Legacy Roofing - Sandy, UT

Jesse was the roofer to come out to take a look at our roof. We have a 17 year old roof so we have some wear and tear on it. So Jesse came out and was on time to the appointment. He came out and checked our roof, he showed pictures and specifically specified what needs to be done. I totally recommend!

Legacy roofing failed to tarp the roof of my condo before an impending thunderstorm downpour and I sustained substantial damage to my unit. Their insurance refuses to pay stating it was an “act of god” even though there was a 80% chance of rain that day so buyer beware. The condo insurance is now is process of suing their insurance for reimbursement for the 12 units that were damaged.

We had Legacy Roofing help out with a Roof Repair and we couldn’t be happier. We were in a bad place with a Disaster Company who screwed us over and Legacy was quick to get us on the schedule. We appreciate the quality work from the roofer and the communication from the rest of the team. Definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. Thanks again!

Recently, Legacy Roofing was at the home I share with my daughter, Sandra McCoy, installing all new facia, soffit, and rain gutters. Spencer was our main contact, and Omar and his crew did all the work.

Spencer was timely, professional, respectful, and personable. Omar and his crew were amazing. This group of guys got in there and worked their tails off.  They were very considerate of the fact that Sandra has two large Golden Retrievers who were sad because they couldn't access their backyard. They worked quickly, but did exceptional, quality work.

Legacy Roofing was here to begin the job when they said they would be, and they finished right when they said they would. From start to finish, they were easy to work with and provided outstanding, quality products and installation work. Our home has never looked better or been more protected from the elements. We feel very fortunate to have found Legacy Roofing. We are super happy with the work they did at our home.

From start to finish it was a great experience. They did a fantastic job. Clean up was done very well. Very impressed and would recommend them to everyone.

I had Tanner Walsh come out to give me an estimate to see if I had damage to my roof. Excellent customer service, very honest, knowledgeable, and would highly recommend Tanner and this company!

Had Tanner come check out my roof after having him referred to me from a couple trusted friends. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Tanner showed up clean cut and very presentable (unlike some “Chads” from another company). Tanner spoke to me clearly and concisely. He valued my time and my family’s needs. He didn’t have the “bro” sales guy personality that most people have these days. I enjoyed speaking with him because he was so personable and funny. He’s the type of dude I’d go golfing with on the weekend. Anyways, he basically levitated like David Blaine onto my roof and did a thorough inspection for me. Most inspectors I have dealt with just look at it from the ground acting like they’re afraid they’re going to fall off like Santa in that movie, The Santa Clause. Tanner pointed out that while I could use a new roof, it probably isn’t necessary at this time, but I have a couple repairs that can tie me over until the I have the budget for a new roof. Moral of the story, if you want a dude who is going to be honest with you like your best friend, I recommend reaching out to Tanner Walsh to see what he can do for you.

I actually had another solar company knock on my door. I became interested in solar and the benefits it can provide, especially long-term. I decided I owed it to myself to call around for multiple solar options. I called Legacy Roofing because they were basically the only one in Utah to install Tesla Solar. I set an appointment with Legacy Roofing with the intention of seeing what they have to offer compared to others and how much a Tesla Tile roof would cost.

The lady I spoke with on the phone to set the appointment was very courteous and friendly. I met with Michael Maynor at my home to review solar options. He Took the time to listen to and answer the many questions I had. After talking to other solar/roofing companies, a lot of research and weighing value/performance, I decided to go with a system with American-made panels that should last 30+ years.

I’m leaving this review early on in the process so I will update it once the work is complete. So far this company has been great to work with and helping me find the best value and quality to meet my solar needs. Looking forward to getting everything installed and wired up so I can use the suns energy to completely run my home and charge a car.

Awesome guys! I've dealt with Josh Carrion in the past and have been pleased with him. This time around I've been working with Micheal Maynor with getting SOLAR set up at my house! I have two kids and a dog, my floors are never spotless, but Micheal always takes his shoes off when coming into my house. Even when I tell him to keep them on. --its just that next level of customer respect and appreciation that he carries with him wherever he goes. Awesome experience so far. I love Micheal, Josh, Jen and the Legacy crew!
