I worked with Kyle Kaufman in getting my new roof and he was wonderful. Kyle went above and beyond for me and Kyle is how I know this is a solid and reliable company!

Legacy was absolutely amazing. I was scared to file a claim with my insurance but they explained how it works (I'm a first time home buyer). Travis Lockert was my project manager and he was extremely patient with me as he had to explain things several times to me, again my first time. He helped me understand things. He was there through the whole project! Thank you!

From the earliest inspections to coordinating with the insurance company, to doing extra laps with the magnet brooms to satisfy my unnecessary paranoia about nails, the Legacy team did it all. They did everything and honestly it could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

Blatantly disregarded no soliciting, kept referring to home owner (me) as he, when my roommate told the solicitor i was unavailable using she and her. Do they know it isnt the 50s anymore at legacy restoration and women are allowed to own homes now? Also i really dont care if you THINK you arent a solicitor, you ARE. Learn to read.

In response to the company's reply: no i will not be giving you any of my contact info, your teams need to learn to respect no soliciting signs as this seems to be an ongoing issue that you repeatedly say you will address with your teams but never do considering thats your most common 1 star review! Legacy's personnel were long-suffering when dealing with my insurance company and their reluctance to confirm my roof had class 4 impact-resistant shingles. I am completely satisfied with the work and the competence and efficiency of the installation crew. I highly recommend.

Legacy Restoration replaced my roof in the Denver, CO area and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the integrity and communication of the entire team during the process. I have never received as many check-in and follow-up calls as I did from Legacy. And, they were true to everything they said they would do even when there were some unexpected issues before and after the actual repair. Several issues. Referral bonus never paid. Warranty for shingles to allow a discount for our insurance taking too long. Roof was completed November 25,2024. It’s now January 7th 2025. Maybe 3 stars is too generous. Initially the representatives of the company were forthright and very professional. Since the handoff to the operations and sales people they have dropped the ball and not been very helpful. Also very pushy about getting their money before the job was inspected and approved.

Learn to read-- left trash on my door even though I have 3 no soliciting signs. I'll add them to my list of no hires. Legacy, If you think what you're doing is not soliciting -- look it up.

Legacy did a great job for us following a heavy hail storm. They interfaced seamlessly with our insurance company and got the job done in a timely manner. Their work crew was friendly and conscientious and respectful of our property and the neighbors. We would use them again.

A recent rain storm caused my gutters to overflow and create a hole in my yard. I called Legacy because they had earlier replaced my roof because of hail damage. They responsed immediately since someone out that week, and the manager followed up with me to see if issue was resolved. That is great customer service and something I so appreciate. Thank you!

Overall, I was very happy with the process and outcome. Lots of oversight and follow-up to make sure you are happy. They mostly followed up with the insurance company due to hail damage.

These guys are crooks. They send shady salespeople to know and kick the doors to show urgency meaning while disrespecting the property. I have a small home and they told me that my roof will fall in soon if I don´t change the shingles and it will only cost 25,000 dollars and I shouldn´t worry, they can bill the insurance company. The truth is someone should report this company to the Colorado Attorney General´s Office and the of the Insurance Fraud Investigations. Some fishy about this company.

David impressed me with his competent ‘no pressure’ approach and I felt confident he’d make sure the job was done right with little to no involvement or stress on my part. I am always concerned with anyone that goes door to door trying to drum up business. BTW - I saw another review where the same thing was said and the company replied they don't go to houses where there is a no soliciting sign. Guess what - they did. Why can't these folks read??

Expect a good product with poor customer service. My family and friends have all been challenged with their services. Leaking gutters, lost/sold materials, solar install complaints, etc. It's a big investment. I would recommend other options that won't require as much forceful communication to recieve a quality product and installation. Customer service is important, don't expect it from Legacy.

Hassle free fast service and they had my roof on in about 4 hrs and cleaned everything up perfectly so it was hardly any inconvenience for us. I am very happy with their work!

Work was fast and great quality. Came right out, spoke to the insurance company and were even able to get us some additional monies to cover replacement. I am annoyed that they are considered a restoration company but did not address any of the other issues listed on the insurance appraisal. Only completed roof. That simply is very frustrating. All and all quality experience.

