Very prompt and professional. Tyler came out shortly after we contacted him. He worked diligently with our insurance company to get their approval to pay our claim. The work (roof) was scheduled very quickly and completed in under a day. Workers were prompt and courteous. Did find some nails but Tyler offered to send the crew back for a second cleanup and cover any tire damages (although we did not have any). Also he was very patient working with our insurance company waiting for checks and payment. Great experience and would highly recommend Shield Pro Roofing. Close personal friends had similar great experience as us which is why we contacted them.

I waited approximately 1 month after the work was completed on my new roof and after a couple of good rains to share my experiences with ProShield.

I can say my experience with ProShield was excellent starting right from my initial consultation with Tyler. Tyler was able to tell me almost immediately that my roof had damage from recent storms, and he initiated a claim with my insurance company.
Tyler made himself available to come onsite and meet with my insurance adjustor when he did his roof inspection. The timing of this inspection changed a number of times due to weather and Tyler was always flexible with his schedule to ensure that we would be here when the adjustor was.

My initial claim was refused by my insurance company. Following Tyler’s advice, we initiated an appeal and his flexibility continued when addressing the many concerns from my insurance company during the appeal. I have to say, if it were not for the guidance and insights, I received from Tyler during this time I likely would not have had my roof replacement covered by insurance.

Tyler was always very thorough when following up with State Farm and always kept me updated on the status of my claim.
I am very happy with the service I received from ProShield including the actual roof replacement. The crew did a great job on the roof and left my yard very clean when they were done with their work.

Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend ProShield for roofing services.

We wanted to wait a few weeks to share a review - our roof looks amazing! Tyler was easy to work with and dealt with nearly everything to get things rolling.
The group who worked on the roof did a great job, work surprisingly fast and were very punctual, and painstakingly searched over our whole yard to make sure they got every piece of old shingle and nail.
We are also pleased to see that everything has stayed in place through two wind storms now.

ShieldPro Roofing replaced my rood today and the workmanship was awesome and so was the cleanup. Owner Tyler Link was very professional during the whole process and he has excellent communication skills - always updating you before and after the job as well as promptly answering any texted questions I had. He made the entire insurance process very easy. I would highly recommend him for any roof job and did so to all my neighbors.

We had water damage on roof and Shield Pro replaced it on house and garage.They worked quickly and did an amazing job. Had a lot of interaction with Tyler the owner who was helpful and always there for all my questions and assistance with insurance company. I highly recommend Shiels Pro.

The owner took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. He was also here when the insurance adjuster came. I was approved for a new roof. The singles came one day. Then the next day about 12 people showed up, and did a great job on the roof. Then they cleaned up all the trash and nails and left. No slackers, they were all good workers. I was so impressed that I sent them over to my neighbor for his roof.
