Legacy has done roof repairs on my home several times over the past 9 years.
Great company to do business with, promptly returned call, repair people are very nice and know what they are doing. Always done right the first time. Prices are very fair, very competitive, and you know that they are there for you if you have questions later. It’s nice doing business with a big company, they treat you right.

What great service!! I spoke with Frank from Legacy roofing and totally expected him to try to sell me a new roof instead of fix the couple of shingles that blew off the other day. He didn’t try to up sale anything and He got it done fast and smooth. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

My 10 yr warranty on my legacy roof was expiring in April. I decided to have them come out to assess my roof for any problems which could occur after the warranty runs out. Professionalism was evident throughout the whole process. The front office quickly set up my appointment, Frank came out and gave a thorough evaluation of my roof, and the two technicians completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Legacy roofing for any roofing issues.

Frank wasn't only on time but arrived early. He was friendly, got to the inspection right away, took pics of the general roof as well as those of a couple of minor issues. The roof was not in need of repairs, so no estimates were needed. I appreciated his honesty, there was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. It is too often that companies try to upsell and overcharge you, Legacy is not one of them. I definitely recommend them.

After getting the estimate and sales presentation from a company that specializes in metal roofing (the subject of another Google review of mine), I was dismayed that I had found someone who seemed very qualified to do the job right, but for an astronomical price tag. I spent some time after that thinking that this was just going to be an unattainable dream.

But eventually, I decided to drive around in Prescott, take pictures of roofs that looked well-built (based on practices I had learned in this prior presentation) and try to find out who had installed them. I discovered from one of them that the roofer was Legacy Roofing, and at another site, I found a metal roofing job actually in-progress and was able to speak with a knowledgeable employee working there (Aaron, who I later discovered has been with the company over 20 years). He confirmed that they used the same installation methods for a "standing-seam" metal roof that I was looking for, gave me a card, and told me to contact the owner of Legacy who would get me a great metal roof at a reasonable price.

Indeed, I met with Toby Ebarb, found out actually that a third metal roof installation in my area (which I had admired but couldn't find out who had installed it) was also one of theirs, and got an estimate for one for our house that came in at around 2/3 of the "special discount price" quoted by the other company rep I had talked to.

We accepted the quote and the job (which in all took nearly 3 weeks including some holidays - this spanned Christmas) was completed near the end of '24. It looks fantastic! I also, having now seen the work that went into the installation, have a new appreciation for some of the price difference between this and an asphalt-shingle roof.

While we have yet to have any significant rain to test it, I am confident that it will hold up well (but that if there any issues, they will act promptly to correct them, as they worked with me on minor things I needed addressed without nickle-and-diming me to do such as painting some existing metal trim around the bottom of house siding where it came into contact with the new roof).

After interviewing three roofing contractors, two of which were commercial and one residential roofers, we chose to award the job too LEGACY ROOFING for a full replacement and couldn't be happier with our choice!

From their sales rep/estimator, to their controller, ALL of their employees that we encountered in person, via email or phone, answered all our questions in a timely manner and they had no problem at all providing all coverages of insurances.

Upon Tony Begay's arrival I shared my concerns with him regarding the 140 plus degree temperatures in our attic during the summer months and needing to get the temperatures down to offer some relief to our HVAC system in the attic. Tony's response was, “I'd like to go up on the roof, measure then take some photos and after that, take a peek in the attic, then He and I could talk because proper air flow is kind of a science”.

After Tony finished taking photos, measuring and accessing our roof and attic, he had a comprehensive plan to cool the attic down and explained it in great detail that made perfect logical sense, where the other two companies failed miserably, not only with venting solutions but with material availability in our area as well. Tony provided us a proposal within 2 days and we signed. Each phase of the job was inspected by a supervisor up until the job was finished.

We received a 25 year warranty on the material and peace of mind that didn't break the bank. In fact, there was enough funds left over to have them install 2 solar tunnels to bring more natural light into our home,

Received an estimate, with photos of damaged or off-set tiles, and other area needing maintenance. The crew repaired/replaced all issues, leaving the roof in great shape for winter.

Technicians showed up on time. Explained the procedure to be completed. Took great care of the property. Upon completion technician explained items covered and process taken. Noted additional tiles replaced and items missing and also installed.

Leak around vent appears to be repaired and I assume the rest of work was completed. I haven’t received an invoice yet but the estimate of $3200 appears excessive since it only took 2 hours for 2 workers to complete the job. I’m pleased with the fast response and all but if the final invoice is anywhere close to the estimate I will probably look elsewhere if I need roof repair's in the future.

I have been trying for 6 or 7 years to fix a leak in one of my scuppers. I've had another local roofer look at it, he put down one coat of silicone seal, It helped for a couple of months and then the leak returned. I also tried a number of "homeowner" fixes, but to no avail.

Enter Legacy Roofing, the estimator proposed a mesh lining imbedded in silicone and gave me a quote that I accepted. When the installer came out, he cleaned out one of the scuppers and found that it was not installed properly and not up to code. He proposed remaking the scupper with metal and having an enclosed 4 sided scupper. My prior scuppers were concrete and u-shaped, not fully enclosed. Legacy remade 5 of my 7 scuppers, flashed them in and made new collection boxes. In addition they power washed my flat roofs and resealed them with silicone.

Their solution worked perfectly. There are no more leaks and I am confident that the problem is permanently fixed.

Dan and Justine did amazing work. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Aaron did amazing metal work on the scuppers and collection boxes. They all treated our job as though it was their own house.

In 2021, Legacy Roofing replaced my roof due to a major hail storm. Since that time I have had 3 occasions to call them back.
My representative, Heath Carley, has always responded in a timely manner and taken care of each issue. I have been very satisfied with Legacy Roofing.

