Worked with Kozmo Kruger for our roof. He was always able to answer our questions and concerns. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Roof King and Kozmo for your roofing needs.

Roof King did a great job. The roof was on our Church in Victorian Village (where there are limited options allowed for shingle selection). We discussed the job with a number of other roofers, Roof King had the best package of shingle, price, Warranty, Communication, and additional roofing support.

The Church roof was a big expensive job and the Roof King sales guy Kozmo Krueger did a great job to follow up, work through issues and provide the best cost value to win the business.

Roofing required two full days of effort. The crew was on time and diligent to work through all phases of the process. This included building preparation (tarps), tear off, resolving decking issues, underlayment (with ice guard), shingle, flashing and clean up details. Since it was a high roof they used safety equipment to assure that no one was hurt.

Since it was an old roof there were additional elements that were needed like the rebuilding of the gable trim. The finished result looks beautiful.

Roof King was awesome to work with. Jared, Stephen, Shannon, everyone was friendly, helpful, and informative. They work with you and communicate with you every step of the way, rain or shine. Our new roof looks amazing. You have to check them out.

Contracted with them late fall 2024 for tear out of old deck replacement of porch and balcony off master. Except for the porch steps lacking a railing which is not to code the build quality of both projects is excellent. My issues, coming as a resulting of time passing and entering wet season here, are around the fact they didn't remediate the drainage of the old set up after they destroyed the drainage in the tear out. Now every time it rains I have flooding in my back yard. They also didn't retack internet cabling and left a substantial amount of construction debris including screws and even an article of clothing.

I recently hired Roof King for a roof replacement, and they did an excellent job. From the initial consultation with their field agent (Kosmo) to the final inspection, the entire process was smooth and professional. Kosmo was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. Cleanup was also a priority for them, as they left my property spotless after completing the job. I highly recommend Roof King to anyone in need of a roof replacement. I had such a great experience with the field agent Jared Sheldon, he answered all of my questions and took my concerns seriously. The crew came out and was quick that I was shocked. Even though it was a quick process they did not cut corners and kept me informed every step of the way. I can't express enough my gratitude for this company, they are truly a lifesaver. Great experience working with Kozmo and Alex on my deck rebuild! After dealing with 30 different roofing companies and getting estimates (it was a nightmare). I had an outstanding experience with RoofKing from start to finish. Amazing experience, would and will always recommend Roof King to anyone for anything they can handle. Even though it took multiple years of dealing with Nationwide Insurance to get my roof replaced, they worked with me to the end and helped accomplish everything and gave great advisements. Always was willing to go above and beyond. It took upwards of 15 hours to replace (including cleanup) our double shingled roof; they all didn’t stop working on everything until the last shingle piece or nail they could get was picked up. Top notch company.

Roof King was great! I unexpectedly had to get a whole new roof. I had not prepared for this expense and I was stressed from the onset. I needed to get it done asap because I had a leak. Roof King was able to make an onsite visit and get it repaired asap. I couldn’t have asked for a better and quicker turnaround. MAX was amazing! He guided me through the process - was so kind, patient, understanding and really a joy to work with. In the midst of a very stressful life event, he made it frictionless. Selfish company who really only cares about the bottom line. Internally they seem to be a mess and they love to file premature liens not understanding the difficulties of life. If the job does not go perfect, good luck because Roof King will wash their hands of responsibility and leave you hanging with a bill.

A lot of companies donate and do charitable things.. for the bottom line. I am sure you do a great job of maximizing all your contributions come tax time. The fact you took the time to list everything here in public with a dollar value is very telling. I have not seen you anywhere in the community.

You flash your reviews but it is easy to gather them when you offer money. Who would not want credit towards their bill for a few minutes of time? This is just 240 jobs that went smooth. Surely you do more. How about the others?

All beware. Nothing but a bunch of self righteous money hungry individuals here. Trying to act like liens are ensuring they can continue to be a robin-hood in their own eyes. Come on now.

We HIGHLY recommend Roof King and ask for Scott Shear! Scott came out immediately the day I saw water damage to our ceiling. He found the issue, covered it immediately to prevent further damage and we were able to get a new roof quickly before winter arrived. Pricing also beat top competitors in the area. Jason and Morgan works for this company and they was driving past my house and saw it had damage from the last storm we had. They stopped and looked at it and saw it needed a new roof. They helped us every step of the way through this to get a new roof for our house. The workers were amazing and did an awesome job on the roof and cleaned everything up after the job was done. Morgan was here to make sure everything got done. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

Jason works for this company, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have a new roof right now. He is kind, compassionate, and has integrity. He was driving in my neighborhood, saw I had some damage on my roof. He stopped and we chatted, before he left he was up on my roof assessing damages. He helped me through the insurance claim process, and was in constant contact to keep me updated. It was such a quick process. (It took more time for my insurance to approve it than it did to have the actual roof done. My roof is beautiful! Jason went above and beyond. He actually spent time with my son teaching him new thongs about his game. I am so thankful for Jason and RoofKing.

