I had a leak in my master bathroom from the condo upstairs. It didn’t seem like a lot but behind the walls it was a total disaster. A&a improvements inc did all of demolition and work to repair it. My bathroom looks phenomenal. On top of that guys painted ceilings and walls. They were very careful not to damage anything and left the house cleaner than when they started. They were working around my work schedule so I was able to get some sleep for my night shifts. Alma was handling everything with my insurance and that was not a small task, it took a lot of back and forth negotiations.
If you need any work in your house, they are your people. I’m actually planning to have one of the guys come in next week for a few more repairs that need to be done before the place goes up for sale

Alma is the best! She helped us from start to finish. What I really appreciate about her is that she took the time to explain everything to us. We had filed a claim previously and never received the service from that other company and just ran out with the money. Luckily we had her to help us out and made sure we got from the insurance what was rightful ours! We love how the Roof turn out and everything was very professional.

Thank you to A&A because I had American family insurance my roof caved into my home and cracked the ceiling from inside , rain was coming in every time it rained and we had 3 contractors that came out to try to get an estimate and my insurance only offered them 2.5k to just patch everything up. My roof was old so my singles are discontinued. when I called A&A they fought for me right away , told me about the policies and went through all the hoops to get my roof approved and they finally approved us for the whole roof after a few more months. Our roof was broken since July and after i met Alma, she was able to give me a new roof before a harsh winter and I’m so grateful thank you for everything!

I've done two roofs now with A&A Improvements and have been happy with the company on both occasions. They use skilled roofers who take pride in their work. They finished in a timely manner --- two days --- and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The roof on both the house and garage looked great. Raphael, the adjuster who represents the company, was knowledgeable about the work and in dealing with the insurance company. He was straightforward and honest with my wife and I and assured us they are a company who stands behind their work. Recently, I learned they do other work beside roofs. I will use them again.

Not only were we represented well by them as our adjuster, but I was also very impressed by how the contruction crews of A&A work in phases. I had no idea the time it would take before the entire job would be complete but the wait was well worth it!. I tip my hat to all the crews!!! Let me share my experience.They just remodeled my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replaced entire floor, painting, light fixtures, ceiling fan, re- wiring, stairs, built walk in closet, roof replacement, gutters, and garage, and still working on some more! Give them a call for the estimate, start from there and things will happen! Ms Alma is a details oriented lady, she listens to all your concerns and gives you professional advice. That truly makes the process smooth and the outcome stunning.