After a wind storm 2 tiles came off the roof. A legacy rep showed up the day after we called. The tiles were replaced within 10 days and the rep came back out and inspected the repair. He took pictures before and after the repair and it resulted in a fair price. Except for the wind storm it was a great experience.

Very pleased with the entire process from scheduling to completion of the project. Legacy Roofing did what they promised in a timely manner. I would expect no less from Toby Ebarb who has a stellar reputation in the community.

I contacted Legacy Roofing LLC to get the roof on my house replaced. The entire process was done very professionally from start to finish and the work was completed very timely and much to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with legacy roofing has been a very fine one but when I drive down the road. And I see what threw up all over their truck makes me wanna think that the guy driving it? What's the soothing sound in the face? Because the ugliest color I've ever seen. You could see it from space. I don't know who's genius idea. This was but definitely go back to the drawing board.

The employees at Legacy Roofing were professional and competent. They arrived on time and put in a good days worth of work. Several associates kept in touch throughout the process (that took longer than expected - do to snowy conditions - which Legacy Roofing handled with ease) All in all, a good experience AND their prices are affordable compared with some other companies

All staff we dealt with were courteous and efficient. Work appears to have been done well. Appreciated the after job inspection. Was a little hard to communicate with the work crew due to language. It would be nice if they worked on their English.

My house was only approximately 2 1/2 years old and I had some shingles start to lift up. I reached out to the original builder. They came and inspected the roof and discovered the original roofer, NOT LEGACY, had installed it improperly. The builder made good, and used Legacy Roofing to completely tear off the original roofing, and replaced everything including all the flashings and other metal pieces. The roof is about 2 1/2 years old now. On December 22nd, we had that long soaking rain. Much to my surprise I got a leak in my garage ceiling. Fortunately, it was in the garage, and there was no further rain. I knew the leak was where 2 peaks transitioned together, and somehow that was the source of the leak. Heath Carley got back to me right away, and came over and inspected the whole roof, not just the problem area. He took pictures, and I sent him the pictures I took of the interior ceiling and attic insulation that was affected. He said it just needed some additional caulking and flashing tar, and the leaking problem should be 100% resolved. Just to be on the safe side, Tyler the Service Manager, had his workers retar and recaulk all of the potential leak spots on the roof. The Legacy Roofing employees are a great example of how a customer service focused company should be run. We recently had Legacy Roofing replace our complete roof. They used Marlarkey Vista Shingles. We were pleased with the job that they did and would recommend them for roofing.

Legacy Roofing made my small job feel like their top priority. Customer service was excellent: Tony provided an immediate job walk-through and estimate, followed up without being pushy, and did a final QC job inspection. He showed me videos and pictures of the issues and their corrections. The office coordinated the job quickly and the installers arrived as-planned, on-time and finished cleanly and with efficiency. I highly recommend Legacy Roofing. Our estimator was very communicative, keeping us informed and answering questions throughout the entire project. The Legacy team analyzed the roof leaks well with photos, written descriptions and conversations and provided multiple solutions to fix the leaks. Their prices were reasonable. Scheduling was easy. The project was completed on time and budget.

Legacy replaced our facia and asphalt shingles it looks great. They were able to safely work with the challenging pitch. They were conscientious about cleaning at the end of the day and when the job was finished it was hard to tell they were there - except for the roof!

Although the circumstances surrounding the replacement of my roof were unusual, the project went as well as I could have expected. I would certainly recommend Legacy.

In March 2023 had water on carpet near fireplace which turned out to be leaks around chimney chase. When I called Legacy said they couldn't send anyone out to inspect for 5 days. But, Heath (Sales Mgr) did come the next day. They did a temporary fix which stopped the water flow. But, they didn't do the permanent fix for 10 days. But, when they did come, they did an excellent job and put water/ice shields around the chimney.

If I have any complaint about Legacy is that they can be slow to respond and seem to have scheduling issues. HOWEVER they ultimately did an excellent job. Recommended.

I worked with Heath on getting my roof replaced. He was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue after my roof was replaced - it leaked into my office bedroom after it rained. Heath got someone out here to fix the leak and also arranged for the whole bedroom ceiling to be painted because the leak left a big, wide brown stain. I am very happy with Heath and Legacy. I would recommend this company 100%!

The only way to know if a roofing company performed the job correctly is have a 3rd party "installation" inspection because most jobs look good from the ground, especially from the untrained eye. Legacy does mostly production housing so it's about getting as many jobs done as possible and the quality of work is not a priority so the crews are conditions to blow and go! After having my family's new roof inspected we found that many shortcuts were taken and that the vents were all installed incorrectly incorrectly. Rather than have them back we opted to have another company come in and make some repairs.

We were very impressed with Heath from his first visit to our home. He did a really good job of communicating with us from bid time to the work starting. My wife was very happy with the install crew as they were nice and respectful. The work was completed in 1 day and they thoroughly cleaned up afterward. They were recommended to us by a long time local contractor and we are happy to recommend them as well.

I can not commend on the quality their work. I had no work done by Legacy Roofing
However, I can confidently claim, one can call them but do not hold your breath in getting an reply. This also appears the main complaint in other reviews.
Legacy Roofing checked my roof but never got back to me, neither did they return my numerous phone calls.

What an amazing team! They came out in one day completed our roof and all installation and repairs. Professional friendly, exemplary airy work.

I'd like to take this time to thank the folks at Legacy roofing for a job well done. We had hail damage from the July 11th storm. A few days after we called, and had Frank come out to give us an inspection, and an assessment of our options. He was honest, and straightforward. After our insurance Inspection, we decided to replace the roof. Alejandro and his crew did a great job. They were on time, professional, quick, and after clean up you couldn't tell they were even there. Legacy roofing has been in Prescott for a long time.
