The representative Sean was very detailed in explaining the product. He was very thorough and patient answering all of our questions. He presented samples of the materials and demonstrated the step by step procedure to installing the gutters and the purpose of each step which left us feeling very secure with it's ability to perform what it's designed to do. They even worked with us regarding an issue with the setup that we were not comfortable with and adapted the installation to our liking. Everyone was very polite and professional. The representative who came to explain the system to me was very knowledgeable. This system makes a lot of sense and seems to be working well. I had a lot of issues with the previous gutters overflowing in different places, and it actually caused water damage to my garage. No issues since getting the new ones!

Called about having my gutters cleaned and maybe getting a gutter guard. Morning of the appointment they call to confirm and drop that they can't do anything for me unless I fully replace my vinyl siding, which I wasn't looking to do. Total bait and switch. They're not looking to do any work, or smaller jobs. They're looking to fully replace your siding, windows, and doors. Pass. That wasn't what I was looking for. I doubt you get business this way.

Ann Sullivan was excellent at explaining how the Leafguard gutter product controlled and moved roof water away from the house and would work for the long term. Ann using her props demonstrated why competitors' gutter solutions fall short for the long term to keep roof water away from house and foundation. Her knowledge and demonstration of what a superior product Leafguard was over the competitors, sold us on Leafguard. Today the install is taking place. Crew arrived on time, worked well together and were extremely respectful of our property. Everything came together for the install, and we are pleased!!

They were awesome! The job came out better than I expected. The installers definitely have the flow from start to finish of everything down to a science! They kept the site clean, they were quite and made a big job seem effortless…

I can’t speak highly enough about every aspect of leaf guard! from meeting Collin and walking my wife and I through the sales process and the demonstrations he goes through to the actual finish of the job. You get what you pay for as they say and I’m very happy with what we got!

Graham was very professional and helped us by going over things so we understood! He also did a few creative things to try and get the price down! Our saleswoman Ann came to our home today and was so great explaining everything to us, she took her time to show us the leafguard system. We were very impressed with her knowledge and with the leafguard system. There was no pressure at all.

The Team that came to my house did an outstanding job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were on time and after the work was completed made sure the area was cleaner than when they arrived.

Leafguard is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with in my life. There were errors in the installation (the installed a drain over my back door and couldn't open it, so they had to fix that twice). The installers forgot a part, when they realized they forgot the part, their product manager told me that they weren't driving an hour and a half back and fourth to get the part and finish the job. His exact words were "It's working at 90%". Instead they stayed 2 hours fixing the drain blocking my door. They came back 2 days later without my knowledge or consent through my mudroom trespassing in my yard. The job wasn't confirmed to be done until 2 weeks later when their boss had to come to my property to confirm the installation. Prior to that I attempted to contact the sales representative regarding this issue to schedule a time for them to come, and received no response. It wasn't until I stopped payment on my credit card after speaking with their corporate offices regarding this matter.

The manager attempted to rectify the situation and was receptive & understanding about my grievances. A week later I had to follow up with his boss who agreed that a 10% rebate would be warranted. We agreed, I notified my credit card company, however then began receiving calls to pay for the services again. This was without anything in writing that the previous work order amount was voided. Even though a new work order was signed, no one had been in contact with my credit card to void the old amount for me to pay the new amount. Essentially placing me in jeopardy of being double billed in excess of $11,000.

Eventually in total a month after speaking to the regional director, and receiving a 45 day past due notice for a bill, I will be contacting my credit card company to release the amount agreed to in the new work order. I have never dealt with a company like this in my life, that would have the consumer do all of their work for them to get payed. It is unclear whether or not they have even spoken to my credit card company, they just called me multiple times. The regional director was great to deal with and was appalled regarding this situation. I don't blame him for any of this. Unfortunately I believe the majority of these issues came directly from the product manager, this is solely based on conversations had with him and speaking with my credit card dispute representative whom stated to me had similar limited dealings with.

We just had a meeting with Austin from LeafGuard which was a most informative session. He is a bright, well informed and very professional young man who knows the company and product well.
After giving us all the information, we decided to move forward with LeafGuard.

Had leaf gutters out too get an estimate on replacing the gutters the previous owner had installed. Sales representative was very informative. Took the time to review gutter options and explain pro and cons which helps make an informed clear decision.
After install:
They were quick to install the gutters! Less then a week. They did an amazing job with the instillation. The gentlemen were kind and ensure I felt comfortable with everything before leaving. We are happy with the performance of the gutters so far! Just had a heavy winter storm and they still look great.

Casey came to my home and was very professional and showed up on time. i received his information from a friend and reached at as you can only purchase leaf guard direct.

Casey did a great job explaining the benefits of the product was respectful to my family who had lots of questions about Leafguard as well as other products on the market. He was able to articulate the major differences that set Leafguard apart from all others in the market.

He walked around our home and not only pointed out problem areas but also ways that his system would be able to deal with our issues, as well as solutions competitors might use there product and how that could potentially cause more expensive issues in the future.

Although i was unable to pull the trigger on Leafguard that day, I will be looking to go with there service/ product in the future because of my experiences with Casey.

Firstly, let me start by saying Robert Blatchley is a great salesman, no BS, straight to the point and knowledgeable to boot. Let me say...this man was un-stumpable, he knows his product and you can tell he's passionate about it!

Sales aside. This product is 100% fool proof, it lives up to it's name. As someone who has been an engineer for last two decades, everything they put on display makes perfect sense if I was to build the product myself. Tag that with a lifetime warranty? Let alone a "Never-Clog Warranty" that carries over EVEN TO THE NEXT OWNER! That's home value at it's finest and I'm sure the next owner of my property will be just as glad I installed these, as I am.

The manager responded promptly to my call even with it being on the weekend and scheduled someone to come check out my system for me on Monday. The genteleman that originally came was very informative and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with how the system has worked and how professional and responsive they have been any time I have called with questions.

The gentlemen were very professional on installing my gutters. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up all of their material. They answered any questions I had and also gave me some helpful tips.
