I started the quote process a few months ago. Got 5 quotes from local Spokane roofing companies. Legacy was by far the lowest price quote for full roof replacement (went with malarkey 50 year) and gutters/downspouts. Put 10% down to get the roof/gutter replacement scheduled and an additional 40% the day before the project began. The balance of 50%, was paid upon completion. The process from start to finish went smooth, good communication and friendly contractors. Would recommend this company to anyone looking at roof/gutter replacement.
