We recently had a flue removed from our roof and patched, and the entire experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional throughout the process. Tim did great work and left everything spotless. You honestly can’t even tell there was ever a flue there — the patch blends in perfectly with the rest of the roof. Highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

We had a contractor from another company come out and try to convince us we needed multiple roof “repairs”—and wanted payment up front. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Tim the Roof Guy. Brianna came out and did a thorough inspection, taking the time to explain what was true damage versus normal wear and tear.

Her honesty and transparency saved us from unnecessary repairs that could’ve even caused problems with insurance claims down the road. We truly appreciate their integrity and professionalism. Tim was great as was Mitch who made several trips to the house during the process to show samples, answer questions and follow up after the roof was replaced. Always felt they were upfront and genuine and truly appreciated my business and wanted me to be happy with the new roof. I would easily recommend Tim’s company for a roof job.

I wish I could say this was a smooth experience, but it wasn't. Tim the Roof Guy kept delaying the project without clear updates. I had to follow up constantly just to get basic answers. The job was eventually completed, but it took way longer than promised, and the lack of communication was frustrating.

They were on time, did a very professional job. What I really liked was that they cleaned up before leaving and they were willing to answer any questions during the process.

Brianna did some work for and it was amazing! She was so professional and kind. She came at the promised time and finished the work in a timely manner. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Zane checked my roof and advised me to call my insurance company as I had wind damage. He worked closely with my insurance adjuster for the estimate. We set a date for the roof repair and it was done that day. I was very happy with the work. I am a stickler for getting information and follow up calls from contractors. They did both of these things and checked back after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied and didn't need anything else. I would recommend them.

We had hail and storm damage to our siding and roof. Zane took a look at it and worked with our insurance. They really took care of us and guided us through the process as they replaced the roof and siding of our house. Couldn’t be more pleased. They even checked up on us after the job was done to make sure everything was good. Zane was amazing and really helped us. The company was in constant communication. I highly recommend them.

I noticed wind damage to my roof. They came and checked out the roof and did some temporary repairs to make sure I didn’t get any leaks. They dealt with the insurance company and made it hassle free for me. I ended up getting a new roof, it looks great and they provided a good warranty. The clean up after the job was also excellent, I never found a single nail or any debris left behind.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. I knew my roof was probably in rough shape after a recent storm, because several very aggressive salespeople had come by my house asking to let them inspect my roof to give me a repair bid. Knowing it was likely an expensive job, I didn't want to put up with a lot of sales-y baloney. I rejected their offers, and instead I researched very carefully internet reviews for roofers, deciding in the end to call this company, Infinity Solutions (also known as Tim the Roof Guy.) I was dealing with an insurance claim, and given that I was unfamiliar with the process, the owner called me one evening to explain everything to me, as well as differences in the laws and insurance standards state by state. Mitch, his lead manager, was wonderful. He showed up always on time and at my convenience, stopping by several times to help me decide on the type of roofing and color. The whole team who performed the job worked very efficiently and professionally, completing it in only one day. The service overall and the pricing was great. From the time I called to place my claim to completion, I think the whole process took less than 2 1/2 weeks. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and the whole thing was positively painless, which I would say was nothing short of amazing. I had a fantastic experience with this company. Mitch came out and inspected my roof and found several areas of storm and hail damage. He got an entire roof replacement for me through my insurance for only the cost of the deductible on my policy. The customer service was excellent. Extremely nice and knowledgeable people to deal with. Very informative. Top quality workmanship. Exceptional clean up. One of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I Had Mitchell come take a look at my roof, and he saw some damage to it in multiple spots. He was able to get it fully covered for me with insurance for a whole new roof, and new siding come spring time! Overall it was the best customer service you could ask for always available and able to work around my work schedule they got the roof taken care of in under a day it was amazing couldn’t be happier about how it looks and excited for the new siding on the way all for just the cost of my deductible!

While time will tell if our new roof holds up, the experience of getting to that point was painless. Tim (owner) was the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. We called Tim on Friday regarding a small roof issue due to wind to get an estimate, he quickly was able to get out to us next day on Saturday and patch up the issue with little trouble to us. Last Thursday 8 /11 / 22 I had a complete roof replacement done due to a hail storm 5 /3 / 22 Infinity Solutions of Ohio,,,, out of Dublin Ohio did the great job. Their 9 man crew started at 7 am , took a one hour lunch at noon and cleaned up and finished the whole job bye 6 pm the same day. It looks geat and the owners Tim Moore, Mark Wilkins and Aaron were very professional to work with. In two weeks they are coming back to replace all of the siding due to the same hail storm. Infinity Solutions Ohio was a pleasure to work with through the entire roof replacement process. In our particular situation, Tim Moore walked us through the steps needed to not only file a wind damage claim, but informed us in advance of the extra painstaking steps that would be required to eventually gain approval from the Aaron Rogers endorsed insurance company. And after 4+ months of claim reviews with numerous adjusters, Tim assessment proved to be correct! When it came to the actual roof replacement, the Infinity team didn’t disappoint. Like any construction project, surprises were discovered along the way, but the extra material and labor needed wasn’t added to our bill. I would highly recommend Infinity Solutions Ohio to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing a new roof.

When I requested for Roof Inspection, Tim Moore stopped by to do the same, and after the inspection he provided detailed explanation on how much lift on the roof, and he clearly recommended not to replace the roof now, as it have considerable amount of life left. No, I did not use Infinity for my roof replacement. We used another firm due to our long-term, non-roofing business connections to that other roofing firm.

Tim's a great spokesperson for Infinity: very professional and knowledgeable, and friendly. Infinity, on consultation, offers a better overall value compared to "big cats" companies, like the one we are using.