Replacing a roof, dealing with insurance and all the paperwork that comes with it, could have been a very overwhelming situation. However, Travis and his team made the process almost painless. I received constant communication and knew each step along the way before it happened. The roof looks fantastic and I have peace of mind whenever our next storm hits. We were one of many people to get hit with severe hail last year that caused extensive damage to our home. Travis helped us through a very confusing process and never made us feel stupid for asking questions. The crew did a great job installing our new roof and cleaned everything up well when they were done. Travis also did a great job of communicating and was extremely thorough. Just a quick review of David Horton and Legacy Restoration. From the beginning David was knowledgeable and guided us through the process of getting our new roof. David inspected the roof and presented us with a detailed estimate and timeline. The crew from Legacy, led by Mac completed the work on time and cleaned up afterwards.
The only hiccup occurred due to our local inspectors being over scheduled and canceling us. After communicating with David the inspection was completed the following day!

Bo Horton helped me get my roof replaced after a severe hail storm wrecked our neighborhood. He had so much patience with me while trying to get the ball rolling, and made the whole process so easy from dealing with insurance to schedule install. I would highly recommend working with him!

One agent from Legacy Restoration came to my home saying that he can do free roof inspection. I allowed him, we claimed insurance and it got approved. I waited approximately two months to get my roof replaced. They could not give me the replacement date of my roof. My agent was very poor in communication. My neighbor got the date for work even if he did the process 2 weeks after me. I tried to contact the manager and someone who received my phone said the manager will contact me in two hours. But he never did. So, I had to cancel my contract.
The agent also told me he would give me referral money if I referred someone. Then, I refer one of my neighbors. When I asked about the referral money after job is done, the agent told me I do not qualify for that money because I cancelled the contract with the company. I think he did not know what referral is mean. I have the worst experience with this company.

There are a lot of very good roofing companies compared to this one. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Very irresponsible company I have ever experienced.

We appreciated working with David. He was very helpful in the project planning process and came by during the roof work as we were at work that day. The job was done quickly and looks great.

After the massive hail storm in June 2023, our roof was damaged and needed to be replaced. Legacy came knocking on my door and we decided to use them for our roof replacement. Our sales rep, David Horton was absolutely amazing! He walked us through the entire process, spoke with our insurance on our behalf, kept in constant communication with us regarding our project progress, and checked in often to make sure teams showed up/that the teams were good/and that we understood everything. We enjoyed sharing cups of coffee with David and talking about 3 year olds (Threenagers, if you will) as we walked through the process together. David was honest and up front and not your typical sales guy. He truly went above and beyond to be great at his job. If you are in need of a new roof, I highly recommend Legacy, and I recommend David Horton even more.

Overall, had a great interaction with the company. My rep Kyle was really good. Very professional, on time and responded promptly. Operated very efficiently with my insurance adjuster. I asked for references which were provided. We went through each line of my insurance estimate to ensure there were no miscommunication as to the scope of work. The crew chief was also really good. He went over items I should know about upon completion and was also very professional. The only issue that came up was the inspection of my roof with the Aurora permit office was not setup. After emailing Kyle to follow-up it was quickly resolved. I can't speak to the quality of the work just yet since it's still a bit recent but have not come across issues as of yet. These opinions are my own. Please due your diligence. However, my experience with Kyle/crew chief was excellent. Really good communication, professional and just really respectful.

We had hail damage and needed a new roof. We had never gone through this process before.
Kyle Transue and Legacy restoration communicated with us, and walked us through every step.
The roofers were amazing, they were efficient and the cleanup was perfect.
There was an issue when the vibration from the roofing process made our upstairs bathroom vent fall through the ceiling.
The project manager Brandon took full responsibility and had a repair crew out the next day no questions asked.
They reattached our vent and repaired the drywall like it never happened.
I highly recommend Legacy restoration.

We had a great experience with Legacy Restoration LLC. We could not be more pleased with the entire process from beginning to the end. Tad, or salesman was excellent. He was able to answer all of our question. His information was thorough.
Through out the process Tad kept us updated. Legacy Restoration also was great with communication. We received phone calls and emails prior to delivery full of information of what and when things would start. When we would receive the roofing materials, when the dumpster would be delivered and when the crew would be starting. Everything happened just as they said it would. We had gutter protection system that needed to be removed prior to the roofers starting. They did not get the system removed in time for the roofers to start but because the communication with Tad was so good Legacy was able to reschedule. We never heard anything negative, no grumbling or complaining about rescheduling or anything else. The crew was the best. They worked hard, they worked really well as a crew. The job foreman was also great. He walked me through the process. He told me what to expect. Some parts that were delivered by their vendor were incorrect. Brandon was able to correct that issue. Again Brandon was excellent at communicating and answering some of my questions. The crew did a supper job of cleaning up all around the house. The roof looks beautiful. It really made our house look better. We can say enough about Legacy and all of their crews that were involved in this process. We have been through this once before with another company and there is no comparison. We can easily recommend Legacy Restoration LLC. to anyone who needs a new roof.

