding us for a roof that Lifetime did not repair on an attached garden shed, David and Lifetime quality offered to assess and review the roof at no extra charge. They ultimately ended up putting together a certification package for us to provide to our insurance company certifying the quality of the roof avoiding needless repairs from an insurance company seemingly upset they had to replace our home and barn rooves due to storm damage.

When that roof does ever need repaired or replaced, I'll be sure to give David and Lifetime a call!

Just had a great experience with Joey. I purchased my home last year and was given some differing and vague opinions on our roof at the time of purchase. They helped me to substantially increase the amount paid for by the insurance company for the roof damage. I worked with Lifetime Quality Roofing to obtain a full roof replacement from wind damage. Nick K. was my contact person and helped me through each step. He was quick to answer any questions and assured me he would stick with this and see it through. The roof is on. The crew was responsive and thorough, cleaning up very well. Everyone I spoke with at the company throughout this process was kind and professional. I would highly recommend this company and Nick for any roofing project you may need.

I had my roof replaced on february 2024. The roof was done in one day but the gutters were not changed and left crooked and the water got on the walls. There was a leak from the chimney after they left . I did informed the company with email and phone calls. My celling was damaged by the water leak . Nobody cared about it. Someone came and fixed the leak but the interior damage was not taken care of. Also my drive way was cracked due to the tractor trailer they parked for downloading the roof supplies. I denied them from parking in the driveway but they said it won't damage the driveway. None of the damages are being fixed yet. The agent was not in contact yet. Now they started sending the invoice for the remaining balance.

Great service provided by Lifetime Quality from start to finish. Tom B. worked with me and my insurance agent to keep things moving along. Steve A. explained in detail what to expect during the process. The roofing crew were in and out within one day and did a fantastic job cleaning up before leaving. Excellent team work by all involved!

Very happy with the installation and final results. Very disappointed with the promise that we would be paid $50 for putting a sign in our yard and $50 for doing a promotion video hyping up the company. Neither payment was given and my roof was finished over 6 months ago. I would say use the company, but do not belive they will pay you for marketing promotions.

Lifetime Quality Roofing was great! Alex W. came out to do an inspection on our roof after a storm, he explained to us that the roof had been damaged by the storm and that he would be able to help us get a new roof through our insurance. It was a very long process but Alex handled everything and eventually got the insurance to take care of our roof. The installation was one day, the crew was very friendly, and Alex was even there when it was being put on. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy. We highly recommend Alex and Lifetime Quality Roofing!!

This really was a great experience with Lifetime Quality Roofing. We had damage to our roof from a wind storm, but didn’t think it would be worth putting in a claim to our insurance. When our rep Clayton came by I was skeptical at first because I didn’t think a full replacement could happen. But as they went to work with our insurance company we ended up getting a full replacement and only had to pay our deductible. Clayton was awesome to work with, and any time we had concerns he immediately got back to us and alleviated those concerns or fixed an issue. Alex was very helpful in walking me through the claims process and giving me a lot of insight on what was happening with my roof. I don’t normally do things like this but I felt that everyone should know about this company. I had some storm damage back in March and had a company called lifetime quality roofing come and do the repairs. At the beginning they made it seem that it was going to be a quick easy process to get everything fixed. Since signing the contract for the repairs I have had nothing but problems with them. We agreed on everything that was going to be fixed and then months later they tell me they are not gonna cover some of the work and I have to pay out of pocket. They told me 6-8 weeks to start the work and it’s been 5 months and only half of it is done. Trying to overcharge me for the work that was done and telling me they need more money to start the rest of the work when I put a large deposit down. I called week after week and was reassured that everything was going to be fixed and taken care of and nothing happens. Managers promised me a discount on the work because of the issues I have had but they won’t take it off the invoice. There has been so many problems with this company and they still haven’t resolved them. Lifetime quality roofing is the company. It’s been almost 9 months and I still don’t have the siding done on my house.

I would like to share amazing experience I had with Dillon Robbins from Life Quality Roofing in Pittsburgh. He is very professional and performs exceptional inspection of the roof. We had some issues with roof after Wind storm. He is very punctual and provided evidences for the claim that's hard for insurance companies to argue or reject. The insurance companies can't escape, since he provides video evidences of the damage with the roof. Dillon is very kind and he has exceptional values towards customers and he supports and works with customers & insurance companies all the way until the the job is completed. He is always available and responds the calls. He even responded when he was on family vacation ( which I felt bad that I called him on his vacation ). I provided his name to several of my friends and they are all so happy that he got them also job done. Don't forget to ask for Dillon when you have the need for any of the projects from Lifetime Quality Roofing company. I am sure others are good also, but I had awesome experience with Dillon.
