Our technician Bryan Brosche is awesome! He delivered as promised. Bryan arrived on time and completed the process within the timeline he stated, to the minute! He explained in detail about the installation and how the garage door works. He cleaned up after he was finished and left everything in order. Bryan also helped us set up the app on our phones. I noticed a problem on a Wednesday and thanks to their 24/7 availability, by the next night I had Mike over to fix the door, and fix it he did; by the time he was done, I had learned more about garage doors than I ever thought possible. In my line of work I interact with a lot of tradesman of all shapes and sizes, and Mike my be the most impressive and knowledgeable guy I've met yet. He started work about thirty minutes after showing up, diagnosing the problem, and giving an estimate because as he said, he's got everything in the van except the door itself. Thanks to sharing his knowledge and expertise, I'm so extremely confident in the work done by Mike that I don't expect to need garage work done any time soon, but if I do, I'm calling M&M right away. In the meantime I'll be diagnosing all of my friend's garage doors and telling them to call my main man Mike over at M&M.

We had a great experience with M&M garage doors. First, they were able to get us in for repair the day I called (we had a broken tension spring). Dylan was the service man and he was wonderful. Very respectful, knowledgeable and polite. He repaired the garage door in a timely manner and was very professional. Would use them again!

Called in the morning…no charge to come out that afternoon to diagnose. Fixed it quickly and then gave recommendations for a safer garage door pointing out the weak spots and flaws. Quickly fixed (pricier than in the old days) but now runs very smoothly. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely use again

Karsin M. was our technician. On time, great communication, and did an excellent job on the replacement of our motor on our large garage door along with door sensors and new keypad) on our pole barn as well as replacing the rollers and doing overall adjustments to the door. It now works perfectly. Excellent work. We were so pleased that we ordered a new garage door for our other out building from him.

Fantastic company. They are very responsive, polite, and the workmanship is professional. From the front office to the Technician who repaired my 3 garage doors, the experience was fantastic. I own a service company and have great appreciation for other companies that operate like this.

Problem that I called for is not solved but everything else done which I didn't ask, $840 charged.. finally I was told motor gone.. replace it..we will come back later..
I complained on it and the team came back and did solve my problem, they promptly responded on feedback and corrected the issue, I am changing my review to 4* due to this.they did return back 50% of 840 charged.

Karsin did a very thorough job on evaluating problems with our garage door. He replaced the sensors without problem. He discussed in detail options for fixing or replacing the door. Everything was explained and clear.

After our garage door opener stopped working I called them and reported the issue. Originally they said that weren't able to come out until the next day, but were able to come out within two hours the same day. Mike H and another guy were able to replace the garage door opener within an hour. Mike H. was amazing in replacing the garage door opener and showing the details of how the opener works. I couldn't be happier with the work, and how personable Mike and his co-worker was.

From the very first phone call to installation, they have been efficient, professional and very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a garage door.

I called to schedule a repair on my garage door as my spring broke. The staffed who answered the phone was very friendly and made me an appointment but would not share any prices over the phone. When the tech came out he said I would need to replace my springs and cables. The quote was for $628. That’s outrageous. He also priced me out a new door for over $4k. The worst is they made me pay $99 fee just so he could give me pricing for my repair and I was not made aware of this before hand. I ended up getting it repaired with another company for half the price.

I'm so happy we chose M&M for our repair! Our technician Mike explained everything easily and showed me everything he repaired. He presented several options in different price ranges, emailed quotes for opener installation, educated me on different opener brands and even put a sticker on the back of our garage door with M&M's phone number so we would have it accessible for the future. I'm always nervous when I have to deal with contractors or home repairs, but Mike made it less scary.

M&M repaired a garage door in Sept and did a fantastic job. I just had that door replaced today by Bryan. He was wonderful. The new door is beautiful and really makes a huge difference to the look of my home. Bryan even rewired my door opener to its new switch.... something I avoided since the wires were brittle and I had an extra remote.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Absolutely wonderful service. I had no power this morning and needed to get my car out if the garage. I did it manually like I've done before. I pulled my car out and when I tried to close it from the outside, the door came off the track and was hanging by one side. I called M&M Garage Doors and was so flustered I got very emotional because the door was just hanging and I was afraid it was going to fall off completely. No one else was home. When I called I talked to the nicest girl (I forgot her name and I apologize for that). She could tell how upset I was and she was so nice and carrying. She arranged to get someone out to my house today. I couldn't believe it. She worked on getting one of her service guys to rearrange his schedule and got to my house very quickly. Brian contacted me by phone and gave me his ETA. He explained everything completely and very thoroughly. Brian gave me a few options. He was friendly and I felt like I could trust him because he didn't try to oversell. He fixed the door. Showed me everything he did and gave me instructions on how to take care of it so it doesn't happen again. I would recommend M&M Garage Doors to everyone I know. I was completely satisfied with the work.

My garage door was a mess to say the least. Ergo, my neighbor recommended M&M Garage Doors. He used them in the past and said they are the best. Tyler Drew came on the pre-appointed day, and was early. Tyler patiently listened to my issues or what I thought needed to be done. He then inspected the door, opener and wiring. After his thorough check, Tyler spoke to me about what needed to be done. Then he gave me 3-4 options, which included the price as well as the longevity of the products. After further discussion with Tyler about what would best meet my needs, as well as future goals for the house, I made the best decision. Subsequently, I cannot recommend M&M Garage Doors and Tyler Drew more . . . you will not be disappointed.

Tyler called as he was in route, took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, set BOTH of our doors and cars up, walked me through setting up the app and even lined both of our doors! Now that’s service!
