Jeff arrived on time, was polite explained the process he needed to complete before doing his measurements and walk thru. Afterwards he was able to show me the difference between LeafGuard products and others. Jeff showed me the pros and cons for others systems vs LeafGuard. The product feels like a much heavier quality metal. Able to schedule an install date right away cant wait to see the new gutters installed.

Two workers arrived at 9:AM, scheduled time. They worked non stop until gutters were all installed, cleaned up the yard. I have flower beds and they didn't tear any of my beds up.
The gutters look fabulous!
They did a fabulous job and both men were very courteous.

I received a flyer in the mail offering 18 months with no interest, 75% off installation and an additional $200 off. I called Leafguard to inquire why I wasn't offered the 18 months of no interest, since my gutters were installed within a 40 day period. Was told a manager would call back within 24 hours, each month is a different promotion. No call received!
I am changing my review based upon,this company got their money and are no longer concerned about their customers.
After installation, received a call from a manager who was more concerned about receiving a good review. Buyer beware of high prices.

Just had an appointment with Aaron from Leafguard to check into protecting our gutters. He did an exam of the house and was able to determine various problem areas that neither my husband and I had even realized.
His presentation was complete, thorough, and we were not pressured at all.
He answered all of our questions honestly and in understandable terms and explained various aspects of the Leafguard system in a very logical and methodical manner.

Gilbert is wonderful! He's friendly, polite, respectful and knowledgable and patient. He is an outstanding representative for your company. He made me feel thankful I was getting the gutters. He deserves a lot of kudos!

Very disappointed. Worst and most expensive mistake.
We wanted to install the best of the best and this is why we contacted Leafguard. They were advertised as the best system available. The system installed for our home was fraught with design flaws and poor workmanship. More importantly, the post installation service was poor and dismissive and did not correct the grave problems now 9 months after installation.
They positioned connecting segments of the gutters right above our entrances, front and side. These connectors leaked. In Michigan, water freezes at night resulting in black ice on the steps to our house. Upon contacting them, they said this is Michigan. Things freeze. They had no concerns for our safety. We contacted them and they ignored us then scheduled visits which they missed. When they finally came and looked, they dismissed our concerns and never fixeded the leaks.
The system is also not designed to handle heavy downpours resulting in gushes from the roof and downspouts. They also dismissed these. The system works using capillarity which is not good for high water flow.
Finally, the attitude of the installation manager was arrogant, dismissive, and blamed us for not reading the contract. No taking responsibility and no concern for our safety. I wish we did not purchase that system.

The worst Customer service. I was told, after spending almost $14,000 on a Leafguard Gutter Protection System, that I would receive a $50 gift card ( included for a free consultation). This was confirmed for me on May 24, 2025 by Pete Marchmont, General Manager (and this was after 4 attempts to call him with no call back). I made another attempt to reach out with no return response. I realize its not a big deal, it is more on principal. You lost my business and that of any friends and family of mine.

We had a lengthy visit Grant in regards to getting a quote on Leafguard. He quoted us several prices and we finally agreed on one of them. Installation was planned for the following Monday. I cannot compliment the installers enough. Jason answered our questions. Moved a downspout location for us with no issues. Cleaned up after the installation. Now ... lets get some rain so we can see is this expensive endeavor pays off! Only issue was a promise of a gift card upon completion. That was not given on installation day. Had a conversation with Terrance. Pete resolved that issue. A gift is to be mailed out today.

I called to set up an appointment after receiving a flyer in the mail. Grant H came out to give me more information about the LeafGuard gutters. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was satisfied that the product was superior to what I have seen elsewhere. I like the idea of low maintenance that is claimed by the company. The gutter system is a bit pricey but they did lower the cost after some negotiation. The crew came the very next day to install the system. The gutters look great. I waited until it rained to write this review so I could see how the gutters performed. They are working as they should. I am satisfied with the gutters so far and look forward to the low maintenance.

We purchased the Leafguard gutters, and they look good. It has not rained yet, so we will have to see how they work
We were overcharged $562. When we contacted them, they said they would send us $402 because of discounts. That was over 2 weeks ago. have called multiple times and left messages. NO return call, no refund received.
It has been another 2 weeks and still we have NOT received the refund check we were told was mailed.

I love my new gutters, Nathan Thomas was very informative and made such a great presentation. He didn’t want to tell me the price beforehand but I wanted to know and then I was ready to say forget it, but he did such a good job of explaining everything to me, I just kept thinking how can I afford this because I really wanted them after what I heard, he also explained the discounts that were available to me and it really wasn’t bad. We were very pleased with the whole process of getting our Leafguard Gutters. It was easy to get financing and our gutters were installed a few days after the initial sales call. The crew was professional and did a great job, took care not to damage any of our landscaping, hauled away our old gutters and cleaned up everything perfectly. The gutters look great!

I needed new gutters. My front gutter was about to tear off during another storm. So, I wanted my new gutters to have a cover, to be sturdy, strong, long-lasting, and low maintenance. I contacted Leaf Guard to see if the company had what I was looking for.

The representative or salesperson, Jeremy Cole, came to make a 60-90 minute presentation. He stayed for 2 hours because I had questions since this would be a significant investment. I was doing my garage, too. I learned the best thing is to direct water away from concrete, and I planned to do this for both of them. He showed me different gutters, but I chose LeafGuard for several reasons. First, the birds won't be able to make a nest because Leaf Guard gutters have uniquely designed gutters with covers; leaves and debris can not quickly enter the gutters, and the squirrels or birds can no longer make my gutters their refrigerator. I saw a squirrel nibbling on a piece of bread, then dropping it back into my gutter and hurrying to scurry. That was it!
So thank you, Leaf Guard, for your friendly and excellent knowledge salesperson, and I believe the crew leader's name was Terence and his crew for coming out and installing these excellently designed gutters. They did a great job and cleaned up the area after their work.