So impressed by this company and their help with our hail claim. Our sales rep (David Horton), inspector Tyler, project manager Brandon, and crew were all top notch. I never was pressured into buying extra products or upgrading, and the roof was completed far earlier than I had imagined. The communication and organization with this company is top notch, and I would use them again for any project!

Legacy Restoration was great to work with and special shout out to my service rep Truman Jayne who went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything I was signing/dealing with. He made the process truly easy and worked directly with the insurance company to get my payment. The work was quick as it only took 1 day. Would definitely work with Legacy Restoration again if needed (hopefully not haha).

We used Legacy Restoration this year to re-do our roof, gutters, and paint after a hail storm. Tyler Diener was fantastic. We always knew what the status was, and when work would be completed.

I had a great, hassle free experience with Legacy Restoration. From start to finish Marcel Green communicated everything that I should expect and was very responsive to my questions. The job was finished in a day, including thorough clean up. I would happily recommend Legacy to anyone!

I wouldn't use this place because their sales people are incredibly aggressive. Someone from this company just ignored the "no sales, no politics, no estimates, no exceptions" sign on our door to both ring the bell and loudly pound on the front door. If they waste their own money on these kinds of sales tactics, I can't imagine how much they have to overcharge their customers to pay for it.

Update to the response: This company is not doing any work on any homes adjacent to us (We asked the neighbors!). I noticed there are many, many other similar complaints on Google for this company for these aggressive sales tactics.

Marcel from Legacy was great, as was the entire crew that was involved. They evaluated, replaced, and brought our roof up to code which needed to be replaced due to hail damage. Marcel also totally dealt with our insurance company, which made the whole process simple & painless. On the day the crew came, they were on time, and totally removed the roofs from our house and garage, replaced the decking on the house, installed both new roofs, installed attic vents, and cleaned up within 7 hours! Best company ever!

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how good the people at Legacy Restoration are. Working with Marcel Green was as easy as falling off a log. Extremely thorough and professional and he handled all the insurance work through USAA to the point were I didn't have to lift a finger. Kyle Styer did an awesome job with the USAA representative during the roof inspection and the hail damage was noted so that all I paid was the deductible. The eight man crew worked tirelessly to remove two layers of roofing and they completed the job in one day. They cleaned up all the refuse and another representative of the company came out the next day with a magnet to catch any nails that might have fallen onto the grass. They were always there to answer my questions and were prompt to return calls if necessary. This truly was a seamless operation on their part and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Thank you so much for making this difficult job so easy for me.

Disappointed I have to leave a 1 star review to get communication started again, but got response next day and then my repairs were made within 2 days. Turnover was high and got bounced from sales/project manager and fell between the cracks. Overall the work is quality and fast but hopefully I'm the exception.

Started off very good. Great communication. Worked with the insurance and got my roof replaced fast.

Once I reported siding damaged from flashing installation day of replacement been given the runaround. No communication from sales rep or project manager.

Legacy Restoration did a wonderful job helping me repair my roof and gutters after a storm. From start to finish their associate Blake Douglas was there for any questions and did a great job working with my insurance company. Blake was also very helpful with the color picking process and had great input on what works with our home. The project got done quicker than I was expecting! They replaced the roof very quickly which was nice. Trying to get consistent communication however is extremely terrible. I worked with one person just to get another person who will not call me or the insurance back. Definitely would not go threw them again. They tend to lean the blame on insurance taking forever, when infact it is them who are poor with communication.

I bought a new front door from Legacy. Marcel was very helpful and kept me updated during the sales and delivery process. Installation was great, and the team even made sure to fix a very warped board and match caulking to my brown flooring to ensure the finished product looked great. I would definitely recommend and use Legacy again!

This was a very stress free experience, which does not happen very often any more. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Legacy. Cole Edwards presented his company honestly and very direct with what Legacy would do for us. Cole's presentation was excellent and Legacy did meet and exceeded my exprectations.