Wow what a great experience with Roof King & Restoration!
I was contacted by Jared Sheldon about doing a free inspection to see if my roof needed to be replaced. Upon his inspection, there indeed was obvious signs of weather damage, therefore, with Jared's knowledge and expertise we were able to work closely together to get a claim filed with my insurance which was approved. I was surprised at the ease of this process with Jared's help, despite having to wait on my insurance company to get on the ball on their end, we worked as a team to get it accomplished!
The whole crew did an amazing job with prepping the areas on each side of my home before starting the job followed by the tear off, the installation of the new roof and finally the completed clean up afterwards.
Jared was on site throughout the entire process to ensure things went smoothly as well as taking the time to reach out to me as a follow up a few days afterwards. I also received a call directly from the main office of Roof King the following week or so as well. Unfortunately, I don't recall that gentleman's name, but he was very kind and professional as well. It was quite reassuring that they both reached out to me afterwards to ensure my happiness with the new roof as well as making sure that there were no issues with leaks after encountering days of rain in my area after the freshly installed (beautiful) new roof.

Great experience. Worked with the adjuster from day one and identified all damage from hail storm. Kept in constant contact with us regarding schedule for delivery of dumpster and roofing materials. Work was completed within one day without any unusual disturbance to family. Clean up was done efficiently with no materials left on site. Would highly recommend this crew and company.

My roof sustained wind and hail damage from central Ohio storms back in April. I initially filed a claim against my insurance without the help of a contractor and was shocked when my insurer argued the damage was less than my deductible. I brought Roof King in and they sent out Larry who is very knowledgeable and just awesome to work with. He was able to get a reinspection and show that my roof did indeed need to be replaced. My insurance ended up covering the cost of the roof replacement and Roof King did a phenomenal job—the new roof is beautiful! If you have roof damage do not go it alone. Bring in Roof King & Restoration and they will leverage their knowledge of Ohio law to get your insurer to do what's right. Roof King is an awsome company ! Everything about my experience with them is highly professional. I also got to learn a bit about the company's history. It's quite impressive. Briefly, it began with a whiteboard, in a room, a plan with a positive outlook. It's clear that part of their plan was to produce a quality product while remaining competively priced. My neighbor had a new roof installed in one day by Roof King. I was impressed with the job that the installers did. They cleaned the site and left everything in order. I knew that a recent storm had damaged my roof so I was looking for a competent installer able to do the job including replacement of three large skylights on my time schedule. Roof King came through for me. They completed my three roofs in one day just before a rain storm descended on my house. I had storm damage a few months ago when a tree fell on my 2 rental homes that are next to each other. I decided to use Roof King to repair the damage. They installed new roofs and gutters on both homes as well as repaired the wood that got damaged. Roof King worked with my insurance and made the entire process seamless. Drew Palmer provided excellent customer service and stayed on top of the project through completion. Highly recommend!!

The roof replacement went really well by the on-site crew, only problems were we were left wondering for 6 months if we were going to get our roof replaced, with only being updated when I would reach out to roof king and restoration. Once they showed up the crew did a fantastic job installing the roof and wonderful job of cleaning up.

The best roof company they were able to get me a whole new roof after a tree fell on it. Once the insurance approved it took them 2 days to do the roof and 1 day to clean up.

The clean up was excellent as they left nothing scattered on the ground.

Great, easy to use company. Matt came out to my house after some severe weather, did a quick inspection, and found that not only was my roof pretty old, but there was some significant wind damage. Matt took care of the insurance claim and made the whole process extremely easy. For my roof, they were in and out in one day and they cleaned up after themselves really well. With my new roof and vents, I'm also saving money on my electric bill now. Highly recommended!

We had our roof replaced in the fall of 2022 and I am still finding paper and nails in the side yard several years later. Our overall experience was a tough one. After pushing us to an insurance claim that we had to fight our insurance company til the bitter end to get get covered, that they wanted cashed out as quickly as possible. They were willing to put lien on the home even when insurance claims were going through the courts but promoted teamwork in the beginning.

The working crew the day of the job put their foot through our ceiling which we had to mention to the crew before they would confess to it and come back to fix it later, and when venturing up into the attic for a cabling job this past week, that I found the entire metal return duct smashed in from being stomped on. The quote from the HVAC company is $1000 to repair that. Be weary as it would appear that they bring in the cheapest crews that also create language barriers that may not take the best care of the workplace.

Edit: I have updated my review because even though there were issues and problems arose from those issues that Roof King was still willing to make things right for us. Advantage Heating and Air came out and took good care of us while resolving the problems. Even though things can happen, making them right can still turn things around and we appreciate the extra effort that Roof King went to in order to resolve the issue.

Had my roof replaced by roof king, Scott was great to work with. He was always my go to person. Had a few issues but Scott was there to assure me they would be taken care of.

I joined this team in January 2024. From ownership, crew and everything in between this has been the best place to work. The respect and belief they have in each one of us is truly inspiring. Investing in us to become better for ourselves and our family!
